Sarah (5/5): Passable - I'm really sorry to leave a bad review, but you have a very serious cockroach issue. We were having to push them off our blankets and killing them in the house. Great location, shame about the pests and for the price it was really disappointing
Amelia (7/5): Good - the pool was wonderful and the stay was just with a group of friends for a few nights in the valley so this was just a place to sleep the deposit was a bit much for a 2 night stay ($500 deposit) through a private website which i wasn’t comfortable with. the aircon in the living room only worked so we slept with our doors open. The apartment seemed like it was infested with cockroaches as walking out during the night there were cockroaches everywhere. No parking was onsite so we had to pay $100 for parking right under the hotel and there was only 1 set of a key between us.
Ben (1/5): Do not stay here - From the start having to find a convince store to collect the keys from, not from the reception as advertised. (there is no reception) after entering the unit the smell of mould is apparent, coming from both bathrooms and bedrooms, and I would imagine the couch too as it was extremely uncomfortable and dirty underneath. The outside balcony is accommodating for two adults only any more is a squeeze. Was charged an extra $120AUD for cleaning because apparently the stove top was covered with oil even though I never used a drop of oil on the stove top. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Philippa (1/5): Be warned - The pool was the best part The access was complicated and inaccurate Fan in lounge was poor, aircon in lounge and 1 bedroom only, poor The second bedroom bed was like sleeping on straw Communication to enter was unclear and when I rang up for help the person was very difficult to understand We were provided 1 key for 4 adults You need a key to access the front door, a key to access the lobby, a key to use the lift, a key to enter the apartment, a key to enter the pool, how do 4 adults manage to do all that with one key??? We aren't joined at the hip When I requested another key, I had to put $100 bond down and pay $22 for the delivery of the key which could have been anytime of the 2nd day, we were only there for 2 nights The description of where to pick the key up was incorrect, the store name was different to the instructions and the directions to the store were unclear No parking, we had 2 cars, very inconvenient Would not recommend anyone to stay there let alone pay that amount of money for a dump!

Following one payment link for deposit, another for keys. A questionnaire on details and purpose of stay? Written agreement to rules already listed, prior to check in details being released? Photo of keys sent upon check out? Bit unnecessary for booking.com
Olaf (1/5): A scam - Worst experience ever. After notifying the host of late arrival I was directed to a lockbox in a convenience store. Which they said would be closed on my arrival. As that was not suitable I canceled and was informed there is no refund. Next day even I had to stay somewhere else I was asked where the key is.
