• Ivo (8/5): Good for a short stay - Room was large and tidy, and although in the center, it was very quiet at night. Personnel was not friendly at all. No breakfast.
• Suyoung (9/5): small neighborhood feel about the location - You are in the city but there was a little neighborhood feel to this location. One block away was morning market, plenty of massage places near the hotel for a good night of sleep after a long day. Even a vending machine in lobby for a decent cup of drinks, including Thai Ice Coffee. It's a busy street but not really noisy at night. Deposit of 1000baht at check in was cash only. Wish the hotel did a better job of advance notice.

Arranged Taxi to Airport which arrived 20 minutes early. Shower cold / luke warm water and background noise from what appeared to be construction work at night.

• Peter (8/5): Gutes Cityhotel für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt in Bangkok - Großes Zimmer, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gute und zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (BTS und MRT). Durch die zentrale Lage auch sehr laut. Nur Einfach verglaste Fenster ohne Schallschutz.
• Ross (8/5): great stay at affordable clean and quiet hotel, with nightlife minutes away. - Excellently located one block from Silom Road, but so quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here, and it exceeded my expectations for the price. The check in and check out was efficient, the AC was cool, and the bed(s) comfortable. the bathroom was large and clean. All made the stay great. Parking is only for hotel staff. 1000 baht CASH deposit is required at check in (not mentioned in booking process leaving us very unprepared to move and obtain cash late at night. Thankfully an ATM at nearby 7/11 store saved us or we would not have been able to check in (only cash accepted, no other option is offered).

In addition have good transport links with BTS and MRT station within walking distance. Excellent Lumphini Park also close by. Silom is also good area for night life. Hotel in quiet Soi off main street....good sized rooms with good facilities and very clean. Staff unobtrusive but friendly and helpful. No dislikes8
• Christopher (9/5): The big plus is the friendly and helpful staff. - It's a little difficult to walk along Soi 3 to Silom. Staff were exceptionly friendly and helpful. A minor problem with the room safe (new battery) was swiftly dealt with. If there had been a 'work desk' it would have made life easier using a laptop but that was no big deal. The bathroom was great and the room size perfectly satisfactory. Approach to Baan Silom Soi3 as a pedestrian, from Silom, along Soi3 was not easy and there was a fair amount of traffic at some times of day. The light switches took a little getting used to as they operate in the opposite sense to that which is normal in Thailand.... but great for someone from the UK.

Calmer in the evenings and night, lots of cheap street food options nearby. Checkout time could be 12 instead of 11

• vincent (9/5): - Family run hotel. Warm sincere greeting. Not the usual franchise hotel. Hello Sir. A genuine smile. Room was larger than expected. Big shower room. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Quite neighbourhood. Ticked all the boxes for me. Nothing not to dislike. I’ll be staying there again for sure.

• Peter (9/5): I like this hotel, the people employed there, and the area very much. I will keep coming back. - The place is quite comfortable and has more character than most hotels in this price range. The people employed there are very kind. All kinds of Thai people work in the area, so there is a good range of lunch options. This is not anything the hotel can control, but there is a construction site on the opposite side of the street that can be quite noisy.

Then its my fav songkran hotel for two reason, 1- the hotel owner is very friendly ans would have 3 days of feast at their hotel, all hotel guests are invited! 2- as songkran in silom would mean the road would be super packed with revellers that would be time where you need to be not sot wet, silom 3 is good as its nearer to the chong nonsi bts so you do not need to walk all the way to sala daeng bts, but be mindful after 5pm everywhere around silom, you will get wet. And i love the hotel room coz i love room with ample sunlight, and this hotel room got it!

• Patrick (8/5): Very good - It is a quite location considering that it is in Silom. The room was clean and spacious. Good internet connection. The TV has no English channel and it is not a smart tv.
