Byron (6/5): Cómodo, limpio, accesible pero no hay guarda equipaje en el sitio - Lo limpio y accesible con ascensor, cerca del metro y estación de trenes, también estaba cerca el Mercadona y buenas cafeterías. Todo limpio y bonito del piso. El horario del check out y check in salir a las 11 y entrar a las 16:00 es complejo cuando vienes de un viaje y quieres descansar. Escogimos el sitio porque tiene la opción de guardar el equipaje ya que se encuentra cerca de la estación de trenes (Barcelona Sants), para sorpresa que el equipaje no se guarda en el sitios donde te hospedas si no que a 4 km del lugar y me brindaron una opción un poco más cerca (a 3 km )pero me informaron mal el horario en que cierran el guarda equipaje y nos avisaron 30 minutos antes del cierre por lo que tuvimos que dejar todo para correr a recoger el equipaje, algo que queríamos evitar y a la final paso. Por último el precio que pagas en Booking no incluye impuestos locales que en nuestro caso nos tomó de sorpresa pagar 83€ extras

FAIZ (8/5): Séjour décevant à prix élevé avec de nombreux problèmes de propreté, d’équipements et de confort. - • bon emplacement • literie de la chambre double confortable • pas de bruit • literie des lits séparée pas du tout confortable • présence de puce de lit • chasse d’eau qui se bloque et il faut la débloquer à chaque fois • on en donne qu’une seule dosette de lave vaisselle et de machine à laver alors que pour une période de 4 jrs minimum 4 dosette de lave vaisselle • la machine à laver ainsi que la la lave vaisselle sont très anciennes et méritent d’être changé, la machine à laver fait un bruit assourdissant • ça serait bien d’avoir plus d’ustensiles de cuisine comme un égouttoir , cafetière…ainsi que des basics comme le sel, café, poivre … • le canapé est assez sale et devrait être bien nettoyé

蓉 (9/5): 比较舒适 - 地理位置很好，离地铁比较近，虽然刚到的时候密码提供错误，但还是比较快的给解决了，比较惊艳的是提供了的很齐全的餐具以及烹饪所需的东西，以及清洁物品盒，这个对于需要自己煮饭的非常方便有几个问题，一是台灯没有灯罩，刺眼睛，第二，地板是坏的，打滑，还有就是，存东西的地方太远了，要赶地铁走几站，不过还好的是，存东西的地方离巴特罗之家很近，服务也很好

Dina Fox (1/5): HEALTH HAZARD: BEDBUG INFESTATION & INSULTING MANAGEMENT - DO NOT STAY HERE! Our stay for 5 people was a nightmare. The apartment (Sweett - Casa Fira) is heavily infested with bedbugs. We found insects in the beds and have clear photo/video evidence. The consequences were severe: two of our guests suffered painful bites and serious allergic reactions. We spent a completely sleepless night in distress right before an international flight. The management’s (Sweett) response was disgraceful. They acknowledged the infestation but refused to take full responsibility. They offered a ridiculous €180 total compensation for a group of 5—which doesn’t even cover the mandatory professional dry cleaning and thermal disinfection of our luggage and clothes, let alone the physical and moral damage. This property is a safety risk. They care more about keeping your money than guest safety. Save your money—STAY AWAY!

During my stay, I felt very comfortable, especially due to its proximity to the main points of interest in the city, such as the Sagrada Familia, Camp Nou, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, and La Rambla, among others. It is located in a safe area, with excellent access to public transportation as well as tourist bus services, which greatly facilitates getting around Barcelona. Additionally, the immediate surroundings offer a good selection of restaurants and bars where you can have breakfast or dinner without needing to go into the more crowded dining areas of the city, adding significant value in terms of convenience. Overall, it is an excellent accommodation option, both for its location and the quality of the area. ------- La propiedad cuenta con una ubicación estratégica y altamente conveniente para fines turísticos. Durante mi estancia, me sentí muy cómodo, destacando especialmente su cercanía a los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad, tales como la Sagrada Familia, Camp Nou, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera y La Rambla, entre otros. Se encuentra en una zona segura, con excelente acceso al transporte público, así como a los servicios de autobuses turísticos, lo cual facilita considerablemente la movilidad dentro de Barcelona. Adicionalmente, en los alrededores inmediatos hay una buena oferta de restaurantes y bares que permiten desayunar o cenar sin necesidad de desplazarse a las zonas más concurridas de la ciudad, lo que añade un valor importante en términos de comodidad. En general, es una excelente opción de alojamiento, tanto por su ubicación como por la calidad de la zona.

The hotel was pleasantly quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. Everything about it was great, but the location truly stood out. Getting there was very convenient—we took the train directly from the airport (Terminal T2). During our stay, we mainly used the metro, with the Tarragona station just a short walk away. The L3 line made it easy to reach the football stadium in one direction and the old town, port, and other attractions in the other.

Лесна комуникация с домакините и кейлес вход - само с кодове за вратите. Всички удобства за кратък и не толкова кратък престой. Комплимент от домакина - два стартови пакета. Единият за почистване с таблетка за съдомиялнатя и с доза за пералнята, гъба и препарат за миене на съдове /каквито има достатъчно/. Вторият с капсули за кафемашината, оцет, олио, сол и захарчета. Фурна и микровълнова. Препоръчвам :) При следващо посещение бих отишъл пак.

Au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine, il serait bon d'en rajouter quelques uns : essoreuse à salade, couvercles pour casseroles, et quelques bols, assiettes et couverts en plus de façon à ne pas utiliser systématiquement le lave vaisselle après chaque repas.

David (7/5): Está bien pero puede mejorar - Buena ubicación cerca de Plaza España, con fácil acceso al transporte público y servicios. Tanto el edificio como el apartamento están bien. Dispone de kits de limpieza y de bienvenida (café, azúcar, etc.). Tuvimos dificultades con el acceso por código, especialmente con el de la puerta del apartamento porque tardó en llegarnos. Por otro lado, el sofá resultaba bastante incómodo y consideramos que la limpieza tiene que mejorar ( el sofá tenía muchas manchas, la alfombra..)
