• Matthew (1/5): - Oplichters!!! Wij hebben dit appartement geboekt. Toen we arriveerden zijn we niet binnen geraakt en konden we de eigenaar niet bereiken. Vervolgens booking gebeld na een halfuur wachten eindelijk binnen geraakt. Conclusie was: dat de booking geannuleerd werd en we ter plaatse zelf voor een nieuwe booking mochten kijken. Schandalig!!! Terwijl al de hotels en flats heel duur stonden. Nooit meer!!!!

• Dora (1/5): - We stayed for 14 nights and were extremely disappointed. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained: wardrobes had trash and personal items from previous guests, one shower didn’t work, the other was barely functional, and the washing machine had mold. My son’s dust allergy was triggered due to the poor air quality. The balcony was unsafe with broken furniture, and the host was uncooperative when we asked for help. Many of these issues had already been mentioned in previous reviews, but clearly weren’t fixed. Booking.com refunded only € 283,54 as credit, which is not acceptable for a stay that cost nearly €3,000. Would not recommend.

• Mareike (1/5): A completely unhygienic and disappointing stay – never again! - !!! Rating: 0/10 – Absolutely unacceptable !!! This was one of the worst accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was extremely dirty and had clearly only been superficially cleaned. The shower head was moldy and covered in limescale, and both bedroom windows had visible mold. The carpet was stained, the bathroom trash bins were full when we arrived, and the kitchen contained opened milk and other leftover food items. The cupboards were filthy – and worst of all, there was a dead mouse lying in the living room. Despite reporting this immediately, the owner did nothing. No one came to clean or address the situation. Instead, we have been accused in the chat of lying and "making things up" just to get a refund, even though we have already sent photos to customer service, which were forwarded. !!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE !!!! It is unfit for guests and should not even be listed on Booking.com. Disgusting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
• Yvonne (8/5): Good value in London - Everything's we needed. Clean and comfortable. Check in very easy Going thru the rear entrance where the keysafe was you had to pass the garbage room and the smell was awful. It disappeared once you reached the lift but all rhe bins were overflowing

• Norlina (8/5): Overall acceptable ..good value for the money. - Excellent location,spacious and fully furnished with all the necessary facilities . Its a on the 3rd floors. The elevator not working when we want to check out on the last day. We have difficulty to carry the big luggage downstairs . Some of the utensils need to be change..the broken cup, bowl etc.
• Hc (8/5): Modern well located apartment for Finchley Road tube and shops. - Great location a short walk from the tube station ,supermarkets and cafes.only a few stops into central London.triple glazing so no noise and no noise from any neighbours.West facing sunny balcony.Two bathrooms a real bonus when travelling with friends.
• Natasha (10/5): Cannot compliment enough - Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our family. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The space was not only clean but also thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was—everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly, clean, and cozy getaway! Nothing
• Stefan (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good, near an overground and bus station, and walking distance from the underground and several supermarkets. The apartament is confortable. The heating system did not work. We have to use portable heaters. The host new about this. He told us to use portable heaters. Altough they are somewhat efficient, they are very loud and cannot be used during sleep. But this was not the major problem, as the temperature outside was not so low. The major problem was the hot water. At least two days it did not work. We told this to the host several times and he said that the bulding supervisor will take care of that. It did not. After we left, he visited the apartment and said that the hot water was working. That was not ok.

• Costas (7/5): very good location - my second visit in the property....Location is great and very much appreciated the early check in. This is actual the reason i didn't rate lower since i had a problem with the heating all my stay without to be fixed and as well both bathrooms need maintenance... In generally the flat is not in such a good condition comp early to my last stay a year ago...... heating , bathroom areas need maintenance ....

• Jess (6/5): Could be amazing of number of issues fixed. Location is the best thing about it - Location was great. Communication from owner was great. Lots of little things they need doing to make this better. Beds were hard and uncomfortable as were pillows. Lots of half empty packets of food in the kitchen cupboards. (Some out of date) Dirty cleaning equipment on balcony. Sink in bathroom had a hole in it so it leaked. Not enough towels supplied for number of guests. Didn’t feel thoroughly clean, although basic clean had been done. Quite a few small maintenance jobs need doing (bedside light doesn’t work, fridge not clean, clock didn’t work)

• Anna (8/5): Very nice appartament with good connection to Central London. Well equipped, clean and quiet. :) - Location near both the Overground, Underground as well as Bus Line to Central London. Walkable distance to Hampstead, good convenience stores nearby. Direct bus to Luton.

• Emily (9/5): Great spacious apartment with easy access to the overground/ underground into London - Very relaxing spacious modern apartment. Great to find an accommodation with 2 double bedrooms & separate bathrooms due to having an 18 year old, and located in a secure building with a good lift - and I loved the balcony space and the lighting (view of London in the distance). Nothing negative - we couldn’t get any channels on the TV but it probably does work fine and we were hardly in anyway!
