• Zvezdelina (8/5): - Great location. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and the sea garden. Nicely decorated, bedroom is very spacious. Dining table is comfortable, Kitchen is nice. Coffee maker is great. Self check in and out is very convenient. The owner is very helpful The couch in the living room is not very comfortable for sleeping. And I wish there was a toaster. The elevator is very loud.

• stefan (10/5): - I think this was officially the CLEANEST and neatest place I've ever stayed in. Totally meticulous. I have something of a phobia of bad reviews, even if they are just two like here (I always read comments through :) ) and I really don't understand the one or two lesser ratings for this particular place especially in relation to comfort, cleanliness and location. I am glad I ignored them and booked. I have stayed in other apartments in the area but they were strangely more expensive yet offering much less. The place has absolutely everything you need, including a comfy double bed, a nice balcony to sip beer in the evenings and a nice view. You literally have to cross a street (still the apartment has a green buffer between the building and the street) and you are in the Sea Garden and the beach and the trendy promenade area. Bus stop is right at the corner but I preferred walking to the center-center though the park, which takes about 20ish minutes depending on speed. Still, most locals/tourists obviously prefer hanging in the area around the apartment - lost of places to eat, etc. The apartment is good to work too. All in all - a real gem, I'll definitely book again. Ahhh, though it was the last floor, I wish the building was higher just so I can get even more of the sea view. :)))) As to the elevator - it's an old daddy, but it does the job (I was prepared by some comments). It works just fine, and maybe you don't have to close the bar at all, then it is even smoother.

• andreea (8/5): If you understand the downsides and you accept them, it’s fine. We didn’t know all the quirks - The apartment is close to the beach. Clean and well equipped The apartment is at the 6th floor in an old building and the elevator doesn’t work all the time. The day we left we needed to carry all the luggage down the stairs. There was a sewage smell in the house (bedroom included) in the first day. The bed covers were synthetic. We dis find, however, cotton ones in the wardrobe The bathroom has 1m x 1m. The shower is all over the floor - this was not visible in the photos. The parking is paid. Some app if you want to keep the car in front of the building (around 10€/day) or cheaper in a parking place a bit further.

New modern furniture and appliances, excellent internet. 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to the old center of Burgas. Amazing sea view!!!
