Guest Reviews
- Stephen (10/5): - Lock up off street garage,
Massive space!
Super clean and well appointed!
Had some nice goodies waiting in the cupboard too Hard to fault really
- Jen (9/5): - We loved everything about the property except that the acoustics were uncomfortable, especially when the tv was on.
We had a great stay and would happily return
- Karen (9/5): It was a last minute booking that worked out very well - Location Size Cleanliness Needs bedside lamps
- Eraina (10/5): Wonderful and enjoyed our stay - The location was close to town and easy to access. The unit itself is large with lots of space. The furniture was lovely, beds where comfortable. This is a very lovely place to say. Nice and clean.
We have enjoyed our stay here. Real value for your money and the host are easy to deal with. They come back quickly with answers to your questions. For us there is nothing we didn't like about this property
- Jo (9/5): I would recommend - Very clean, modern, lots of space. Great to have a garage. Handy to everything The remotes for several things needed battery replacements.
- Carol (9/5): Was a comfortable home away from home for our family long weekend away - I loved that we arrived on a very hot day to a cool temperature in the townhouse because the aircon was already turned on for our arrival. I liked the thoughtfulness of some milk and goodies supplied in the kitchen along with things like shampoo & conditioner in the showers etc. The garage was a very tight squeeze for my large people mover car and the on street parking out the front of the unit was quite small too for my sons large car but we just had to make it work which is fine.
- Natalie (10/5): Beyond expectations. A huge townhouse, all the amenities you need and so close to the centre of town - The host sent an email with a code. They also allowed an early check in with no problem
- Linda (8/5): Enjoyed our time and appreciated the air conditioning on a very hot time and being to walk into town - The location and space it offered . Well stocked with cutlery and crockery . Comfortable beds Felt the property could do with more soft furnishings do deaden the echoing sounds as very high ceilings . The right hand sink in downstairs bathroom was blocked
- Julie (10/5): -
- Lee (5/5): Could be so much better! - Location was great. Walking distance to town centre.
Plenty of space. The place echoed. Bathrooms and toilet lacked working exhaust fans. Lacked the basic cleaning essentials, dish cloth, paper towel. We were only given one dish washer pod and one old stained tea towel.
- Goran (10/5): - clean house
- Michelle (9/5): - The apartment was very spacious, all rooms large and comfortable, including 3 bedrooms and 2 sitting rooms. Being a bit claustrophobic, I found it a bit challenging to have no windows or outside view from most of the rooms, even though Skylights made the space light. Luckily one bedroom and the top lounge had windows.
- Eva (9/5): Great place for a short stay in Bendigo. We loved it. - Lovely, large townhouse with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very high ceilings. Secure garage parking for one car . Close to Bendigo centre, you can walk or drive 3 to 5 mins. Caitlin was great thoughtful host .We really enjoyed our short stay. Nil, we loved it
- Fiona (10/5): -
- Anne (9/5): Great place to stay, plenty of room and extremely comfortable - Plenty of room and well appointed Nothing
- Dennis (9/5): - - Check in was very smooth. Caitlin was always very responsive to any queries.
- The beds were very comfortable and the room sizes were great.
- Loved the very high ceilings.
- Having Netflix on both TVs was good.
- Very quiet location and excellent for distance to major shops etc.
- Having the parents on a separate level to the kids was excellent too, especially with our own retreat with etc.
- Sharyn (8/5): Great Spot for Sightseeing and Very Spacious - The location was great easy to walk down View Street which is a lovely street to explore. It was quiet and very sheltered and secure so we felt safe inside. We had some yummy chocolates and chips on arrival which was lovely of Caitlin to surprise us! My daughters were very happy. Skylights don’t have window covers so it’s quite bright in the mornings.
Need a bin in the ensuite bathroom upstairs.
Lights are flickering in the loungeroom downstairs so we used a bedroom lamp instead.
One of the bedroom lamps didn’t work in main bedroom upstairs.
Some artwork or prints hanging on the huge walls downstairs might be nice.
