• Jana (10/5): Úžasné skvělé báječné . DOPORUČUJU - Pokud nehledáte luxus, ale útulné příjemné čisté místo na hezký pobyt v Neapoli, jste na správné adrese. Ubytování se nachází na strategickém místě plného obchodů kaváren i restaurací ze kterého dojdete pěšky na spoustu zajímavých míst i k moři do 20 minut. Na místě máte k dispozici po celý den vybavenou kuchyňku, můžete si udělat čaj kávu sendvič nebo si dát domácí vynikající pastieru (buonissima grazie ) . Vřele doporučuji … 10* V naší pěkné privátní koupelně jsme měly jen sprchovou hlavici připevněnou nad hlavou a žádnou hadici. Opláchnout si vlasy byla docela zkouška. To je jediná věc která se nám nelíbila.

• Riccardo (7/5): Un soggiorno quasi perfetto - La posizione è il punto forte della struttura, essendo in via Toledo, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro e non troppo lontano da Piazza del Plebiscito o la vicinissima piazza Dante. È un ottimo punto dove soggiornare per poi intraprendere il proprio tour alla scoperta delle bellezze di Napoli e i suoi musei. I locali della struttura erano puliti e accoglienti. I gestori della struttura sono stati gentili e cordiali. La nostra prenotazione prevedeva la colazione che purtroppo non è stata fornita in modo eccellente, dato che la quasi totalità dei prodotti messi a disposizione erano scaduti.

• Patricia (9/5): Posto consigliato per la posizione ottima! - La posizione è ottima e il titolare gentilissimo, la camera è accogliente e la colazione essenziale è self service in uno spazio dedicato per prendere e portare in camera. In camera c'è anche un piccolo lavandino utilissimo. Il bagno è fuori dalla stanza ma comunque privato con le chiavi. In bagno c'è un pò odore di fogna, ma non è certo colpa del proprietario. Consiglio una colazione più fornita visto che siamo a Napoli con le sfogliatelle e la possibilità di farsi un caffè vero (non solubile).

• Arnim (10/5): - Super liebes und hilfsbereites Personal, immer ansprechbar. Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, direkt an der Via Toledo, aber zum Hinterhaus und daher trotzdem relativ ruhig. Bad, Küche und Zimmer waren sehr sauber; ideale Unterkunft, wenn man Stadt und Umland besichtigen will - morgens ein kleines Frühstück in der Unterkunft oder ein großes direkt vor der Tür und schon kann es losgehen. Absolute Empfehlung. Nichts zu beanstanden.

• Stefania (5/5): - La struttura si trova in un punto strategico: nonostante sia in centro la camera in cui ho alloggiato aveva un affaccio interno luminoso e silenzioso, perfetto per riposare comodamente. Il bagno, seppur minimo, era funzionale e pulito. I gestori sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti. Lo staff, inizialemente cordiale, si è dimostrato manchevole: non ha rispettato gli accordi relativi alla colazione il primo giorno e non è in grado di fornire ricevute conformi alla richiesta di rimborsi per viaggi di lavoro. Ritornando sul tema della "colazione inclusa", questa mi ha molto deluso: non si trattava di una vera e propria colazione, bensì della possibilità di avere un cornetto e un succo in brick perché qualsiasi bevanda calda doveva essere fatta con il bollitore (incluso il caffè, chiaramente solubile). Suggerirei di prestare maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione: il lavandino era scheggiato, una presa elettrica accanto al letto non funzionante (e quindi bisognava scegliere se caricare il telefono o poter spegnere la luce della stanza dal letto, grazie alla luce da comodino), l'intensità luminosa delle lampadine del lampadario in stanza davvero troppo bassa.

• Boutaina (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, in the heart of Napoli. The host was really nice and helpful, it felt a lot like home rather than a hotel. I definitely recommend.
• Odjo (10/5): I highly recommend this B&B - The hosts are just wonderful! They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kiko went out of his way to help us navigate the city. He even walked with us to direct us to where we can change money. They had a kitchenette fully stacked with breakfast items, fruits and snacks, accessible throughout the day. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Even though our bathroom was located outside of our bedroom, it was private and came with a key. I give Ruck&Maul an A++

• Karla (10/5): Great B&B with good breakfast - We stayed there for 2 nights. Everything was great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, we got 2 big and 2 small towels. The B&B is on Toledo street, right new to Quartieri Spagnoli. Breakfast was good, eyery morning you get croissants or other bagels. There is orange juice and milk in the fridge, and you can make yourself coffee. We were able to leave our baggage after we've checked out since our return flight was in the evening. The room was on the quiet side of the building so we got good sleep during the night.
• Andrijana (10/5): Perfect Stay - High hospitality level, very clean and comfortable room! We had the one with private bathroom outside the room and it worked great, it's right next to the room. Location is amazing, the owners are amazing. Really good value for money.
• Andymai (9/5): Superb - This is a perfect place for staying in a great zone of Naples, that it feels safe and it's perfectly located. The owners were super nice, and they made great efforts to make my trip easier and better. The place was tidy, clean and modern and it had all of the appliances a guest can ask for. The breakfast was great, there were many options. I would definitely come back to this B&B. The only reason for not ranking with a 10 is that the only problem I noticed about the room I stayed in is that I could clearly hear the guests that were in the next room. It would be a great improvement if the owners could find a way of soundproofing the room. Apart from this, everything was perfect. This was the only issue. But I would stay in the place again anyway.
• Eunice (9/5): Excellent location and stay - Excellent location, 12 mins to port, 4 mins away from Toledo metro station, everything was near by. Although the property was in the busy high street but you didn’t hear any noise at all. We had good sleep when we were there. Friendly staff and host. Clean and tidy a small B&B. There is a small cute shared kitchen, it has fridge, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee etc. We definitely will be back and recommend to everyone. The property was on 4th floors and use the old style lift to get there. Our room with bathroom, the bathroom was quite cramped.
• Finn (7/5): Authentic B&B which is giving student home vibes - The property was located in the center, close to public transport, stores and restaurants. Breakfast also contained many options and fresh croissants were added every day. There also was an elevator. The hosts were also very nice and they were present every day. The way the property was decorated really made it feel like a student home in which a close group of friends lived together. This is okay, but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. There was a lot of noise from outside and in the building. Breakfast room was next to our bedroom, which caused a lot of noise in the morning. We could also hear other residents talk & come in their room. The shower was also not very big and only contained a rain shower with no additional sprayer. This was something we would have liked to have. We were also not sure if we had to clean our own dishes after breakfast or not… 😅

The hosts were really welcoming & friendly & even brought fresh croissant every morning for breakfast. The shower was not rinsing properly and there was a nasty smell in the bathroom from the toilet or shower.

Very clean with small communal kitchen/meals area adjacent to the room. Really liked the upcycled bed and furniture made from pallets and everything was well renovated with modern bathroom facilities and comfy bed. Hosts are wonderful and you genuinely feel as though you are a guest in their home. Breakfast is included and I very much enjoyed my stay. My room was quite a bit larger than expected and I was very comfortable. Location in the heart of Spanish Quarter and near the beach area.

The hosts were very friendly, the place was clean and looked newly renovated. Our bathroom was across the hall but only for our use. Our window was looking at the churchs dome, which was really cool. The breakfast is included, they brought fresh croissants every morning. There are 4 rooms, you share a small kitchen with the other people and the walls are so thin you can hear every word they’re saying. Unfortunately our neighbors did not respect any hostel rules (no loud music, loud talking in the night, etc.). We were there for 5 nights so it became really annoying.
