• Bionka (10/5): Excellent area to stay around! - Close to the Roger’s centre, Stackt, Wellington market and outdoor movies. Such a perfect area to stay around! The bed was a little to hard for me

• Ricardo (6/5): Good location but not clean - Location was great. Walking distance from the CN Tower. It was extremely dirty. And there was no staff we could talk to, so we ended up cleaning it ourselves.

• Marie-Josee (6/5): Missed the « Elegant » mark. - The location Unfortunately, it is hard for me to be positive. I am usually very pleased with Booking.com accommodations. However, this condo really needs to be deep cleaned, re-vamped (necessary accessories are missing or broken), and even repainted. It would also be a great advantage for the proprietor to answer his texts and emails.
• Derya (3/5): Bien placé mais très sale - L’emplacement et le parking Les lits étaient degueulasse on a du tout laver. Il y a avait des traces marrons qui sont partis au lavage, il y avait des traces sur les murs, des chaussettes sales au sol..
• Zekraoui (5/5): The apartment was fine, but the parking situation was unacceptable. The owner’s car occupied the promised spot, which fo - The apartment itself was fine, but I had a very bad experience with the parking. The listing clearly stated that a parking space was included. Upon arrival, the space was occupied by the owner’s car. When I called him, he told me to use the visitors’ parking, which resulted in a $70 ticket. The owner admitted it was his fault and promised to reimburse me, but after my stay he stopped answering my messages. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of seriousness and respect towards guests. I do not recommend this rental because of this attitude.
• Yvonne (7/5): Great location enjoyed our visit to Toronto - Location. View. No access to facilities pool etc There was a damp smell on entry think from the mop bucket used by previous tenants. No internal light socket in 2nd bedroom or plug sockets.
• Marie (9/5): Paisible, Interessant - Tour CN, Aquarium Ripley, plein de lieux sont accessibles à pied. Emplacement 10/10. La personne ressource est joignable, si besoin. Juste un des lits est un peu inconfortable, mais le séjour c’est bien passé, alors pour le lit c’est ok.
• Alain (8/5): Great trip, great location, great views! - Location was great, condo was clean, view was amazing Missing kitchen ustensiles and cleaning supplies (broom, dish soap, dishes). Vacuum cleaner did not work.
• Stéphanie (9/5): Superbe vue - La vue était extraordinaire et on ne pouvait pas être mieux situés. Tout était propre et une des chambres était géniale. On avait le stationnement fourni gratuitement. C'était uniquement de trouver la place qui n'était pas facile mais dans l'ensemble on a vraiment adoré. La 2e chambre était beaucoup trop petite. Même pas assez de place pour y déposer une valise, on aurait dit un walk-in transformé en chambre. Et pour la salle de bain, on devait passer par une des 2 chambres donc mon fils qui dormait sur le divan lit au salon n'y avait pas accès sans passer par nos chambres. Et nous n'avions pas accès à la laveuse et sécheuse sans aller dans l'autre chambre donc plus petit qu'on s'attendait. Aussi on devait avoir accès à la piscine et au gym mais rendu sur place, on n'y avait plus accès. Finalement, il manquait de débarbouillettes et aucun linge à vaisselle. On aurait apprécié savoir qu'il fallait en apporter.

• Erin (8/5): We had a great time in Toronto and enjoyed a safe quiet convenient place to stay while we explored. - The views were beautiful, location convenient, suite was quiet and clean I felt kind of like I was doing something wrong by renting a suite for short term, due to warnings to be discrete and not talk to security if I had questions about the suite or amenities. It would have been nice if the sink & tub had had plugs. Beds were kind of uncomfortable. We were not able to access the hot tub.

• Laura (7/5): Overall everything was good. We enjoyed our time in Toronto. - Great view from the balcony and main bedroom. Cute little apartment. Bed in main bedroom was uncomfortable. Boyfriend has bad back and we could feel the springs poking through when trying to sleep. Elevator got stuck twice during the 4 days we were there; bf very claustrophobic, jumped out and went to take the stairs but then got stuck in the stairwell because the doors were locked. Couldn’t call anyone since there is no service in the elevator (or parking garage for that matter) and had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come in to the stairwell and let him out.
