Always a please to stay here. Location to collect the key on arrival was challenging. Much easier if it could be collected at reception on check in.

The allocated carpark is right next to elevator so very convenient. Only 20 mins train from city :) Honestly nothing - if you don’t mind being in boxhill and not the city it’s perfect.

Located in the middle of the Box Hill shopping area. Very close to food cafes, restaurants & shopping outlets. A short train trip to the City. Yet the apartment was quiet. Perfect for two people.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean the room was. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it so easy to relax and enjoy my time. The comfort and cleanliness exceeded all expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was clean, and tidy. It had a very homely feel to it. The balcony was comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the apartment building too- well appointed pool, spa and gym area. Car park included was a great park, right near the lifts. No recommendations.

He even went extra mile to check with us to ensure everything is ok especially handling of the keys by reception. The apartment is well maintained, clean and tidy with cooking facilities. Great view of city high monuments from balcony. Highly recommended for all travelers. The lift services at the apartment are temporarily down to 2 lifts from initially 4 lifts during our short stay. So may take few more minutes to get the lifts when in peak hours. Hopefully the lift services will resume to normal.