- Peter (9/5): - Everything The sound on the tv was not good
- Larissa (9/5): -
- Hayley (10/5): Perfect location, extra attention to detail by providing a home like environment, location - central! The communication - There was many things we LOVED about this property.. comfy beds, great shower, location, BIG TV, security, communication with the host was immediate and welcoming , location however the extra attention to detail by the host of supply’s some fresh mil, coffee and chocolates to welcome our stay was well above expectations! Home away from home! The fact we had to leave!
- Judith (10/5): -
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tristan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kira (10/5): Exceptional - The townhouse was spacious and cosy all at the same time. Excellent location, close to the arts precinct of Bendigo CBD. Caitlyn was a fantastic host and facilitated any issues we had. We will definitely come back and stay here again Nothing, we loved it
- Giovanni (10/5): Great place to base yourself to walk into Bendigo and enjoy home comforts at the end of the day under amazing vaulted ce - Great base for a boys trip. Good communal area and very clean. Everything worked and only a short walk into town. Slick designed space. Technology. Host easy to deal with. No fuss. Zero complaints. Nil
- Christine (8/5): Very cute and comfy, just need a few things attended to or if not price needs to b reduced. - Great spot, walking distance to town Roof blinds are broken and won’t close, so bright that you can’t sleep in…they need attention
- Sonya (9/5): Superb -
- Jeff (8/5): Very good - Loved it. Too many lights did not work, bedside lamp upstairs, (light over basin In upstairs ensuite)
Kitchen table was wobbly
- Jennifer (9/5): Excellent location and highly recommended - Location and facilities Nil
- Clare (9/5): Superb -
- Phillip (8/5): Good - Large and spacious and in a very good position relative to the arts district and city centre Living void to noisy.. tv very difficult to hear as sound reverberated around the room. Some light bulbs broken and some faulty / flickering lights which was disturbing.
- Ectowers (6/5): Excellent location, modern design and interior - We liked the location, cleanliness and condition of the property. Lack of ventilation - there's only one small window and a sliding door in the upper level lounge. The weather was warm (not hot) but the atmosphere was warm and stuffy inside and the the airconditioning made little impact. With three couples, and therefore three cars there's limited parking, one garage space and restricted on street parking outside.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (10/5): A lovely place, I wish we could have stayed longer! - The accommodation was so comfortable and had everything we needed. For the price we could even afford a room each for our teenagers! The kitchen, bathroom and laundry were all very well appointed-- I wish we could have stayed longer! I loved the garage for us to park in: so convenient and secure! Love the walking distance from the city for dinners out. Only that we couldn't stay longer. Bendigo is a lovely place and we'd love to return.
- Dan (10/5): Highly recommended if staying in Bendigo, Caitlan was so easy to deal with - It was so easy to walk into the city, easy to access
It is a beautiful place to stay with a family
- Hugh (9/5): Wonderful experience at this property which exceeded our expectations. - Spaciousness, cleanliness, 2 loungerooms, air-conditioning, ensuite, off-street parking for 1 car, good fridge, thoughtful host, locality to cbd. Only minor issues but some platters would have been handy, maybe more than 1 teatowel.
- Susan (9/5): A very positive experience. Lovely host, spacious townhouse at a great price. - Would be nice to have bedside lights in all bedrooms. Whilst its a very comfortable room the upstairs bedroom would benefit from a blind or curtains
- Lin (9/5): Travellers on the move enjoyed every moment of our stay - A small hiccup with coding but overall access was relatively easy. Beds and rooms exceptional standards - clean, neat and tidy. Kitchen and dining area was very spacious, with areas for time out, easy access for a somewhat older group of travellers. Highly secured facilities and washing facility was freely accessible. Entertainment - national and paid TV access had great reception. All within reach of Bendigo and nearby Echuca (definitely visit). Thank you Catlin for the wonderful hospitality. Great accommodation - highly recommend Everything was wonderful - 4.8 star rated facility / hotel. A minor issue with electrics on the right side of the walls - plugs didn't work. Sadly, previous Travellers feel like destroying hosts property and some evidence of deliberate destruction was noted. Tap was in bathroom was forced and loose, label of dishwasher fallen off. Our team of Travellers know too well in property management and building.
