Paul (3/5): A good place to explore central brisbane from although we had issues - The property is in a good location, it was clean, and it was reasonably quiet. They did not send us the information required to get into the place until it was too late to be useful. They should have sent us the information a day or two before we left home but when we arrived there we did not know how to get in, there was no free wifi, and our sim card was not set to work on any Australian network making it difficult to access the needed information, make phone calls or send text messages. Fortunately the person on reception at an adjacent property (CLLIX) was very helpful. We eventually found that we needed to go to another place down the road to get the key. It is not good to arrive tired after a days travel and have this kind of hassle. Also although the place was clean, it was not well maintained. The shower drained very slowly, a couple of the light bulbs were dead or dying, and the lock really needed a drop of oil as using the key was not as smooth as it could be. Also the tiny bar of soap and containers of shampoo and conditioner would have been ok for a couple of days but no way they were going to last the week we were there so we needed to buy more.
Snowtan (8/5): Overall, I am happy with my stay in this place. - The location is undoubtfully good. Strategically nearby eatery and convenience stores. We did not try the pool and other facilities of this property. Generally the unit is comfortable, proper equipped with necessary. Surely will consider to stay in this property again in future trips to Brisbane As I am staying for 6 nights, I suppose the host should prepare enough Shampoo and shower gel for the stays, but yet only 1 small bottle of each were given. I think this should be improved. Some ceiling lights are malfunction, already informed host.
