• Ertug (1/5): - We rented this property and had a very disappointing experience. Although our check-in time was 3:00 PM, the apartment was not ready when we arrived and it had not been cleaned properly. I had to wait outside for over an hour with my baby and two other people while the cleaning was being done. The apartment was clearly not cleaned thoroughly. Because the cleaning was rushed, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned properly or to a good standard. Many areas were still dirty, including the inside of the refrigerator, microwave, oven, and kitchen cupboards, which were all unclean. The kettle, microwave, and coffee machine were also dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. The washing machine was still running when we arrived, and the cleaner even asked me to remove the laundry myself. The soap dispensers were not refilled, and many household items were also dirty. After settling in, we also noticed that the apartment felt old and worn out. The furniture and appliances were outdated and in need of renovation or replacement. If the location had not been convenient, I would not have wanted to stay in a property like this.
• Daniel (7/5): - Lage, schnell an der U-bahn, Ausstattung okay, ausreichend für ein Wochenende Check-in. Wir haben eine Stunde gebraucht, das korrekte Appartement zu finden. Wir standen wie andere vor uns auch (wie uns vom Bewohner berichtet wurde) zuerst vor dem falschen Appartment. Das Office des Gebäudekomplexes konnte leider auch nicht helfen.

• SERHAN (9/5): - the property's location was very good.  the facilities are adequate and good value for money.  with self check-in and the host is very responsive and proactive especially with their communication. The coffee which were left in the kitchen as a complimentary treat, which was very kind of them. Nothing, all was good.

• Karen (7/5): Short Stay OK! Needs maintenance! - The apartment is in a great spot near the hospital, which we needed. It had excellent security, and was close to the train station, restaurants, pubs and shops. The train system gave us easy access to everywhere else in London, once we worked out how. We had everything we needed and we were looked after when an issue arose. The apartment was fine for a short stay but the front bedroom was claustrophobic and cramped and I couldn’t reach the window to let some air in. The entire floor is a disaster and needs to be completely replaced. The planks were all warped and uneven and creek as you walk around. The main plank near the kitchen slides back and forwards when it’s was walked on.

• Stefan (5/5): Knappt godkänt. - Balkong. Två sovrum Saknades sänglampor. Trasig lampa i den enda sänglampan som fanns. Kaffemaskin läckte. Inte så välstädat. Krångligt att hänta nyckel. Stökigt område.

• Felix (7/5): Good - Very well equipped and comfortable flat. Very helpful host. Perfect WiFi Not the nicest neighborhood, but some hidden gems like Rinkoffs Bakery and some very authentic Pakistani restaurants. Always felt safe tough. Beds are on the smaller side
• Ernő (9/5): Superb - The apartment looks like in the pictures. The public transportation is close to the apartment few minutes by walking the tube and the bus station. The building is quiet, the area is clean. Close some supermarkets and restaurants. The owner communicated with us every day, she was very friendly. I can recommend this apartment. Note: the area in the first look seems unsafe, but it's not true. The last evening we received an SMS from the booking, somebody reported to us, because we were so loud. I have a 3 years old son and he was laughing at 9 pm, but he was sleeping at 10 pm. We didn't do any party, just laughing, but not shouting. One of the neighbor didn't tolerate us.
• Yun (1/5): It was the WORST bnb ever! - We stayed there for 3 nights. We felt unsafe at the moment when we arrived at Whitechapel. The crime rate was 6 out of 10 compared to other areas in England (checked on the Internet). We had to go back to the house before the sunset and closed all the windows when sleeping. We arrived around 6. When we wanted to wash our clothes, we found that the washing machine was very dirty and there was a wire inside. We asked the management team and they said it was broken. They should tell us earlier instead of finding out by ourselves. They said they knew it last minute but they could tell us it was broken at the moment I asked. Then, they told us to wash them in the launderette and would give us the money. The closest one took 12-minute walk and it’s really time consuming so we didn’t take our clothes to the launderette. They said they would offer us meals and placed the orders for us. We thought it was too complicated so we rejected. They would see what they could do for us but never got back to us. The living environment was poor. It was closed to the hospital. Ambulances went back and forth at midnight which seriously disturbed our sleep. We paid GBP 200 per night but the apartment was located in a building which was like a public housing estate in HK. Their photos provided didn’t show the whole picture of the house. There were only two chairs in the living room and we have 4 people so my husband and I needed to eat on the sofa. The mattresses were too soft. The blind was broken in the living room. The oven was greasy inside. There were big cracks on the floor which were dangerous especially for kids.
• Nova (7/5): Good - The place is near the tube station. It is walking distance. Every time we use the shower the whole floor of the bathroom will get wet because it doesn’t have cover. (only half covered) Also, the water heater will run out after 2nd person will shower. The location/neighborhood is not that great.
