• Lisa (9/5): Convenient, Economical, Modern place to stay - The location right next to Milano Centrale was just what I wanted. The staff was very cordial and accommodating. I was able to leave my bags before check-in time for no extra fee, and the room itself, while a short walk from where you check in, was large, quiet and very clean. The walk-in shower was great. And the instructions to get into the room were clear. The bed was a bit hard for me but I like a soft bed! But really everything was great.
• Fabio (6/5): Vicino alla stazione. - La posizione. È vicinissimo alla stazione centrale. La struttura internamente è moderna, probabilmente di recente ristrutturazione. Nella camera il pavimento sembrerebbe parquet di rovere, conferisce una sensazione di calore. Il materasso veramente comodo. Il check-in da effettuare in un altra struttura non era specificato al momento della prenotazione. Il luogo era vicino, ma parliamo del 3piano di una palazzina "civile", quindi scalinata in ingresso, ascensore datato e molto piccolo, con una valigia grande è scomodo. Nulla di trascendentale, ma dopo 7 ore di viaggio è un po' snervante cercare un altro edificio, entrare e uscire, e poi cercare l'altro edificio con la stanza. La stanza singola ha un piccolo balcone, peccato che era stato impiegato a mò di magazzino, con una piccola catasta di piastrelle accumulate di lato, una scala in alluminio a forbice a 9 gradini, che occupava tutto il balcone, e un paio di secchi con materiali di risulta. L'impianto elettrico ha qualche problema, inserita la chiave elettronica si sente un ronzio persistente, che è terminato solo quando ho inserito sotto l'interruttore salvavita (quindi all'interno della scatola degli interruttori generali della stanza) un pezzo di cartone che probabilmente evitava la vibrazione. Il rumore era cessato, ma onestamente non so quanto fosse sicura la soluzione. Ritengo impossibile che chi ha sistemato la stanza non abbia sentito il "ronzio elettronico" (e non ha avvisato il manutentore o chi per lui). Le stanze sono all'interno di una palazzina "civile", e l'ingresso dell'appartamento con le stanze è un comune portoncino. All'esterno ha una maniglia, che è comoda per agevolare l'ingresso con i bagagli, ma se il portoncino non viene chiuso a chiave basta girarla e chiunque può accedere. Inutile dire che ogni volta che sono entrato e uscito il portoncino non era stato chiuso a chiave da chi mi ha preceduto.

O elevador é muito pequeno para malas e é difícil de abrir. temos que reservar algum tempo para isso. É escuro e não tem um aspecto simpático mas isso não é grave.

• Challert (7/5): Not as good as it thinks it is. - It’s a lovely apartment but there are a few issues. It generally feels quite safe and is clean and tidy with hotel room vibes but… As others have said, you have to collect the keys from a hotel around the corner from the property. This hotel is up three flights of stairs and that’s fine if the lift is available but when it’s not - as it wasn’t when I returned the keys - it’s a nightmare with heavy luggage. They also ask for a twenty euro deposit for this key, which I found odd and annoying. They should make this easier for guests. It’s kind of ridiculous tbh. So, this really impacted on my overnight stay. However, the worst of it is that this property mentions soundproofing. Forget it. This is nonsense. The noise from the street was very penetrating and woke me up when Milan wakes up and that’s early. So, if you’re expecting a quiet stay, forget it! I can only imagine that it’s soundproofing from other guests…

• Ana (9/5): - The location is perfect for getting in and out of Milano, as it is right next to Milano Centrale train station. There are obviously connections to the city center from the train station, as well. You can find Mercato Milano Centrale within the train station, with a variety of fresh and tasty food and drinks throughout the day. The place was very clean and cozy, with comfortable bed and a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee. The check-in is in another building, so you have to walk a couple of minutes to reach your accommodation around the corner. It's not really an issue, but it's good to know beforehand. Otherwise, everything was great.

El lugar donde se hace el Check in queda en un edificio diferente al lugar donde está la habitación, exactamente a dos calles. Eso realmente es terrible para una persona que llega a las 11 pm con maletas subir al 3 piso.. Luego tener que volver a bajar y caminar 2 calles cansados con maletas.. ufff le quita todos los puntos a favor. 2. No es clara la dirección.

There's also a nearby stop for the airport shuttle, which is very convenient. The room is small, but clean and equipped with all the essentials. There are shops and cafés nearby. It's a good choice for a short stay in the city or if you need to travel by train. To check in, you first need to go to a nearby hotel to complete the registration, and then walk about a block to reach the actual accommodation. If you're traveling alone with luggage, this can be a bit inconvenient, as you’ll need to carry your bags with you.

• Bryce (9/5): great place, would stay again - Really lovely place. Clean, comfy, easy check in. Had an AC. No complaints and would stay again. Useful location if you have a train the next day, but not the right neighbourhood for being a tourist visiting Milan, all the tourist attractions are further away. Not a problem for me as i was in transit
