• Kiwi-Tim (10/5): Definitely would return! - Great location and comfortable lodgings perfect for 2. Current nearby building works make a degree of noise in the daytime but it's not particularly bad and will finish at some point.

• ΦΩΤΗΣ (10/5): - Ενα πολύ ευρύχωρο και ευχάριστο κατάλυμα. Σε καλή περιοχή με πολλά πράγματα κοντά όπως φαρμακείο ψησταριά και άλλα. Τρομερή βοήθεια από την υπεύθυνη στο πώς θα βρούμε το κατάλυμα και το διαμέρισμα στην πολυκατοικία. Στην επόμενη μας επίσκεψη στην Αθήνα εννοείται πως θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε. Τίποτα όλα ήταν υπέροχα!

• Piotr (10/5): Ateny - Świetny i bardzo pomocny kontakt z właścicielem. Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, piekarnia, knajpki, metro, centrum no i sam Akropol. Mieszkanie przytulane ze wszystkim co potrzebne. Gorąco polecamy i pozdrawiamy Zbyt krótki czas pobytu :(

• Oliver (8/5): Super Lage! - Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Kurze Wege zur Altstadt und Akropolis. Bars , Supermarkt und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Das Apartment hat eine gute Größe für 2, der Balkon nett. Duschgel und Shampoo vorhanden. Problemloser Check in, mit Schlüsselbox Bett unbequem. Leichter Schimmel im Bad. Die Duschamatur sollte repariert werden. Hellhörig, wenn die Nachbarn die Türen aufschließen. Im Nachbarhaus wird gerade gebaut. Deshalb ist Baulärm im Moment vorhanden. Dafür kann aber die Vermietung nichts. Sollte aber erwähnt werden.
• Claire (7/5): Situation idéale, mais quelques points à améliorer - L’appartement est très bien situé pour un séjour de quelques jours afin de visiter Athènes à pieds (Acropole à 5 min). Le quartier de Koukaki est aussi top pour s’écarter des zones trop touristiques et profiter de commerces de proximité. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité d’accéder à l’appartement un peu plus tôt que l’heure prévue, ainsi que l’accès autonome très facile par boîte à clef. Le rapport qualité / prix pourrait être meilleur, on sent que l’appartement a été pensé pour faire du business et pas pour y vivre ! Cuisine avec une seule prise à côté de l’évier (obligé de déplacer la bouilloire ou cafetière pour s’en servir), plaque de cuisson avec trois feux mais une seule casserole toute petite, couvertures à disposition mais tachées, aucune insonorisation donc beaucoup de bruit provenant des appartements adjacents… On aurait pu trouver mieux pour le même prix.
• MANDY (6/5): Location and apartment was great. Loud air con made it hard to sleep--bring ear plugs. - The air conditioner was loud and the construction works made it hard to sleep in the morning. If the aircon was a little quieter, it would have made for a much better night's sleep.

• Babis (10/5): Άριστη διαμονή στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. - Ένα ήσυχο διαμέρισμα, στο οποίο θα βρεις τα πάντα για την διαμονή σου. Άριστη επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια, καθαρό και σε πολύ βολικό σημείο για μια διαμονή στο Κέντρο της Αθήνας. Δίπλα σου έχεις ο,τι θα χρειαστείς ΟΛΕΣ τις ώρες. 2 λεπτά περπάτημα από το μετρό Ακρόπολης.
• Konstantinos (7/5): Top location, comfortable bed, good facilities, could be a bit cleaner. - Overall clean place, the shower wasn't very clean but it wasn't dirty. I could hear the family next door for 1 night, they weren't disturbingly loud but you could tell that the walls were thin.

• Nicolas (4/5): Spero che sia stato un soggiorno “sfortunato” e che non sia la norma visto che le altre recensioni erano positive. L’uni - La posizione è molto comoda nel quartiere di Kukaki e il monolocale ha gli spazi ben studiati La pulizia della camera era terribile, ci siamo ritrovati con la spazzatura degli inquilini precedenti, con la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde usate all’interno, il pavimento della casa sporco e capelli ovunque nel bagno, nella doccia e in giro per la casa. L’unica cosa pulita erano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Il Wi-Fi si scollegava di continuo e il balconcino si affaccia su un cantiere che dalle 7:30 inizia a trapanare.

• Ashley (8/5): Perfecte locatie en een moderne, knusse kamer. - Het was een perfect voor ons korte verblijf. Het is ontzettend centraal en het was allemaal goed verzorgd/schoon. Een mooie keuken een fijne badkamer! Alhoewel de host zijn/haar best deed om het uit te leggen, waren er zoveel sleutelkluisjes en instructies om uiteindelijk bij de kamer te komen, dat het ons best even duurde. Dit zou duidelijker kunnen.

• Emmanouil (3/5): Poor - Location, bathroom The place is nice if you are traveling alone or two people, however, I don't recommend it for three persons as our reservation was. The third person has to sleep on an old and uncomfortable sofa that turns into a bed on the floor. The provided duvet by the host was only for the person sleeping on the sofa while for the people on the bed, only the bed linen is provided. When we called the owner and asked for extra duvet as the weather was much cold during our stay, we were met by poor excuses that people don't use it and instead drop it on the floor because it is too warm... In the end, we were given an extra blanket, though we had requested something much warmer. My opinion on the matter is that it doesn't really hurt to put an extra duvet in the wardrobe for the people sleeping in the bed and just let them decide whether they want to use it or not. Then there is the fact that next to the house, there is a whole new building under construction, which meant strong building noise already from 7am! Anyway, since we stayed for one night, we managed somehow to survive.

• Barbara (9/5): A Good Spot for an Athena visit - I felt safe and secure in the apartment. The location was pretty good. Easy walk to the Acropolis. Communication was great with the owner. Really helpful when I was having trouble getting in. Checked on me once I was inside. Hadn't realized it was an AirBnB type. No view other than a construction area.

• Malliarou (8/5): Very good - Host was very kind, the apartment had all utilities and the location was suberb and very close to bus stations, the subway and the Acropolis museum The sofa bed was actually a folded short matress and although it could be great for a child, it was very uncomfortable for an adult.
• Alexandra (5/5): Passable - The host was very helpful and we were able to find the key immediately. Also the location was perfect. The lack of noise insulation ruined the experience. The couple next door was very loud, almost the entire night. Also if the door hadn't been locked they would have walked in on us in the room because there is one big apartment split into two separate rooms, in which you have access from a shared space. I believe this type of layout is suitable for families that share the entire space. All in all I am glad it was only for one night.
