• EVELIN CRISTINA (10/5): Muito bom - Local como nas fotos, tudo muito bem organizado, apartamentos novos, com tudo que precisamos, roupas de cama e camas excelentes, cozinha completa para quem quer cozinhar, máquina d lavar, sem falar na localização bem no centro próximo de mercados e restaurante, próximo ao canal e a saída dos passeios de barco, com uma vista das janelas incrível. Fomos muito.bem recebidos. Única coisa mais difícil ali é estácionamento, mas tínhamos como nós organizar e deu certo.

• Maria Belen (9/5): Excelente depto! Es aún más lindo que en las fotos publicadas! - El dpto es hermoso, amplio, excelente equipamiento, luminoso, cálido y super bien ubicado. De la propiedad me gustó todo. El único problema, que excede a ellos, es el ruido nocturno. Las motos y autos hacen difícil el descanso. Pero esto le sucede a todas las ubicaciones del centro. Cuando se reserve, es importante validen a qué valor dólar toman la reserva, porque es de uso interno.
• Michal (9/5): Great central apartment - We picked up the keys a short distance from the apartment from a lady who didn’t speak much English, but we managed. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very nicely furnished. A big advantage is the washing machine (although it doesn’t handle laundry detergent very well). The rooms are cozy, the bathroom is just the right size, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location right in the city center is great. Parking on the streets was no problem. The only thing I would criticize is the small sofa in the living room. There were four of us, and the two armchairs that came with the sofa were not very comfortable. The accommodation also charged us an extra 25, and to this day we don’t know what it was for.

Tanto nós como os ocupantes do apartamento ao lado tivemos de sair inesperadamente, levando as malas e abandonando os apartamentos. O alarme parou largos minutos depois e, quando já estava no aeroporto, informaram que o alarme teria sido acionado manualmente. A ser verdade, a culpa do sucedido terá sido de terceiros. Mas estragou completamente a estadia...

Tienes todo lo que necesitas, me encantó que dejaran el detalle del Te para toda la semana, la Sal y las especias. La vista a las montañas y el puerto es muy relajante, el apartamento esta en la zona céntrica de Ushuaia. Tienes supermercados cerca, restaurantes y todo lo que necesites. agradecí que nos dejaran guardar las maletas ya que nuestro vuelo era en la noche.

• Kai (9/5): Den Aufenthalt kann man dort sehr empfehlen - Es war sehr zentral. Sehr sauber und alles war sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir hatten am Anfang Probleme ins Internet zu kommen, aber es wurde sehr schnell darauf reagiert und wir konnten dann über ein anderes Apartment uns einwählen. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Dadurch, dass es zentral war, hatten wir öfters nachts röhrende Rucksack mitnehmen Autos oder Motorräder.

Lo unico para mencionar es tal vez que la habitación da a la calle San Martin y por las noches y madrugada para mi sorpresa es bastante ruidosa
• Anto A. (10/5): Meraviglioso!!! - Abbiamo prenotato una suite vista mare. Appena entrati, un colpo al cuore: una casa enorme, arredata come nelle riviste, essenziale, ma tremendamente chic. Avrei voluto fosse casa mia cosi! Funzionale e confortevole, ha tutto per cucinare e lavare (lavatrice, stendino etc). La vista dal salotto é magnifica, l’alba regala colori meravigliosi. Posizione top, in una traversa della strada principale, a 700mt dal porto turistico. Se non avete pagato in anticipo, il check in verrà fatto nel retro di un supermercato a 7/800mt dall’appartamento. Noi abbiamo chiamato poi Uber, ma solo perche gli zaini pesavano. Ci hanno anche consentito di restare oltre l’orario di check out. Esperienza bellissima .

We were in constant contact with the administrators via WhatsApp, which made everything easy and reassuring. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a short stay in Ushuaia.

The beds were comfortable and the heating system was good. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower was great. One comment. There were motorcycles running outside our room all night. Limpo e arejado, fica na rua principal de Ushuaia. Próximo ao porto de onde saem os passeios (uns 8 minutos de caminhada), próximo a restaurantes e supermercados. O apartamento é amplo e tem ótimo aquecimento para os dias de frio. Ótimas camas, lençois e toalhas. O anfitrião sempre respondia rapidamente aos questionamentos e nos deu dicas da cidade. Excelente! • MARIANNE (5/5): Sollte man sich überlegen, dort zu wohnen. - Wir sollten in einem Supermarkt bezahlen, ohne die Wohnung gesehen zu haben, die war 5 Block entfernt. Wir haben erst den Schlüssel aus dem Fach geholt und dann in Supermercado bezahlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Es fehlten Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war s.o. eine Katastrophe, die Lage ist schwierig, weil an einer Durchgangsstrasse.

• Pierantoni (8/5): Appartamento ad Ushuaia - Appartamento ben arredato e ben attrezzato. Ambiente accogliente e di dimensioni ampie. Purtroppo dalle prese d'aria vicino alla vetrata in sala (presenti per le normative di sicurezza) entra tantissima aria fredda che rende difficile restare seduti nei paraggi senza raffreddarsi. Di notte non si riesce a dormire tranquillamente senza tappi nelle orecchie, perchè nella strada che è sotto alle finestre della camera tutte le notti c'è un continuo passaggio di auto che sgasano o con scarichi molto rumorosi fino alle 3 o 4 del mattino.

No fue limitante pero por momentos cuesta regular la temperatura de la ducha y de golpe se pone fría. Es la única sugerencia a tener en cuenta. Después todo excelente.

