• Guest (7/5): un lugar funcional - Me gusto lo amplio del departamento , y esta muy bien mantenido. La ubicacion es hermosa pero hay que tener en cuenta que a las 19hs uno tienen que quedarse en el dpto por ser una zona centrica que muere a esa hora no cerraban las puertas de los baños ,ni de las habitaciones (eso fue un problema ya que se veia el inodoro) ni tampoco se podia poner llave por dentro. y tenia ventanales gigantes en el comedor y cocina pero sin cortinas..Pero mas alla de ese detalle que es facil de resolver es un muy lindo alojamiento
• Ana (9/5): - El departamento es precioso y muy bien decorado. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para preparar la comida. Tiene dos baños y eso es importante para una familia de 4. Los conserjes eran muy amables y la zona, si bien de noche no es linda, de día es buenísima para pasear (hay mucho para hacer caminando) y tiene lugares para comer baratos y lindos. Las puertas de los baños no cierran.

• Michelle (7/5): Good value stay in central Santiago. Would be more comfortable in non-Summer months. Host was great and very communicati - It was centrally located and there was 24h porter so secure. Spacious. Good kitchen. It was hot and if you open the windows it was noisy so couldn’t win.

• Nikolai (6/5): Ask all information in advance - Location, safety house with concierge Ask evething in advance, as the owner doesn't send any information herself. It is not so welcoming, I think. Moreother, there are no any instructions inside the flat about wifi (see problem below) and something else. Other hostels send all the information right after the booking: about taxi, excursions etc. Here there were no information at all. Even about apartment number and wifi password. Couple of problems if you arrive with late flight: First, everything started with a problem of key transfer. Concierge didn't know about the keys for some reason, and owner didn't send me a number of appartaments. Thus, I call her at 11pm after 24 hours of trip to Santiago with roaming and bad emotional condition. Second, in the apartment wifi was not working. And again, I loose all my money on phone to text my friends about arrival. Likely, the landlord gived me a discount, as I spent 60+ Euros because of non-working wifi and midnight roaming calls. Wifi was repeared next day only. Finally, you may find cockroaches on the kitchen and in the bathroom at night. And its noisy from the street and very hot at the night. But it looks normal for Santiago
• Carol (10/5): Wonderful Stay - This is a very lovely, spacious apartment. It is very clean, well maintained and comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. The eat in kitchen is modern and nicely designed. There is lots of natural light in all rooms. It is In an excellent central location. Communication with Constanza was also good. Building is secure and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful apartment, great location - highly recommend staying here. Absolutely nothing!
