Guest Reviews

A impressão nao e boa.
- guoyan (7/5): - Due to the last-minute cancellation of my previous hotel reservation, I had to hastily book this one. Although the rating was not high, the location was very good and the price was acceptable without any other options. Convenient check-in, no elevator, you have to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself, but it's okay too. The room is spacious and looks cozy. We have a stove and a complete set of kitchen utensils, making it very convenient for us to cook by ourselves. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the British Museum, which is very close. There is also TESCO supermarket nearby. The landlord promptly responds to the message. The bed is indeed uncomfortable, but the sofa bed in the living room is good. Living with three people is enough. Hot water is also unstable.
- Humberto Jun (1/5): We couldn’t stay due to the conditions of the apartment. - Nothing. Although the proprietor responde quickly. It smelled wicked, like mold. Very old furniture, the place was overall very old and not very good taken care of. We didn’t feel safe at all in the environment, with only digital passwords to access the apartment, which was not mentioned in the announcement. We didn’t stay and had to book another hotel for the night,
- Dzarfan (9/5): Superb -
- Patricia (4/5): Left exhausted from lack of sleep - Spacious and well appointed kitchen. Street noise and constant noise and music from neighbouring apartment
- Elleni (7/5): Good - Strategic location Room Cleanliness
- Ioannis (8/5): Very good value for money - Good location close to King’s Cross
No keys
Good communication Some of the dishes in the cupboard were not very clean
2nd floor with narrow staircase that is a bit difficult with large suitcases
- Darren (2/5): Felt unclean and uncomfortable. - Location was good The place is filthy, really bad. Dirty sheets filthy bathroom. Advertising with a sofa bed, that’s not a sofa bed. So uncomfortable. Microwave blown up, fridge froze our food. Glad to get home for a comfortable bed and a tetanus jab!
- Manfred (4/5): Disappointing - bright flat on 2nd floor with windows on both sides. stores and bars in the neighboorhood, in good distance to public transport furnace could see some refit. especially some investment in the bathroom is more than appropriate - everything works but very worn-out.
- Ariane (5/5): Passable -
- Graydon (8/5): A reasonably priced London apartment in a convenient location with a friendly and helpful host. - The apartment was roomy and well-equipped, and all the appliances worked well. The presence of a washing machine is a real plus. There was sufficient crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. The bedroom, located in the back of the flat and away from the street, was very quiet, and there were enough towels and extra bedding. The bathroom was large compared to the ones found in most London hotels. The heating worked well, although it was a little difficult to control. The location is very good, close to King's Cross Station and the British Library. The neighborhood has a variety of restaurants and a wonderful bakery, plus a convenience market. My host was very friendly and helpful on the two or three occasions when I spoke with him by phone. The furniture is pretty spartan and not terribly sturdy; one of the table legs was not fully attached. The apartment is on the second floor -- for Americans the third floor -- and there is no lift. This was not a problem for me but could be a deterrent to some guests. I would have preferred a bed that was raised off the ground, but the mattress was perfectly comfortable.
- Vitalii (6/5): Pleasant - good hitting broken table, impossible to use; microwave is in an awfull condition, not comfortable sofa.
- Tuhin (9/5): Just one word feel like home and worth it. - Well equipped.Feel like home Main door, street door and dining table should be replaced.
- Tanja (7/5): Cosy living - +close to tube station
+easy check in
+full kitchen
+cosy -recently styled, but still wornout
-needs some more kitchenware (eg.only two deep plates, no wineglasses, no teatowels).
-no handtowels in bathroom
- Taniya (8/5): General standard... - - The wifi connection work fine.
- The room has space and functional.
- The heater works perfectly.
- The place is not hard to find but took 9 mins walk from the tube station.
- the staffs are really nice and took a very good care of us. - No elevator and we have all the huge luggage. the room located on the 2nd floor which is 4th fl in my hometown.
- First day that we arrived the light in the bathroom was broke, no hair dryer as mentioned, no foot towel and the bed and sofa are dusty. The staff should carefully double check the place before we check in. even though, the staff reponse very fast and took care of all the things we requested.
- The room is old style, the bathroom is quite uncomfortable to use.
- The entrance was very dirty and have all the rubbish.
