• Hanan (1/5): Bad - The location is good. Fire alam went off during the day, we contacted them early during working hours. They kept instructing us by text messages to deinstall it and to remove the battery instead of stepping by and fix until 11 pm they stopped responding after saying that they will send someone in the morning. The alarm kept beeping the whole night “we also have kids who were not able to sleep specially it’s much more louder at night”. The other day someone came at noon “not in the morning” we had to stay in the suite the whole morning waiting. When the guy came, we told him that we were not able to sleep the whole night. He said “that what happened when you text at 11 pm”. I told him that we texted earlier within working hours and that they kept sending us messages until 11 pm instead of fixing it. He did not reply and even did not apologize! In addition, they advertised that the suit have a washer and dryer, there was only a dryer and the washer was in another building. I sent them a message asking them about the washer, they said it’s beside the dryer, I told them that there is no washer beside the dryer, they asked me to send a proof “picture” when I sent it they said the washer is in building #2. Also, there were dirty laundry inside our suit on top of the dryer!
