Stained and broken toilet seats; large hole in main bathroom ceiling; flaking and mould attracting paintwork on one wall; exposed and dangerous electrical wiring; no shower door or curtain in second bathroom; only one key so restricts group access
• LAWRENCE (1/5): Don't stay here, it's badly neglected and the agents were not interested in fixing our problems. - This is the worst place I have had the misfortune to book through Booking.Com. It is very badly in need of repair and refurbishment. The only good thing about the apartment was its location. Here are ten reasons not to stay at this property. 1. Gaping hole in the main bathroom which agents/owner had done nothing about. 2. The toilets in both bathrooms were stained and broken. 3. The wall of the main bathroom on the living area side was full of flaking paint that could easily attract mould. 4. Only one key was provided which, for a group booking (3 of us) was extremely inconvenient. 5. No shower door or curtain in the second bathing area. 6. An ill fitting shower curtain used as blind in second bedroom. 7. Electrical wiring exposed in on various walls in property. 8. Crockery provided was chipped. 9. Several final demand letters were in the mailbox and apartment. 10. The wi fi and its electrical wiring was right by the sink and therefore a danger of electrocution.

Although it is on the 5th floor, it is quiet (can still hear the traffic but not at all annoying) Bathroom needs better ventilation but can easy be remedied by opening the window

• Kaushall (4/5): - Location and accessibility to mall was good. The bathroom was leaking and was hard to keep the toilet dry. The beds were also old and had body ache after the stay.
• Farhan (10/5): Second time staying here, same great experience as before. - This was my second time booking with this property. It was generally the same as before, except for a different living room arrangement and the addition of a bathtub in the main room. Since the room was at a higher level than before, I managed to capture a great sunset shot from the sofa. There were no clothes irons or an ironing board available for this particular stay. But other than that, there's not much to complain about.

The property provides us with washing machine and along with the laundry racks. Host provide us with specific detail on how to check in. The master bedroom got moldy wall, especially on the bathroom side. The remote of the Aircond need to share with the Aircond at the living room. The parking space is too tight as it situated between a wall and a pillar.

The security guards were not only kind but also very approachable and attentive, ensuring that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. The house itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully cozy, offering a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made it feel just like home. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for both convenience and comfort.

• Mohammed (3/5): - Admin was replying quite late after check in Room 2 door knob cannot closed. Cannot open from inside. Room 1 bathroom knob was broken Owner shld had checked all this before renting. The room seem not as in photos. Ventilation not very good. Mould smell. Location was good.

• Ayuni (5/5): Passable - Overall things are good, location wise and the procedure to check-in and check-out are very clear. Nice communication from the owner/staffs. I can't really give a high rate because we were faced with some electrical issues that led to my family being in the dark for a few hours. I can see this might be a new experience for the owner as well. I suggest maybe moving forward, can try to come up with some backup option in case of situations like this and despite everything, there was no compensation at all given in regards to the situation.

• Wang (7/5): An airbnb near LRT Station - Air cond cold. Walking distance to LrT Station and next door is Gateway shopping mall. The photo is not same like actual we see. Mattress needs change, the building lack of maintenance. Parking area slightly dark.

• Celine (7/5): Comfy and enjoyable stay - Good location right on top of KL Gateway mall, easy walking distance to the nearest LRT station of Universiti. The property has everything you need and more. And the beds and sheets are amazingly comfy. Very convenient for us were the huge tables (but we kept hitting the legs of the tables and chairs) Access is a bit of a hassle as going anywhere requires the keycard, including actually going to the mailroom to collect the keycard. The bathrooms are serviceable but not very conveniently laid out. The shower gel and shampoo provided are subpar and smell weird. The aircon was freezing despite doing all we could to turn it down, and the fan didn’t do much to dispel the heat when we tried that instead.

• Muhammad (10/5): Way beyond my personal expectations. - Stayed for two nights because of family weekend getaway. Really impressed with the house provided. There's a climbing stair outside, which was handy when I looked at the air-cond on the smaller room that filled with dust. The queen beds are just comfortable and there was a spare of single bed provided. The microwave and rice cooker were also handy given that we brought cooks from the hometown before hand and the relatives were dropping by to meet us. Tbh, I really couldn't find anything that I didn't like for my stay. It literally exceeded my expectations by high. Really happy with the staycation and I hoped to get similar experience like this again if I booked the same apartment.

Didnt have a chance to use the pool or gym facilities but it looks clean and conducive. Apartment though slightly old was comfortable, especially the living room. View was also good as it was on a higher floor. apartment was slightly old with moldy grout in the toilets. Toilet ventilation was also not good. Main bedroom's wall was also peeling.

• Nurhidayah (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacious and had every essential household items and appliances including washing machine and a stove. The bathrooms were clean and also included shampoo and body soap. Towels were also provided. The parking space allocated was a bit narrow and I had to readjust my parking a few times so that the passenger seat can be opened without hitting the wall.

We did light cooking and there were enough utensils, plates etc There were so many cockroaches that we believe comes from the flooring. After killing 1 there’s more that couldn’t kill because they went in between the floor boards. We found a spray but it was finished. Also, the shower in master bedroom is translucent (can see the person’s inside body figure) even with the shower curtain
