Neo (10/5): - All the staff were great, helpful, attentive and friendly. From the reception to cleaning, everyone had a smile and was so welcoming. And the place is exceptionally clean Breakfast was not the best and there was a night, a couple of enterprising ladies came in and spent a substantial amount of time taking selfies in the foyer and they were ignored by the one guy on late shift and well as the nighttime cleaning guy. A guest had to ask the ladies to leave, it was getting ridiculous and taking too long!
Saleh (9/5): Very great stay - The rooms are clean and any request from the room is met very quikly. The breakfast is great and has everything. I was not given an upgrade to a signatute room that time.

Stewart (8/5): - Location of the hotel is so central to the Asok are of Bangkok, easy to jump in any kind of transport, BTS is basically out front The only small thing I might mention is i had issues with connecting devices to the tv, wanted to chill and watch some apps from my phone, casting wasnt really easy and internet had moments.

Rebecca (10/5): The staff make this place!! - The property itself is a little outdated, however the staff made our stay incredible. Always warm, welcoming, friendly and smiling. It was like a little oasis once stepping off the noisy streets! The bathrooms are a little old and may need some refreshing, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Some of the bedsheets are also stained but you can see that they’re clean.

Apres 3 relances ils finissent par arreter. La piscine est ridicule avec 10 sofa dont la.moitie en plein soleil. L'hotel est viellot avec insonorisation tres mauvaise. Merite un 3 etoiles mais pas 4

The location was convenient between Asok and Nana BTS station, while also close to Sukhumvit MRT. The service by the staff was amazing and everything was well taken care of. The television had YouTube which. made the stay enjoyable. Nothing really.

SeungYong (9/5): Goood - It's just one or two buildings back from the main road, so it's not noisy at all, and it's close to the BTS station, which is perfect. The bedding was nice and clean, but the towels weren't very clean.

Eng-Eng (9/5): Overall, the ataff werre helpful and friendly both at the reception and at te breakfast restaurant. - The location is within walking distance to the shopping malls and food outlets. The room was a good size and overall quite cheerful and comfortable. The reception area has plenty of comfortable seats for us to sit while waiting for friends. There was renovation going on in the adjacent building during the day. The room card key wasn’t easy to use. We had to try several times before we could open the door.

The staff were super kind and helpful, and location is outstanding - strategic , attached to metro and train, close to the Terminal 21 mall, and surrounding area offers a lot in terms of food, fun and shopping, great restaurants and shops around. The shower door does not close properly, and the water leaks out a bit too much

Yıldız (10/5): Great experience overall - The hotel's location was fantastic, especially being very close to both the metro and a shopping mall. The room and the bed were very comfortable and clean, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the fixed showerhead; I wish there had been an additional handheld one. Other than that, the hotel’s pool area was lovely—we didn't get a chance to use it, but it looked very well-maintained. Regarding breakfast, while the food tasted good, I think the variety of options could be increased. A special thanks to the staff, who were incredibly polite. Even though we arrived early, they managed to get us into our room within just a few hours. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay! Nothing
Christopher (4/5): Choose another hotel in the area. - Hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Good pool. Great Breakfast. Around a lively area with plenty to do. Next to BTS Skytrain. Staff was friendly, but the manager (Jaff) was surprisingly unaccommodating. We planned on staying one night, as our flight was departing the next day at 1:30am. Decided to book another night, so we had a place to shower and store our luggage before our early morning flight. The manager (Jaff) booked us for the night at "special rate" (which was the same rate Booking.com showed), but told us we had to check out at 9pm for that rate. At the time, I didn't mind too much as we only had to move to the room right next door. Less hassle and we were planning on leaving close to that time anyway. The next day I was notified our flight was delayed, so I asked if we could check out at 10pm instead. The manager said we couldn't. Then said we could for another 1000 bats! Given he was willing to extend the checkout for more money, it was obvious that room was not being used for another guest. We had been in Bangkok and Samui for the past 10 day. Every hotel, activity, business we encountered were overly accommodating to us. Sometimes when we didn't even expect it. This left me with a sour taste. There are many good places to stay in the area. I would suggest trying another hotel. One that cherishes and goes the extra mile for their guests.

Swimming pool was great. Beds were a bit small. Bedroom could’ve done with a redecoration, it looked a bit tired.
