El Donna Elena esta justo en un basural No es un hotel No te dan un desayuno .. te dan un vale por un cafe y una factura en un supermercado cercano Todo

• AIMILIA (8/5): Αξιοπρεπές - Καθαρό, άνετο δωμάτιο, καλό wi-fi, κοντά σε αξιοθέατα, συγκοινωνίες. Θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερες μικρές παροχές (ήταν διαθέσιμες μόνο δύο μικρές συσκευασίες σαμπουάν για 2 άτομα για 5 ημέρες, καθόλου αφρόλουτρο). Το ψυγείο επίσης χρειάζεται επισκευή/αντικατάσταση καθώς πάγωνε τα προϊόντα. Τέλος, ζητήθηκε τη στιγμή που μπαίναμε στο αεροπλάνο, ίσως από λάθος, έξτρα χρέωση 20€ για υπηρεσία καθαριότητας που δεν ζητήθηκε και δεν παρείχε το κατάλυμα.

• monica (10/5): Benissimo!!!! - La struttura è veramente centralissima, ben curata e pulita. Il titolare è persona attenta e accogliente, sempre pronto e disponibile. Le stanze sono conformi alla descrizione. Pulite e luminose, con arredi ben posizionati. La colazione è buona, all'italiana. Il punto forte è la posizione, a piedi ed in pochi minuti abbiamo raggiunto i Quartieri Spagnoli, Piazza Plebiscito, il Lungomare, il Centro Storico, Spaccanapoli e il Duomo. Consigliatissimo!!

Il proprietario è una persona così meschina e scorretta nei confronti del cliente ,ineducato. ho prenotato questa camera perché rientravamo da una crociera avendo con noi una bambina e mio marito ed io ho pensato di prenotare una camera e appoggiare i bagagli e andare a fare visita a Napoli per un giorno perché avevamo una nave di rientro per la mezzanotte, quindi dovevamo lasciare la struttura alle ore 22:00 premetto che sono arrivata alle ore 13:00 e quindi alle 22 l’avrei lasciata pagando una somma di 75 € al mio arrivo comincio a scrivere su booking per parlare con qualcuno della struttura ma nessuno che mi dava risposta dopo un po’ ha risposto la moglie suonando al citofono il signore già da lì cominciò ad essere scortese salendo su in camera e vide mio marito e mia figlia, ma noi la prenotazione c’era scritto una persona sia un pochettino infastidito io spiegai che questa struttura che io ho affittato questa camera era per una persona solo per il motivo di appoggiare le valigie perché avevamo al loro interno delle valigie oggetti personali ma il signore lì mi ha preso per ladra dicendo che sono i napoletani solitamente a truffare ,e non pensava anche i siciliani. In quel momento mio marito giustamente si è infastidito i e disse quant’è la differenza che la paghiamo anche se noi qui non ci dormiamo non facciamo uso i bagni e neanche di letti, ma lui ha detto di stare zitto perché eravamo nel torto entrando in camera posai le valigie e notai che c’era anche il telecomando del condizionatore che avevo acceso per rinfrescare un po’ l’ambiente, dopo un po’ siamo scesi per andare a fare visita a napoli e io ho spento il condizionatore.

We arrived at night & Google maps took us to a location a few blocks away that felt unsafe with lots of homeless folks sleeping in front of businesses & garbage not being picked up. Fortunately, our host was in constant communication with us by text & phone calls & instructed us how to get to the property. Our host spoke English very well & was very patient with us as we were feeling a bit anxious about the area. She recommended a nearby inexpensive restaurant that had excellent pizzas & seafood. We had 2 separate rooms & they were both spacious and clean.
• Barbara (5/5): Passable - Room was clean. Step into the room not well marked. Hazard, especially if you have to get up to use restroom at night.
• Irina (6/5): Pleasant - The place was close to the ferry terminal which was handy for us. Communication with the stuff wasn't great. We were not allowed to leave our bags for a few hours after the check out. The breakfast was in the cafe nearby, one coffee and croissant. The second coffee wasn't cheap at all.

Friendly owner Lift Good simple breakfast round the corner Access difficult. Doorway not easy to find down a dingy side street, not recognisable from photo
• Sirley (8/5): Very good - Location was very good and host was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and included all facilities as described. Good value for the money. Breakfast was very simple, just coffee and croissant. Also if you’re traveling with car I recommend take the parking from the host for 25€ per day. Street parking is much more expensive and maybe complicated.

• Liviu (3/5): A disaster. - The location. If you do not necessarily need to stay in the area, avoid this accommodation at all costs. The owner is aggressive and very rude, AC is not working all the time, WIFI doesn't work. Hot water? Depending on your luck. Breakfast is a bad joke. You don't expect this behavior and services when you pay 120 Euros per night.

Owners very friendly and welcoming, given a coffee and a delicious plate of pasta on arrival which was very welcomed ( not usual or expected just ones been very polite) Beds so comfy!!! The best from our 2 week adventure around Italy. Location was good and would definitely stay again. Some of the furniture of the terraced was a bit damaged

I couldn't find where to get breakfast as it wasn't obvious and i couldn't find any instructions in the room or reception area.

The shower was teeny tiny, overall bathroom was very small. Whilst the room was clean I managed to get bitten by a spider many times. Very noisy.

Superb view under full moon. breakfast was typical south Italian - coffee with cornetto - in neighbourhood cafeteria. Room cleanness should be improved..
• Eva (7/5): Good - The owners left clear instructions as to how to get the keys and how to get to the room. The room was clean and pretty nice. Good value for money. The owners also agreed to mail us some stuff that we forgot. In our room the balcony doors were easily accessible through the building's parking lot, which made us feel not very safe. In addition the legs of one bed were folding in, but we managed to fix it. The breakfast is just a croissant and coffee at a coffee place nearby
• Kateryna (9/5): Superb - The owner of apartment has met us for check in, very kind person, he gave us some advice about markets and restaurants. Great location if you will continue your journey on Amalfi coast by ferry, it’s very close. Market nearby in 2 min - Grungusto. Everything was clean and tidy.

There is no food and other kitchen facilites at the premise like other B&B's. Also room I stayed was pretty big ,Yes but the Air condition was only small with less capacity to cover the whole room to make it cold & comfortable.
