Marie (5/5): Bon emplacement mais eau froide - L’emplacement de l’appartement est top. La communication avec l’hôte était très facile et rapide. Malheureusement aucune de nos simples demandes n’a été acceptée. Il faut attendre que le boiler d’eau se réchauffe pour prendre une douche, donc si vous êtes plusieurs, cela peut prendre longtemps pour que tout le monde soit prêts De plus, même si il y a deux douches, il n’y a pas assez d’eau pour prendre deux douches en même temps. Le sol n’était pas propre et très très froid donc nous étions obligés de mettre des chaussures dans l’appartement ce qui n’a pas amélioré la propreté.

Allen (6/5): A clean apartment with less than adequate aircon and a leas than friendly host - The property was very clean and in an excellent location. There were plenty shops around - essential being in the centre of Naples. The apartment did not have adequate air conditioning. It was extremely hot in the rooms. We had to buy our own mini fan. The host was not welcoming. We explained to the host that the flight got delayed so our check in time (getting the keys) had changed. When we arrived at the airport we had reserved a car. However we were rushed and told to get to the accommodation asap as someone was waiting to give us the keys. That made us panic in order to get the car because otherwise we would lose the reservation. We made it to the accommodation but in tremendous rush. I believe that under the circumstances flexibility should be in place for guests who have not travelled to a particular location before, especially when the host is notified of a later arrival.
