• Evgenia (10/5): A beautiful, cozy apartment to stay in Milan. We loved it!! - The apartment was nice and cozy, and as beautiful as in the pictures! We had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. Great location also with a nice neighborhood with restaurants and cafes just few minutes from the tram line! The building did not have an elevator. It was not a problem for us but it can be challenging for someone else maybe to go through all floors with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

L’appartement était très propre et avait tout ce dont on avait besoin. Environnement très calme. L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos et sur la description donc pas de surprise sur les 4 étages à pied , sur l’appartement mansardé ainsi que le prix du parking. • Onorio (10/5): A room great for families who enjoy walking being steps away from everything Milan has to offer. - Amazing little oasis, just steps away the Milan Duomo, restaurants and bars. Room was clean and surprisingly spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was quick using WhatsApp and property owner was always a quick message away if you needed anything. N/A

The location was good, but the parking price was 30 euros. There are a few restaurants nearby. 5 minutes by car to Duomo But the worst is the narrow stairs to the fourth floor. • Louisa (8/5): Centrally Located Bright Apartment - Great location. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Bright and cheery inside. Windows open for fresh air. Neighborhood is lovely with restaurants and quick easy walk to Duomo. Easy to access apartment. If you're not into stairs... keep this in mind... stairs are fine for us... hallways smell like cigarette smoke... but inside apartment NOT AT ALL... Shower ran out of hot water fast on us.

Actually the place is located on last floor - No lift- obviously all those last floors were used in the past as roof stores turned into an apartment nowadays . It was ok as we spent the whole day outdoors. However the A/C is very noisy . It was like having a watering system in doors.Watering literally the whites Jungle decoration wise.
• Grace (9/5): Superb - Great location, lovely apartment and great communication. Provided the essentials. Dark stairwell, no elevator. Despite no smoking signs, other residents smoked in the hallway and could be smelt in the apartment.
• Nikolay (8/5): Excellent location, calm and comfortable. - Coffee capsules. Proactivity of our host is exceptional. He created a WhatsApp group for us, all questions, advices, exchange was super fast and friendly. We had a problem with water kettle, and a new one was delivered the same day. Centre of the city with a tram station connecting you to both the centre sights and train stations. Easy logistics. Children loved the place, the patio, old gates. In the same building there is an excellent BVQ and steak restaurant, if you like it, do reserve a table. It's a cosy appartement under the roof top.You should mind the tilted roof in some places (if you are tall), but we did not have any incidents, all went perfectly well.

• Nathalie (9/5): we had a nice stay - It's only 1,7 km to the Duomo so it's near to the centre but it is not a busy area. A lot of fine little restaurants in the area and also a supermarket. Unfortunatelly you can't leave your bags behind after leaving the appartment. It is not so hard to arrange it elsewhere but it will cost you.
