- Karina (7/5): Condomínio antigo com muitas escadas - Apto próximo ao lago negro Apto antigo e cheiro de mofo em alguns itens, vidros e janelas estavam sujos, escadas para subir nos dormitórios, o prédio não possui elevador o que se torna difícil ao subir todas as escadas com malas grandes e pessoas com alguma comorbidade, o estacionamento e vagas de garagem são bem apertadas.
