• Maria (5/5): Apartamento dejado y caro - La ubicacion es lo unico que cale la pena Todo muy dejado.Casi se rompe la tele porque le falta el soporte y se aguanta por una pata. No hay luces pequeñas en la habitacion y los enchufes estan lejos de la cama. La lavadora no va. No hay presion en la ducha. No se regula bien la calefaccion. Muy caro por lo que ofrecen. Sin hablar que no hay ascensor.

• Manuela (3/5): Nicht okay - Die Lage war sehr gut für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch das Viertel Navigli war zu Fuß und mit der Tran gut zu erreichen. Ich habe kein Problem mit einer einfachen Unterkunft, auch dass die Wohnung im 6. Stock liegt war mir vorab bekannt. Was ich jedoch absolut nicht okay fand war die Sauberkeit: Die Kissen auf den Stühlen im Essbereich wurden wohl noch nie gewaschen! Ebenso war der Topflappen und einige andere Utensilien in der Küche dreckig! Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, daher gab es einen großen Spalt zwischen den zwei Matratzen. Unter den Betten lag eine 1cm-Staubschicht!

• Javier (10/5): Para repetir - Nos alojamos en un piso turístico en Milán situado muy cerca del centro, lo que nos permitió movernos cómodamente a pie. El apartamento cuenta con un baño completo, una habitación amplia y confortable, y un salón con televisión y aire acondicionado, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. La dueña fue muy simpática y cercana con nosotros, siempre dispuesta a ayudar, por lo que la estancia resultó aún más agradable. Todo fueron facilidades. Muy recomendable.

• Francisco (10/5): Una ubicación excelente para conocer Milano. - Apartamento muy acogedor y muy bien ubicado, a sólo 15 minutos andando del Duomo o de la zona del Navigli. Hay una parada de metro a penas a 3 minutos y en la acera de enfrente un supermercado grande muy bien provisto. La entrada se hacía con llave electrónica, lo cual se agradece mucho. Eleonora, la anfitriona, muy preocupada en todo momento. Nos amplió la hora del check-out en un día con tormenta. Nada, salvo que en algún momento se echaba en falta un ascensor.

Wygodne ogromne łóżko w sypialn,i żelazko ,suszarka ,mini ekspres.Blisko do kawiarni,piekarni i sklepu spożywczego.Do centrum 20mni spacerem pieszo metrem tyle samo wychodzi mniej więcej.

• Undine (10/5): - Das Apartment ist super zentral gelegen. Man kann die verschiedenen Stadtteile gut zu Fuß erkunden. Wir haben die Möglichkeit bekommen, an unserem Abreisetag das Apartment bis 13:00 noch kostenfrei zu nutzen. Noch mal vielen Dank dafür! Vielleicht ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass die Klimaanlage nicht im Schlafzimmer, sondern im Wohnzimmer installiert ist, so dass es im Schlafzimmer sehr warm war. ( wir waren im Juli da)

• Sam (8/5): Great location - Host was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was ready for us arriving and went above and beyond for this. The apartment is in a really good location which is a short walk from the main areas and is also connected with a tram stop outside and a metro station less than 10 minutes walk. Bed is extremely comfortable and lots of storage for clothes etc. Bathroom is slightly more dated, but functional. Water pressure was quite low so took longer to wash hair due to this. I would add on - there are a lot of steep steps up to the property which is clearly stated in the description of the property. These would be a real struggle if you were not of decent fitness/mobility, so if you are not physically fit to manage this I would not advise on this property. Other than this, would recommend.

• Leandro (1/5): Fifth floor by stairs - Location is fine, apartment is big Is a fifth floor by stairs. It didn't say that anywhere. I knew there was no elevator, but there is a very big difference between the first or second floor and the fifth floor. Good luck carrying 2x 25kgs bags. It wasn't even cheaper than others with elevators

• Paul (10/5): I recently had the opportunity to stay in a charming apartment in Milano, and it was a delightful experience. - Situated in the heart of the city, the apartment was within walking distance of major attractions like the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The neighborhood offered plenty of cafes and shops, making it perfect for exploring. .
• Cem (9/5): Good location and close to public transportation. - Firstly, the location of the apartment is in a good district, a 5-minute walk to S.Ambrigio underground station. The apartment was clean. There are kitchenware to cook easily,and there is a nespresso machine, which I didn't expect.
• As1065 (1/5): Dont Book! - Leaving! Horrendous experience here. I dont like to complain but there have been chances to resolve the issues by the property and booking.com. On arrival I called the host to ask the locatiom of the appartment, this was duly given only for us to find entry to the appartment required a climb up 105 steep and hazardous steps. On entry we found that the shower was filthy, some unwashed cups in the cupboards and the kitchen a fire hazard with melted plastic worktops around the hob. The main issue for us was the accesibility up the stairs, after one night we cut our stay and contacted customer support to inform them of the issues and unsuitability of the property given there was nothing in the descrtion stating that people with mobility issues could struggle. We paid for alternative accomodation for two niggts and customer support assured us they would refund the costs. Nothing has happened and no refunds despite multiple messages.

• Valasia (8/5): Good and quite location, everything in a walking distance. - Location is absolutely fantastic. Also heat and Internet are working well. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Furniture ok. Electronic check in is working well. The building where the apartment is located is amazing, and the apartment is very quite. There were 2 burnt out bulbs, one in the bathroom and one in the only spot light in the bedroom, so you had to switch one the "large lights" which are white so a bit tiring for constant lighting. Also, cooker hood was not working. Finally, douche cabinet could be more clean. REMEMBER that we speak for 5th level apartment without elevator. Remember to use the tram, anyway the metro is at least 650 meters away.

• Rups (1/5): Stay away - terrible experience - Only good thing about this property is the location. It’s close to the duomo ( 20 minutes easy walk) Nothing about the property is good. For the price that was charged, the property did not meet expectations. The apartment is not accessible easily, there are no signs or instructions on where the apartment is once you get to Corso Genova 12. We arrived around mid night due to huge flight delays and we are on the road for more than an hour as there was no instruction on where the apartment is located. Further, the apartment is on the 5 floor with no lift access. The apartment had wobbly furniture, leaky shower, hot water wasn’t available on last day when we had to check out early. The shower barely worked and leaked constantly. We had a terrible experience and felt cheated for the price that was charged. Stay away from this property if you can.
• Lorraine (6/5): Due to our mature years we found this accomodation unsuitable maybe host should clarify this! stating no lift is not eno - Good location Not clear on how many stairs prior to booking stated upper floor it was actually on the 5th floor no stairs over 100 steps to climb not good with heavy cases or for mature adults! Had trouble understanding the Vikey lock system however able to contact host on several occasions to clarify its working.
