• Duncan (8/5): Comfortable secure apartment in central Liverpool. - Secure and close (easy walking distance) to Liverpool CBD. Hence many cafes, restaurants and pubs. The apartment is as described, and comfortable and well fitted out. Loved that they provided plenty of coffee and tea and had a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting neighbourhood (urban gritty vibe) with on street parking. Additionally the apartment is on the third floor as well, so might be a struggle if you had lots of luggage.

• Kirby (8/5): Great value for money - It was a nice tidy apartment that was well equipped with everything needed. There's about 5 flights of stairs and no lift. Also no ceiling fans or air conditioning but pedestal fans are provided on both bedrooms.
• Emily (5/5): - It was clean, well decorated and instructions were clear as to getting in. Host was pleasant to deal with. Decent value for what we paid. The location did have us on edge, particularly arriving back at night. I wouldn't consider the stay as having universal parking, our small hatch bearly fit, and we ended up street parking to save us from headaches. The mattress was stiff/thin but passable.
• Abbey (5/5): good price for what’s there but wouldn’t stay again. - beds were very comfortable the property wasn’t very clean, paint missing off the roof, paint on the floors, stains on the pillow cases, window sill was caked on with dust, the kitchen didn’t have any exhaust fan, no fans or aircon/heater in the rooms, minimal hot water for showers, power points not working

• Balvir (1/5): It was all messed up our trip on top of that we had paid double for another accommodation and they didn’t not refund us - It was very bad experience that apartment was not clean , there was dust everywhere and my daughter allergic to dust mites so we had to move out immediately after we checked in. Staff dealing was very bad experience, that lady was not nice when we tried to talk a about cleaning she said, she cleaned properly if we don’t like we can move out immediately after,it was very rough talking.we had booked to live in there but it was not clean so we had to find new accommodation in dubble price because it was Easter evening , out whole planning just ruined
• Belinda (7/5): Good - Beds was very comfortable, free wifi, lounge room was nice and cozy. The staff was great with quick responses and great with with their instructors. Couldn't help out enough was amazing. The location of the address, the stairs with no elevator, no emergency exits if there was a fire on lower floors. No vent in bathroom or kitchen. Very thin walls can hear every noise from outside