Também estava muito bem limpo e cheiroso e tinha todos os utensílios necessários para fazer refeições no apartamento A mesa de refeições é alta e as cadeiras/bancos também, o que nao achamos muito confortável para comer. El departamento es excelente lo que deben de mejorar es su sistema automatizado por whatsapp, dado que no hay una recepcion en forma para comunicarse y sinceramente fue una experiencia mala, aunque al final alguien acababa comunicandose y apoyando. Sin duda recomendable.

• Catarina (8/5): Very good - The apartment is amazing. Very central location, right on one of the main streets in Ushuaia. It was very spacious, with 2 large bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and large. The living room was also very spacious and they even provided some boardgames, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was in a separate division and equipped with everything you may need. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Even though it states they don't provide wi-fi, the apartment had it working perfectly. Everything was as advertised. All in all, I don't think we could have chosen a better place to stay. The communication with the staff wasn't always easy. Expect them to contact you, not the other way around. Everything is handled via WhatsApp but on the occasions I tried to contact them I was directed to a virtual assistant. Everything went well in the end, I just expected things to be clearer.

It's new, clean and spacious with great views. The washer is great to have for light traveller like us after we spent days in patagonia. The host is very kind to let us check out late to accomodate a medical emergency. There's no luggage rack. The double bed room doesn't have any furnitures besides the bed, not even a night stand. The kitchen doesn't have some necessities to cook a proper meal. But it didn't bother us since there are so many good restaurants nearby.

• Emerson (10/5): - Casa bem localizada na esquina da avenida principal de Ushuaia. A uma distância caminhável até restaurantes, supermercado e Porto (partida do passeio Pinguineira). Boa Vista da Baía do Canal Beagle. Pudemos fazer early check in, mas na nossa chegada, estava chovendo e não há recepção no local e em frente a porta do prédio também não há toldo ou proteção para chuva (uma dica: há o Triumph Café e Resto a poucos metros e se pode aguardar lá tomando um café da manhã até pegar as chaves , através de contato por Whatssap) Único ponto que devido a proximidade da rua principal , há movimentação de carros e motos até tarde (as vezes até 1AM ) e o isolamento acústico não eh tao bom , o que pode incomodar até pegar no sono .
• Athena (7/5): Lovely apartment, not so accommodating hosts - Beautiful big apartment in the city centre. Great location for the main street. Wifi was good aswell. Comfy beds. Booked this place for 4 nights about 2 days before our stay as we were in the area and were staying at another spot nearby which was not good. I had originally thought we would be arriving around 7pm as we were to camp in the national park, however we then had an email saying our flight on Fri 3rd Jan from Ushuaia to Buenos Aires had been cancelled (we were flying home so had a connecting flight to get) so this changed our plans. I contacted the host and asked would it be possible to shorten our stay and get some money back, I was told this was not possible and that I needed to make changes to my booking 14days before the stay (not possible as I booked it 2 days before we stayed). So I then asked would it be possible if we arrived a day earlier. I never heard back. I asked this twice and got no reply. So we had to book another place to stay the night before last minute. I then had let the host know we would be arriving at 3pm for check in as it was raining and we had nowhere to go and had 2 massive backpacks. When we arrived at 3pm there was a cleaner at the front door who had no English and wouldn't let us in. Thankfully another 2 people staying there arrived and got us inside the building out of the rain. They were checked in promptly and we had to wait for 35mins as the apartment wasn't ready even though I had told the host we would be checking in at 3pm and they had agreed to this. We finally got up to the apartment and on closer inspection it wasn't fully cleaned. Hairs in the shower and bathroom floor and dirty counters. The host knew we would be checking out a day early so the night before they messaged me to ask how I would pay. I said with card or through booking.com. I was sent a link to pay through which didn't work. I was also almost charged an extra $15 for a cleaning fee and I explained the place was not clean when we arrived. The next morning a staff member had to come with a card machine. Lovely apartment just unaccommodating hosts.
• Mirela (7/5): Aunaisin- Nona Kate - The unit was new and solid. There were no hangers in the closet (only three of them) and no hooks/towel bars in the bathroom (a single hand towel bar and a single hook). The kitchen utensils were very limited. There were no matches for the gas stove and no paper towels provided (we arrived on 12/25 and couldn't buy anything as everything was closed). There was no basic stuff, like a bit of salt, to help us survive the first day. We got a single set of towels each for the entire stay of eight days. After five days, I asked for a fresh set of towels but didn't get them until the day before we left. And even then, we got three hand towels and no bath towels. There are lots of opportunities for the apartment complex management to improve.
• Jan (4/5): Centrally located, modern, but noisy outside and sloppy maintenance. - Centrally located. Modern, light, good view from the bedroom. Staff were good, easy check in and accommodated a late check out. It’s very noisy outside. Over the mattress they put a flat sheet which barely covered the top of the mattress. The bedding didn’t have any cover. The shower was hand shower only as the wall mounting was broken, and water clogged in the shower. Ie most issues could be easily solved, except the noise.

• John (8/5): Good apartment, great location, good value - our host communicated with us in advance and so arrived at the same time we did to let us in, show us around the apartment, answer any questions and give us the keys. The apartment was airy, sunny and enough room for the 4 of us. The location was perfect, right in the center, but on a side street. While parking was not provided, it was easy to find on the street. Check out and payment was done over the phone, not with the host, but with a 3rd party administrator. Communication was somewhat difficult, despite having a native Spanish speaker on our side. The end result was we were charged twice for the apartment in error and we believe it is being taken care of without problem.

• Bruno (9/5): I would definitely recommend this accommodation, for vacation or professional stays. - The apartment is in excellent state and very well located in Ushuaia. Everything needed is available, and the view on the Beagle channel is exceptional. The persons I was in contact with were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The road (San Martin) can be quite noisy, even if the accommodation is well isolated. It took a lot of time also to receive an invoice, which was necessary as this was a professional stay.
