• Jessica (1/5): Host is rude and did not provide access to the property then refused a refund - I didn’t like anything because I couldn’t access the room. It’s my wedding night and I tried for 6mths to ensure we would have no issues with access to the room. I requested an early check in 6mths prior and was told they could not confirm until the day. On the day I was sent an email about after hour check in. The host was aware it was our wedding night, We went to check into the property at midnight when our wedding reception ended and could not access the room. I attempted to call the host who did not answer my call. The next day I was told by the host that they don’t have check ins at midnight and that I should have called her. At no point in time was I told there was a cut off for late check in time. I also advised her that I did call her and she did have the kissed call but had no apologies regarding not answering it. The host was rude and had no care at all that we were left without accomodation on our wedding night. When I requested a refund she told me to contact booking.com I did that and then booking.com said that the host does not agree to a refund and that I did not read the email correctly and I was intoxicated at the time that I tried to check in. It was my wedding night???? I didn’t like the host I didn’t like that nothing was refunded to us even though we didn’t access the property and the host was not available to help us when we called her. The fact that I pet them know it was my wedding night and there was no customer service to try and create a good experience.

The host was fantastic at communicating and plugged a gap when issues with email from Booking.com being received There was nothing wrong in anyway
