• Melanie (9/5): Beautiful place, perfect location for Sloane Square etc and lovely staff. - Staff and breakfast was gorgeous. The interior decoration was fabulous. It should be made clear that the 4th floor has no lift access and it should be made more clear at the point of booking. I had requested a particular pillow at the point of booking. I didn't receive it, had to re-request it for the 2nd night stay and did receive it then. It really was needed and it was a shame to have to ask again for it.

Really appreciated the welcome note and all the little attention to detail. The lady on breakfast service was a bit brisk.. I guess everyone has their off days.

Migliorerei il buffet della colazione ( anche se era disponibile una serie di piatti dalla carta) e poi manca uno spazio (salotto con divani e poltrone ) in cui trascorrere qualche momento durante il giorno,senza doversi chiudere in camera.

• Petra (10/5): Fantastisch hotel, perfecte locatie, schoon en met een heerlijk ontbijt. Een aanrader! - Het hotel is een klein, luxe boutique hotel met 18 kamers. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk door Mo. Hij vertelde ons bij binnenkomst dat 1 van onze kamers al klaar was ( 10.00 uur in de ochtend). Dat was fijn want we konden direct onze bagage op de kamers zetten en ons wat opfrissen. De hal van het hotel was prachtig met de ronde hoge trap, de mooiste kroonluchters en de marmeren vloeren. De kamer verraste ons helemaal, deze was net zo ruim als op de foto's aangegeven (dat is nog weleens anders) heel schoon, heerlijke schone lakens iedere dag en goede schoonmaakservice. Het ontbijt is ook fantastisch, er is een klein buffet waar alles vers is: fruit, verschillende soorten yochurt, zoete broodjes, verse jus d'orange, verse appelsap, etc. verder kun je a la carte verschilende ei en bijgerechten bestellen (allen inclusief). Verder is de locatie echt heel goed, centrum Londen, met veel dingen op loopafstand zoals buckingham Palace en Harrods, maar wel de rust en netheid van een fijne woonwijk. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader. De badkamer is ietwat aan de kleine kant in vergelijking tot de ruimte in de kamer. Echter wel heel goed ingedeeld. Alleen de deur gaat naar binnen open, en dat maakt de ruimte kleiner.
• Laura (9/5): Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit prachtige hotel. - Het hotel is stijlvol van buiten en van binnen en ligt in een prachtige wijk. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er heerste een fijne, rustige sfeer in het hotel. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en met zorg bereid. Je kunt ‘s nachts wat voorbijgaand verkeer horen. Oordopjes liggen klaar voor als je deze wilt gebruiken.

• Felix (6/5): Edel aber für mich zu laut und ungemütlich - Edel. Holzböden. Marmor-Bäder. Betten bequem. Der Empfang war eher kühl reserviert, und dann kam die Überraschung: room without view heißt Zimmer im Keller (vielleicht auch nur im Halb-Keller, Souterrain oder Tiefparterre, auf jeden Fall nur mit Velux nach oben). Das war aber nicht dass schlimmste. In meinem Zimmer konnte ich auch mit Oropax nicht gut schlafen, weil das Kühlaggregat der Küche 24 Stunden läuft und niederfrequente Vibrationen durch alles durchgehen. Hatte extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. In der ersten Nacht kam auf meine Beschwerde nur der Rat, doch Ohrstöpsel zu verwenden, was ich ja eh schon gemacht habe. In der zweiten Nacht hat man mich dann "upgegraded" auf ein Zimmer unter dem Dach. Da konnte man ein bisschen den Himmel sehen, aber der Raum war viel kleiner und weniger hoch. Beide Zimmer hatten gemein, dass sie irgendwie ungemütlich kühl waren, für meinen Geschmack.

We knew last orders for food was 7.30pm, we went around 7.10, spent £200 only to be thrown out at 8pm, and not in a pleasant way by the staff , her shift was finished at 8pm, at 7.30, she needed to prepare all the tables for breakfast, take it or leave it basically! Plus, a possible friend of hers, staring straight at us, while they whispered about us still being there, didn't make us feel comfortable in the slightest. So unfortunately, absolutely no chance of us revisting this hotel

The hotel ignored all our communications regarding this issue,so Booking.com got involved and reimbursed us. The hotel to this day have never responded to any communication from me. I will not stay here again

Zumos naturales, shots de jengibre y espinacas deliciosos, overnight oats, dulces y salados. Excelente y muy buen servicio en un salón en el basement del hotel que es muy acogedor. La zona es tranquila y a sólo 5 minutos de Sloane Street y Harrods. Personal atento y servicial, muy limpio, con buenas facilidades en la habitación. lo que menos me gustó es que entra demasiada luz en la habitación porque las cortinas no cubren realmente todos los ángulos. Y la ducha es un poco incómoda, no por tamaño sino porque es complicado regular la temperatura y la salida superior o de la ducha pequeña. Las amenities podrían ser mejores....tienen un tamaño de letra tan pequeña que no se distingue el champú del gel del acondicionador...como anécdota para gente con presbicia :-)

The high ceilings made the space feel open, airy, and surprisingly luxurious rather than enclosed or suffocating. The room was beautifully finished and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the convenience of the location is a real highlight - everything is within easy reach if you like fashion and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and location. The only minor downside was some noise early morning, as the room opposite appeared to be used for storage, which caused a little disturbance. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

La amabilidad del servicio del hotel en general excelente Lo unico que puedo decir es que el frio se colaba por la ventana de la habitacion aunque no hacia frio en si.

El hotel carece de zonas o salones comunes, el bar es pequeño tiene una terraza exterior pero no para el invierno.
