Guest Reviews
- Anthony (8/5): - Great location.
Peaceful and private.
Very comfortable beds.
Overall it was a great place to stay. Outside furniture etc very dirty, had to clean BBQ and table before use. Outside lounge unusable as so filthy.
Shower head terrible and hand shower leaking, towel racks in bathroom would be a great idea.

- Tenille (10/5): Perfection! - Had a great charm
On a quiet street and spacious Nothing!
- Michelle (10/5): Peaceful with everything we needed - Quiet, peaceful location. Lovely design, most things we needed in the kitchen including some kids items. The house was heated for us when we arrived and quality wine waiting for us. Very deep and cozy couch. We enjoyed the big backyard and being next to a vineyard. The air con in the main room and portable heater were very noisy. No Netflix streaming available on the main TV. There was no olive oil in pantry as promised.
- Barry (7/5): Overall very good - Great outlook, clean neat and tidy, appreciated the bottle of wine and the heaters running when we arrived Would like to see Barossa information, books, board games, flannels or similar for showering
- David (7/5): Good -
- Merilyn (8/5): Really felt like we were in the heart of the Barossa surrounded by vines and beautiful views. - The back yard and views were beautiful. The house was clean and very comfortable. Lacked simple things such as corkscrew, lighter for BBQ.
Didn’t realise there was only 1 toilet, no exhaust fan or widow in toilet.
Back door was difficult to close.
- Frances (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (8/5): Very good -
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - Had everything we needed. Beautifully presented. Brochures about this to do and places to watch would have been handy.
- Norman (4/5): over priced - location very peaceful cleaning could have better-dust on skirting and carpet behind curtain in bed 2
bed sheets not ironed-crumpled
Barb a que dirty
- Jessica (8/5): Very good -
- Ana (9/5): Comfy family stay in the Barossa - Great accomodation in the Barossa region. Very close to restaurants and vineyards.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (9/5): comfortable clean accommodation close to town! - comfortable beds, modern kitchen and bathroom. pantry supplies were everything we needed.
- Erick (5/5): I won’t recommend this place - The smell of the field next door
- Robyn (9/5): Beautiful Home - Beautiful home in a quiet cul-de-sac. Very spacious with great kitchen and living room. King size bed in master. Home has been beautifully renovated to a modern standard. Great deck looking out to mountains in distance. Would highly recommend. If you want to be able to walk to town, probably not the place.
- Charlene (9/5): Superb - Nice extras including coffee machine - nice and homely - comfortable beds, quiet street
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully renovated house set right next door to vineyards. Was a lovely quiet location close to Tanunda. Great place to stay when exploring the Barossa. Loved the kitchen! Wire chairs outside were very uncomfortable. Lights on the front lawn flash all night which I could still see even with the blinds down.
- Samantha (9/5): Superb - All of it was beautiful and clean the only issue Tv in bedroom didn’t work Great place to stay close to everything
- Abbey (10/5): Peaceful bliss - Door code was great especially as we were sharing with another couple.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ana (10/5): Stylish, bright, comfortable, and with a spectacular view! :) - I love everything about this house! When you arrive you feel calm, from the design to the view it is beautiful. The communication with Emma was fast, she was very helpful and an excellent host. I would definitely love to come back! I liked everything in general! The only thing is to find a way to avoid insects getting into the house but other than that everything was great, we felt very comfortable! :)
- Kobe (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place surrounded by vineyards. Comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen If I have to say one thing it would be the pressure of the water under the rain shower
- Nicole (9/5): Just perfect for a relaxing week riding around the Barossa and enjoying the food and wine. - Such a beautifully presented place in the most beautiful location. The outlook from the backyard is of vines and stunning ranges, but it is still so connected to town and great coffee. A place where it is a delight to self-cater just to enjoy the outlook of an evening. The outdoor deck had fantastic furniture and a fan. The gardens were impeccable. The kitchen was beautiful to work in, butlers pantry kept it looking shmick. The interior is so beautifully co-ordinated. Nothing, it was just perfect.
- Heather (9/5): Stylish and spacious home with a sunny backyard, right next to rows of vines. - Stylish and spacious home with a sunny backyard, right next to rows of vines. Large comfy living area. There were 4 of us so that meant there was sometimes a wait for the 1 toilet and 1 shower. We did a load of washing and it was great to have the hills hoist but a shame there wasn’t a laundry basket.
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Jeni (9/5): Perfect relaxation, view over the hills for breakfast lunch and dinner…… - This is a very beautiful and comfy home. Everything you need and all gorgeously presented. We were sad to leave. Perfect location for wine gallery hopping and Barossa Valley exploring. Sticky door on master is honestly nitpicking! The place was above expectations!
- Caitlin (10/5): Lovely! - We loved our stay at the Beech House. The house and garden were beautifully presented. We loved the extra large couch in the living room and the outdoor area overlooking the hills. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in the Barossa.
- Faith (9/5): Superb -
- Sacha (9/5): Superb -
- Janete (10/5): Lux space with all amenities - Love the clean lines and modern with an old but spacious home Well done and so comfortable
- Mark (10/5): Would highly recommend Emma’s house. You won’t be disappointed. - Loved everything about this house. Immaculately clean, so cosy and beautiful outlook on to rolling hills while eating breakfast on the back deck. Thanks Emma, for creating such a wonderful place to stay in the Barossa.
- Brenda (10/5): Exceptional - So clean, tidy, everything was there that we needed. Views from the back were exceptional and the gardens and lawns were beautiful.. There isn't anything we didn't like
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Location was good. Close to the town.
