• Radosław (10/5): - Apartament jest bardzo duży. Ma piękny, duży taras. Położony 200 metrów od stacji metra Neos Kosmos. Blisko są też sklepy. Świetne miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Aten.

• willem (5/5): Het appartement is ok, maar de staat ervan is slecht en de host niet klantgericht - Een ruim appartement, mooi balkon, goede bedden. Er is achterstallig onderhoud in het appartement. De waterkoker is lek en kon dus niet gebruikt worden, er is geen theedoek, geen afwasborstel, geen droogrek voor de vaat. De keukenuitrusting is te summier. Er zijn kapotte lampen, een rolgordijn zonder koord, een rolluik dat niet goed omhooggaat, een versleten schommelstoel buiten. De douchekoppen in beide badkamers zijn versleten en lekken van alle kanten. Wij hebben de host niet gezien en hij reageerde niet op onze vragen via whatsapp. Op de dag van vertrek kregen we instructie de sleutel weer in het bakje te doen en op tijd te vertrekken. Hij bood geen gelegenheid onze bagage tijdelijk ergens bij hem achter te laten.

Everything you need under one roof with excellent facilities and a balcony with amazing views for when it cools down! A lift for heavy bags to the 4th floor and air conditioning, washing machine and all mod cons. Looks a bit run down from the outside but don’t be put off.

• Kostas (10/5): Excellent stay for families, great value! - The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, with modern comfortable furniture, high speed internet and a Netflix account active on the TV. They had a Nespresso machine fully stocked with many choices of capsules, and excellent honey, which was greatly appreciated. Hot water was available 24/7 and on the spot. The apartment is basically a penthouse and the outdoor facilities were great! Finally, the metro station was a 2 minute walk from the apartment as was a supermarket, a pharmacy and a few coffee - pastry shops.

The host and team communicated very effectively. Parking in the area is an area is problematic. We found parking initially near the apartment, but once we move the car, we needed to park 3 blocks away .

We purchased our own breakfast from supa market which was across the road . We went out for lunch or ordered went for a shizh kebab from around the corner so yummy The metro was just around the corner to get into the plaka.

Very modern and comfortable with large balcony if you wanted to entertain outside. Close to station and tram. Grocery store close by and not too far out from Athens central. Needs an extra key just in case people want to go there separate way. Not enough ventilation in ensuite.

We met the cleaning lady, she was very friendly and we had nice conversation. Property was very clean. We had some welcome snacks and coffee, tea. Property has a large terrace — it was very nice to have breakfast on the terrace with a view. Everything was as expected.

From setting up transportation, to recommending restaurants and everything else. Always made himself available when needed. This place is walking distances (3 mins) from the metro. It’s super safe. Only two stop away from the city. But also has many shops and restaurants/bars right down the street. If you are with a bigger group definitely nicer to have a kitchen and more then one bathroom. Rather then being in a tight hotel room. The metro card is about 5 euros for 24 hours. Which is more then prefect. They had coffee in the apartment for us, which we took full advantage, which we loved. Will be coming back for sure. Everything was prefect.

It is a fantastic place, fully equipped with all the amenities a family requires to enjoy a holiday stay. Very close to city centre and all other attractions including beaches. The host is extremely laid back and will accommodate early check in and late check out if possible. The little touches that she offers goes a long way with her guests. As we have arrived, we were welcomed by an attendant in the property who offered us a bottle of special greek vodka with two little shots on the top of coffee tea and introducing us to the property! I mean, how good is that? The property is in a very popular location and lots of amenities are within touching distance. We would definitely revisit this place. The property is on the 4th floor but there is a lift and a vast terrace with city view. Do not hesitate to book this place. Nothing to dislike and i would definitely book again
