• Trost (6/5): Overall the unit was sufficient to our needs but unfortunately not as clean as it should had been. - The location was good. The bathrooms and general furnishings were fine. The view from the back patio was lovely. The deck area was lovely. The oven, grill and bbq were all filthy with left over greasy mess, so much so, that we couldn't possibly have used any of them. All of the unit was not as clean as it should have been. One bedroom upstairs had no bedside table and the main light in that room wasn't working. The other bedroom upstairs had only 1 bedside table with light and power point and none on the other side - and therefore no bedside light. We had to give our one bedside light to our sister in the other room who had no light at all. The staircase railing was very loose and therefore dangerous. A small kitchen table and chairs would have been ideal indoors as the outside deck was the only eating area available. The glass door to the back patio didn't lock. The outside freezer was 'frozen up' and couldn't be used.
• Egidio (6/5): Pleasant - Location Could be cleaned a lot better, there were hairs in each shower and bath tub including bathroom floors. Lot of dust build up so can tell not vacuumed duvet not cleaned and sheets were stained could do with a fresh set. Didn't make it feel clean or fresh..

• Carolina (8/5): Clean and comfortable unit, convenient quiet location close to the CBD - Clean and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host. Lovely treats such as a bottle of wine and some chocolates were put out for us to enjoy. Convenient location close to the CBD while being in a quiet area. Our two vehicles could be parked in a carport, which we appreciated since the weather wasn't the best. We were six adults and one small child, and the house was spacious enough for us all. We enjoyed the large outdoor deck which had bistro blinds to create a weatherproof enclosure. There was only one air conditioner upstairs, in the living room, so the two upstairs bedrooms were a bit warm for us.

We have young children so the steep staircase and lounge upstairs against the stairwell was very dangerous for our kids from the possibility of falling down stairs or falling over the edge from the couch . For this reason we won’t use this accommodation in the future . I think it’s suitable for adults only. Thank you

We spent a lot of time out on the verandah catching up. We would definitely consider staying when in Toowoomba again.

• Karen (4/5): Has potential but needs a good clean and better attention to detail. - Location is very good. Quiet area, close to town. Great deck and bbq area. Cleanliness and attention to detail was very disappointing. We had to wash our sheets as they were stained. The sheets are all mismatched, our fitted sheet, top sheet and pillow slips were from 3 different sets. We had black mould in the bathroom. Floor tiles need a deep steam clean, in fact the whole place needs a thorough deep clean. Dishes, glasses, cutlery all needed washing prior to use - nothing is a complete set. Inside kitchen drawers, cupboards, oven, bbq were all dirty. I recommend the owners get new professional cleaners. More photos can be provided if required.

• .t (8/5): Wish we stayed longer!! - Very big and spacious, the property is super close to everything, had a huge bathtub which was amazing. We also got some complimentary chocolate and wine when we arrived. Will definitely recommend booking here if you want to visit Toowoomba There was a power outage at 12am-8am (obviously not the property’s fault) so we couldn’t really use anything in the morning but other than that everything was amazing

• Graham (6/5): Pleasant - Plenty of room to relax. Outdoor balcony cooking facilities which were promoted were found to be dirty and had not been used for some time.

For our purpose picking up grandkids from boarding school for the weekend and having time with them in a very homely place . Wonderful heated outdoor area with great BBQ also wine fridge. Dropped our car fridge off in garage early and it was upstairs plugged in when we checked in. First appearance (external of the building) not so great but inside super we were very happy.
• Shepherd (9/5): We were extremely happy with the accommodation. It was spacious and welcoming. Would stay again! - The unit was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The enclosed deck/entertaining area was impressive and really helped us feel at home. We loved the layout and appreciated the bowl of chocolates and bottle of wine, even though we didn't partake! A great touch. There was some rubbish (chocolate wrapper, ball and 2 socks) in one of the bed sheets (upstairs, closest to bathroom). However, this wasn't a big deal and was the only blemish on what was a great stay.

• Chloe (10/5): Perfect, spacious, cosy property, great for a girls night! - So spacious but still nice and cosy. Close to where we wanted to go, and easy to access with great parking. We indulged in some chocolates and also played Monopoly, which was nice to have on offer at the property.

• Brenda (4/5): we had invited our best friends to stay with us for our daughter’s weddding and wanted to have quality time relaxing and - the outdoor area was large, it was a shame that every seat cushion was very badly stained and we were worried to sit on them the lounge inside was extremely filthy and stained we didn’t even sit on it. the downstairs bathroom light would only work for a few minutes and then turn off there was mould in the downstairs shower, no hand towels. and a smell from the bathroom when you first walked in. the bedroom table on the left hand side had sticky stain there hadn’t been wiped down. upstairs bathroom the door lock kept you in there it was hard to get out. the lounge room floor was sticky when you walked on it like a night club. the kitchen sink had little stains all over it and was hard to get clean with wiping down .