- Patricia (9/5): Travelling as an extended family to watch grandson compete in national junior volleyball tournament and never visited B - Location ,size, facilities, helpful and considerate, met all our needs for perfect stay in Bendigo . No downstairs window views
- Rebecca (10/5): Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Bendigo - Fantastic accommodation for our family! So much space! Really comfortable, lovely and warm, great to have full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garage & washing machine / dryer. Loved that the toiletries were Australian made, loved the treats provided for us in the pantry, very grateful for the coffee pods. Short walk to the Art Gallery & city centre.
- Doug (8/5): A very comfortable townhouse close to the CBD - Location to town was excellent. Townhouse was clean and very practical for multiple persons. Some minor finishes still need completion and skylights unable to be closed off with blinds. Basic kitchen utensils and limited cooking pans etc. No face washers in bathroom, which would have assisted with supplied body wash.
- Catherine (10/5): Just perfect for our needs - Spacious and very comfortable
- Colin (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (10/5): Very comfortable, great location, spacious and great communication leading up to stay, highly recommend - The property was very spacious and had everything we needed with a few supplies already provided for our stay. Nothing
- Collette (8/5): Great location, fabulous facilities, excellent service and value for money. - The sound proofing between the two downstairs bedrooms was not good and the window between them was also not popular with the guests allocated those rooms.
- Maree (9/5): Brilliant location with a super responsive and helpful host - would recommend to family and friends. - Communication was quick and reliable - easy instructions for entry to property, and thoughtful suggestions for activities, food and coffee. - thanks Caitlin! Location ideal- an easy walk in to town, and a quiet street. Comfortable beds, and nice linen, with plenty of pillows and blankets. Well stocked kitchen, with all you need. The only thing I can think of is that I would prefer to have privacy locks on the bathroom and toilet doors when travelling with friends, but that's a minor preference, which did not impact on the enjoyment of our stay.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lauren (9/5): Very enjoyable stay in central Bendigo. - Very clean, welcoming apartment. Lots of extras, including garage parking, full laundry facilities and great kitchen. Host terrific at communicating quickly. Inability to cover large sky lights, particularly directly above bed. Would be extremely light especially during summer.
Suggestions, not criticism: clock in living area, bedside table and mirror in bedrooms 2 and 3.
- Debra (10/5): Everything we needed for a girls weekend. - Everything was really great. I can’t pick anything we didn’t like
- Tiffany (9/5): Superb -
- Terry (10/5): Exceptional - Location size amenities Nothing to dislike
- Rachel (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay at this property, I only wish we had of had more time to enjoy it! - The property was very spacious and modern. The owner had great communication skills, promptly replying to messages and made our stay very enjoyable.
- Richard (10/5): The place was very well equipped with the great appliance s which it made a pleasure work with - In my room i would like to have a side lamp
- Carolyn (9/5): Absolutely wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly and really helpful. They made the visit pleasant. -
- Stefanos (9/5): Superb -
- Debbie (10/5): So convenient to city centre but still in a safe quiet location - Beautiful property - very comfortable- smelt gorgeous - great locations
- Guinny (10/5): Townhouse in bendigo - Everything was 10. We were a family traveling from nz for our daughter's wedding. The Townhouse was 200m from the reception. We could come and go easily. Close to town. Our grandchild 7 was free to use the upstairs lounge as a practice room for her gym routine. She loved it. The downstairs lounge meant we could have all the visitors from nz to dinner b4 the wedding. Bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect. Door code super easy to use. The kitchen very well stocked for what we needed Can't fault it. Might be a problem if you don't like stairs but for us it was perfect.

- Tony (9/5): Superb -
- Yumei (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, clean Nothing everything is perfect I will book this property again if I come back to Bendigo
- Shelley (8/5): Enjoyable for a short stay. Even though my negative comments are minimal it can easily be fixed - Very clean apartment with very comfy beds. Spacious & short down hill walk to main CBD. Nicely furnished & modern. Easy to access & host was very helpful… leaving some treats to enjoy ! Pillows poor quality. Terrible toilet paper !!!! No dishcloths.
- Jess (8/5): Location was great and central to everything we required during our stay - Location and facilities
- Christine (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely townhouse which had everything we needed. - Loved the very modern, clean, spacious and very well equipped townhouse . we could hear floor boards, voices & furniture being moved across floor from next door Unit early Saturday morning .
