Perfect end to our holiday. - Absolutely brilliant location, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes walk to the famous Santa Monica pier. Great facilities at the including a great TV, a modern large kitchen. The rooftop pool was perfect. Very friendly neighbours and a very secure location. Lots of nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops very close by.

The key was left for us on the lawn outside the property - not very safe (anyone could've come by and copied it!) We got a text the day before our arrival that parking will cost 20usd per day, with a sketchy link asking for venmo/revolut transfer. The visitor parking in the building was 15usd per day so that was not so nice. Why not just include the parking charge in your base rate? - this is ridiculous...
