• Tracy (8/5): Excellent venue for a weekend away - The view and the facilities were spot on ! They could have cleaned the outside area that was dirty!
• Michael (10/5): 406 Penthouse - Communication with Booking and the owners was excellent. Apartment was clean and lwell appointed. Good apartment for a family of 4 or a couple who wants a large sized apartment. Had everything required from bedding, towels, cooking items. Large balcony. Apartment was spacious. As per the images from the owners the view from the apartment was of the beach and ocean. Although there is the train track between the apartment and the beach the tracks do not make part of the view. Train tracks would be a scenic view when the Cobble train is operating. Beds were very comfortable. Good central location to the town if you want to walk into town, along the beach or over to Granite Island. 4 car park spaces under the building. We went mid-February and no noise from other apartments. Cannot fault the apartment. Nothing.

• Marianne (7/5): Adequate - for the price charged for this property the little things count and would elevate this property in the star r - Location Views of Victor Harbor For such a ?high end apartment it was NOT cleaned properly The freezer had a big bag of ice left in it as well as loose ice and broken parts in the drawer The oven was dirty The shelving which had glassware on it was dusty Not supplied with full set of towels eg face washers and hand towels Even though there is plenty of underground parking it would have been helpful to be told of height restrictions for entrance

• Naomi (8/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable. - Location and view were amazing. I would have liked to be able to turn off the automatic light in the ensuite. Due to the glass doors, it lit up the bedroom and stayed on for quite a while.
• Leigh (1/5): Rude owner doesn’t listen to what u say - The location was it. The pool was so dirty they had to get it cleaned and fake someone else to msg the owner because she’s so rude. I don’t know where to start, first day msg the owner dirty sheets not clean told her she didn’t care at all made us feel like it was our fault. Pool was so dirty had to fake someone else to msg because she didn’t want to help us. The life was broken for 1 days and seems to always happen. The decor is so old if you want to state it’s a penthouse make it one simple. Don’t even get me started on the bedroom the mattress are like sleeping on concrete springs had to go spend $90 on a mattress topper so we could lay done still didn’t help. The light that comes through bedroom doors omg don’t expect a sleep in. Even the window out in lounge room comes into room and is horrible no blind. She is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to she won’t help you because she doesn’t care because she’s owns so many. Caravan parks are more up to date than this place. $500 a night we left a day early was such a bad experience. We stay 10 times a year at Victor harbor and this was the worst. And omg the sensor light on bathroom in bedroom take 10mins or more to turn off it keeps u awake and nothing you can do about it. TVs are so old u can’t ad apps u want. Lounge is disgusting it’s like 1990s So much more if you want to over pay for a stay go here!!

It would turn on again when someone Web by in there during the night, and take a long time to turn off. Blinds in the main bedroom prevented a sleep in part sun rise. Stove top didn't work. We had to turn on 2 elements to get it to stay on. We still loved the apartment.

The view is fantastic and you can see the trains coming and going. The only advice would be to give the ensuite floor tiles a proper clean. They have a lot of built up dirt on the grout.

Gorgeous apartment. - We stay in air bnbs and stayz all over the world, and not many at all, go the extra mile with the lil extras, it was much appreciated and very much noticed. All furniture is clean and very nice. King beds are hard to find in rentals too. Loved the apartment. Loved the auto lights in bathrooms. What id change was, making car park signage easier to read, we literally spent 30mins trying to find the number, walking thru the entire carpark. Every carpark has white number signs, so you are automatically looking for the number, your apartment is the only one with different signs, in black with reserved and apartment name, small. Was very hard to find. Easy once you notice it.

Location was very good as a 7-10 minute walk to main restaurants and pubs etc. There was a problem with the air conditioner in that it broke and couldn't be fixed whilst we were there. Not the owners fault as these things happen but it put a bit of a damper on the stay as we were very cold the first night. Fortunately the weather improved a bit and wasn't so bad for the remaining 2 nights. It was a beautiful apartment. The owners or managers did everything they could to sort the problem but it was a big job that could not be fixed on the spot.

• Di (9/5): Would happily recommend the Penthouse - hope to return one day - Great location facing the sea, whereas other apartments in The Frontage may have had their balconies overlooking a busy road. The penthouse was lovely, with plenty of chairs, cushions and space on the balcony, plus a BBQ. Spacious living area, well set up for a group with plenty of utensils, crockery and glassware. The instructions for picking up the keys were clear. Even though there was quite a hot day, the air conditioning coped well. Handy for walking to the main shopping area, suoermarkets, beach and Granite Island. Very little! Maybe there could have been some smaller bowls amongst the crockery, not just large ones which were fine for pasta, but overwhelming for cereal. But that is a minor thing. And the numbering system when entering the car park is pretty weird, so maybe some advice here would make it easier for the first time. But these are minor issues. The four of us are all in our seventies, so having to climb up and down four flights of stairs was a trial..it totally curtailed our activities as we could only manage it once a day. We contacted the owner and he seemed totally disinterested in our plight. He had his money so was not going to help us out.
