• Jennifer (7/5): Clean but disappointed with the misleading advertising and amenities. - Location was great The property was advertised as a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms yet only 2 bedrooms were available with the master with ensuite being locked. There was no 2nd bathroom - only a 2nd toilet in the garage. There were very limited kitchen utensils. No tongs, spatula, whisk etc. and very limited cutlery. Also, no soap or shower gel in the bathroom.
• Lili (8/5): It didn’t meet our expectation. - The location is good, everything is nearby, and the living room has enough space to relax. Bed is a metal frame. One of single bed creaks loudly every time you turn over, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. There is no shampoo or shower gel provided, hand wash nearly empty, causing very inconvenience. We have to drive out to buy them but all shops closed on Good Friday. Found only one opened tissue box on the windowsill in the downstairs toilet which didn’t feel very hygienic.

• Prajesh3 (9/5): Satisfied and good value for money. - Property was well equipped with Kitchen tools, which was really helpful for my parents. Bathroom and toilets well maintained except for the down cabinet. Air con was well placed in dining area and in bedroom level. Overall I was satisfied along with my family. Outdated and Out Of Order cabinet under the wash basin in bathroom, fan blades had discoloured and few broken equipments. Vaccum cleaner was missing for cleaning.

• Abhilisha (5/5): Passable - The location of the property was good with on site parking. The wifi was not working. The crockery provided was meagre. No vacuum cleaner found on property. Toiletries were very limited. One of the room was locked.

• Thi (8/5): Very good - The location was great as it was close everywhere which really helped us on our trip!😊 The house cleaning was adequate but the only thing i expected was to see more than 2x toilet paper. We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days, 2x toilet paper rolls for us was not enough for 6 guests. Overall, our experience was great! 😊
• Katrina (8/5): Overall happy just a little disappointed - In a quite area easy to find Convenient off the street parking in garage but was exceptionally hard to get car in and out and the fact we hired a three bedroom apartment to be locked out of one of the rooms was very inconvenient there was enough beds in other rooms to accommodate the 3 adults and a 15 year old considering 1 adult suffers dementia sharing a room became an issue that I really didn't think I would have to be facing ensuring the booking was for a three bedroom place
