The host was very attentive! The property is close to many good restaurants and shops. There is nothing we don’t like at the property! We had an amazing stay!

• Elise (9/5): Wonderful. The only thing I would change is that I would not go in the middle of the summer heat again. - Location, a bathroom for each bedroom. The fruit, coffee and milk ready for us on our arrival, good air conditioning, which was absolutely essential in the heat of room, local restaurants, and grocery stores very close at hand We really enjoyed our stay and I have nothing to complain about. It would be nice if they had more comfortable seating in the small living room area. That is really the main suggestion I have for improvement.

Walking distance to the Vatican, Pantheon, and so many attractions/shopping/restaurants. Romina went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We were a family of seven and were quite comfortable. Highly recommend. 😃 Side note: one flight of stairs , no elevator . Fine for us , but worth mentioning .
• Puneet (9/5): Overall an excellent stay . - Well maintained with all facilities provided One of the bathrooms had a sewage smell . Surprisingly the other 2 bathrooms were absolutely fine . Since we were 3 people staying we could easily manage .
• Donna (10/5): Exceptional hosts and beautiful Roma apartment - The apartment was clean and spacious with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The team of hosts were very helpful answering questions prior to our arrival and I was able to use the information they provided to plan our trip. We especially appreciated the welcome snacks, coffee, and fresh fruit they left for us. Our family of 7 was very comfortable in the large apartment and having 3 bathrooms was very convenient. The Vatican is just a few blocks away, while other sites like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are about a 25 minute walk. We did take a cab to the Colosseum, but otherwise walked everywhere we went. We loved our stay in Rome and will be certain to book this apartment for our next stay! Nothing, all was great!

We hope to retu - We were a group of 5 ladies travelling from Ireland to attend the tennis Italian Open. This property is approx a 6 minute walk from the Vatican. So central to everything. Location is excellent. Shops and restaurants aplenty on the doorstep. Big bedrooms with lovely en-suites. Kitchen was really lovely and fully equipped with everything you would need and more. Max sent so many helpful tips and recommendations pre our visit. Romini met us in the apt and showed us everything and was really helpful. They very kindly allowed us to have the use of the apartment on our last day which was a great help as our flight was not until very late in the evening. We are so appreciative about this. We felt very secure and safe in the apartment and would highly recommend it for any group of 6/7 people. Hosts were lovely from start to finish. Cannot rate high enough. Absolute zero to not like about this property.

• Miller (8/5): Wonderful. Hosts were great! - The location is amazing. Convenient to restaurants, shops and attractions. Each bedroom has a nice sized full bathroom, which, when traveling with teenagers is a blessing! Beds were clean and comfortable. The hosts were accommodating and available. Due to the great location, the outside noise at night was a bit much. But nothing can be done about that. We had hoped to use the washer/dryer in the apt, as advertised, but we could not figure out how. They told us to download the manual, which we did, but it wasn’t helpful. Perhaps leave some instructions for people.

• Nigel (10/5): A brilliant apartment surrounded by restaurants. - Everything you could need or want was provided. Whether it be chocolate biscuits or a dishwasher. EVERYTHING! Three large beds in large en-suite bedrooms, each with a television. A large living area with dining table, large fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, coffee, tea and juice. Situated within a 5 minute walk of Vatican City and a 15 minute walk, over the river to the tour buses. Surrounded by restaurants and a few bars, with a Carrefour Express at the top of the road, 3 minutes away. A nice little quirky bar with a happy hour until 8pm—-out the door, turn left and first right, on the left. 2 minutes away. William let us in early and went shopping for essentials, free of charge. Nothing
• Kätrin (9/5): Amazing location with many great restaurants just nearby. Taxi can park just outside the door, vatican is 5min walk away - Fresh, light and spacious. The building hall is very poor and walls/door not sound resistant.

• Baldwin (10/5): Best stay ever in Rome in what felt like our home in Vatican City - - location: literally 5 min. from St. Peter’s Square, all main sights in Rome within walking distance - the apartment has been newly refurbished to a high standard and has all the amenities you may need during your stay (including 3 different coffee makers!) - super friendly and helpful host, helped us navigate the narrow streets and notorious Roman traffic to a nearby underground car park (thanks to the flat’s perfect location, we didn’t need the car any further during our stay 🙂)

• Wendy (10/5): It was amazing! - Incredible layout that provided privacy with a bathroom for each bathroom. Wonderful location. It was such a bonus to have some complimentary snacks and drinks there for us! Having a heating kettle with a cup and frig in each room was amazing! The description could have listed more amenities like the hair dryers, which we brought with us, not knowing they were there…but of course they were much better than what we brought.
• Gareth (8/5): Great location, nicely equipped, very comfortable. - Nicely equipped, good quality beds, nice and clean. Welcome pack appreciated. Air conditioning good. Seating area for five not big enough. More pillows would have been great. Better communication on meet and greet on arrival is needed. The online website to register details needs looking at - it was not possible to complete as the fields for country of birth and citizenship did not work.
• Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was probably the best Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in, our group was 3 but originally meant to be five but even if all five of us went there still would have been loads of room, very spacious, very clean and so equipped with everything you could possibly need! If I ever return to Rome again, I will 100% be staying here again! Right beside the Vatican too! The only down side is it’s on the first floor with no elevator but that wasn’t a problem for us! Overall 10/10!

• Elizabeth (9/5): Brilliant, we had a wonderful time! - Space, well stocked, clean and comfortable, great air conditioning, great facilities too! Location to Vatican was brilliant Max the host was really helpful and friendly, he made our stay all the better, we couldn’t have asked for more. Noise from the restaurants below until 1am, as we were having to get up early we felt rather tired after little sleep. Another little sofa would be nice instead of the chair for sitting down in.

• Mark (10/5): A great stay in very hot conditions, but the air conditioning in the apartment was great and having it when we came in s - It had 3 bedroom suites which was perfect for our needs, a great kitchen/dining area. Also both hosts were perfect before and throughout our stay. Nothing.
• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - This is a beautiful renovated apartment in a great location. We were so comfortable and well rested, having three spacious and clean master suites felt luxurious. The AC worked perfectly. Our host provided some snacks, fruit and coffee and was so accommodating. This is a great value and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
