• gallardo (1/5): Estafa de publicacion de anfitriona - nada no me gusto Nada y nunca me aloje me retire porque la anfitriona no me entrego llaves para ingresar tenia que llamarla y esperarla para poder entrar a mi habitacion alcance a estar unas horas solamente y perdi todo mi dinero ya que fueron 3 noches las que tenia pagadas con tarjeta se credito la dama espero a que yo pagara para decirme que no entregaba llaves

• Julia Waldis Nicolina (6/5): Bra läge, annorlunda upplägg än vad jag förväntat mig. - Jättebra läge! Välstädat! Lätt att checka in! Jag önskar att det hade framkommit tydligare i annonsen att kvinnan som äger lägenheten kommer att bo där med dig. Var ganska stel stämning då vi inte pratade samma språk. Hon var också hemma jämt så kände mig inte bekväm med att använda kök/vardagsrum/balkong.

• Katherin (9/5): - La Sra Maritza fue muy amable y atenta, en todo momento me hizo sentir comoda y segura, lo que me gusto porque estaba sola.. Los desayunos que brindo eran contundentes, nunca pude terminar todo. Muy bien tambien con la ubicacion, cerca a los lugares turisticos del centro de la ciudad. Me hubiese gustado que la television tuviese cable, pero entiendo por el costo del hospedaje.

Best for Spanish speakers. - I thought it was something different, dorms for students all year hence only open only for a few mths but it’s actually an apt were the owner lives. She only speaks Spanish and seems kind. Own bathroom to use. For a fee you can have your laundry done. Mine smelled amazing! There is a swimming pool downstairs. I wasn’t happy with set up. Only allowed to use microwave though there’s a cooker. I felt I had to sit in the small bedroom as the host has her life and lounge. It’s hot with window closed but it’s very noisy in the streets below. I didn’t find walking the streets after hrs particularly safe. I had to converse mainly through 3rd party and google translate.
• Dohane (5/5): It is a room and bathroom in an appartment where a lady lives, not the whole appartment. - The breakfast consist of 1 cup of coffee and milk, 3 toasts and a bowl of cereal and some fruit or yogurt. That means it is not a regular hotel breakfast where you can repeat the portions. The owner asks you what you want and leave on the table for you in the morning. For me that was ok, except for the coffee that I normally drink more than one cup. It is necessary to make it clear that what the photos shown on the Booking website is not what you are going to get in terms of accommodation. It is an appartment where a nice lady lives, so the kitchen and the living room are part of her house. She stays there watching TV. I do not mean to be offensive or mean, but I think custumers should not be deceived, as I was. You are not allowed to use the appliances that are shown on the pictures. The first day that I arrived I wanted to use the washing maschine (one of the reasons I booked this accommodation) and the lady told me she worked with it, doing laundry for people. So, the answer I got was an indirect NO. However, what strikes me it is that on Booking it shows the appliances are included. The Booking should check on this, as the lady made very clear on the first day that the only thing I had plenty access to was the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom and the bathroom were clean and comfortable, but I think the description on the website is not true and this must be said. Also, it is necessary to mention that people from the family usually come by, as well as strangers that come to pick up laundry. I do not think that is wrong to offer such type of accomodation, but make sure to show what really is, especially concerning the photos. If the rooms and appliances are out of reach, do not portray them on the site!
• Caballista (8/5): Perfect location and her hospitality - The location was excellent! The main tourist spots were in walking distance. The metro station and bus stop is 10 mins walk. The supermarket is just next door. The view from the balcony was great. Maritza, the host, had great hospitality to make your stay comfortable. Linens, room and the private bathroom was perfectly clean. The room was occupied with the bed so a little bit hard for me to open my suitcase (regular size)
