- Marina (6/5): A more or less acceptable price, but not a comfortable life - Convinient location - a lot of shops, cafes and a tram stop nearrby - to receive Check in instructions, I needed to download certain applications, about what not warned when booking the apartment; - to get the keys to the apartment, I had to climb over bags of garbage near the house; - the kettle was unpleasantly dirty, so water was boiled in a pot; - the dishwasher was broken, there was stagnant water in it that smelled, after contacting the owner it was dismantled, so we were left without a dishwasher; - there was a problem with the gas water heater, the owner sent a video on how to fix it. I wouldn't be able to do it myself, but a man or a young woman will, bear that in mind; - the glass curtain in the bathroom is very inconvenient, there are no hooks for clothes and towels; - there is no place to throw garbage - the house key does not fit the lock on the garbage bin.
