• AM (8/5): Functional, spacious option in the outskirts of Cachi - Two story house, 1 larger BRM, + 2 small ones in ground floor, with bright open living/dinning/kitchen area on 2nd floor. It is very functional and comfortable. One bathroom on each level. It is a walled property, private enough, on the outskirts of Cachi, on a gravel Street, 5min drive from the town square. Given the space and relatively modern style it is a good option in Cachi. I was expecting a more beautiful, secluded setting, surrounded by nature. The property is fine, there is nothing wrong with it, but it would be better with some maintenance. It can get hot due to the very strong sun in Cachi. On the positive side, there are multiple fans and Cachi cools down rapidly at night.

Está muy bien equipado con todo lo que se puede necesitar. El lugar en general es muy tranquilo y la atención de Catalina excelente. Del apartamento no hubo nada que estuviera mal.

• Sheila (8/5): Good except for cold air on our heads while sleeping - We are full-time travelers who spent three nights at Catalina's apartment. The living area, on the top floor, is very bright and warm (receives sunlight all day). The couch cushions have some depressions but are still functional. We cooked one meal and found sufficient pots to do so. The mattress was neither firm nor soft and was in good condition. Cleanliness was good, and Catalina is easy to communicate with as a host. The location is to the north of town but easily walkable. The matrimonial bedroom has side tables with lamps however, the outlets are on the wall behind your head. The picture of the bedroom shows the lamp lit - perhaps by extension cord as there are no other outlets near the side table. Also, the bedroom window is designed to have an airflow gap, which means cold air is falling on your head as you sleep. This may be desirable in the summer but not winter. Looking at the picture, the large black area above the window is part of the window unit. I could put my finger on top of the glass (frame) and through to the outside. We prefer light when we wake up so we do not lower external blinds. However, I do not think they would have stopped the airflow.
