• Nicola (10/5): Perfect base for the night before a cruise! - The location was perfect for us, we stayed the night in the apartment before boarding a cruise at Canada place. The location couldn’t have been better, we walked with all of our luggage to the terminal within 10 minutes! This apartment is also close to a local shopping centre, and walking distance to coal harbour.

• Carol (7/5): Centrally located - It was well located and had most things we needed. The bed was very comfy. It was quiet. Easy communication with the vendor. The unit was smaller than expected. I didn't really like doing the dishes in the bathroom sink (separate tub provided).

Well equipped with microwave, crockery etc, coffee maker iron and ironing board. Air con difficult to use to keep the bedroom cool. No in room safe. 2 good quality TVs, but I found it difficult to sort out volume and select programs. No room service.

• Raghavendra (8/5): It was a good stay but thought it was expensive for the price we paid. - The location was good and this is an apartment in the hotel, the apartment felt like a room as it was not big. Coming from Australia, I am unsure if this is the size of apts in VC. The host is responsive and answered all the questions. It wasn't specified that this is a separate apartment in the hotel and hotel has nothing to do with this apart from handing over elevator keys. They didn't help anything else especially luggage as we are travellers, had to pay extra. Had we known this is an Airbnb kind of setup, we wouldn't have booked this. This is also a non cancellation once booked so there was no way to change anything.

• Ken (9/5): Superb and comfortable apartment in Vancouver - Very comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment with a great bed, TVs and shower. Beautifully finished and comfortable. Staff of the hotel are lovely. This would be a great pre cruise stay. The absence of a kitchen sink is an inconvenience. Although the basin and mini drainer work well, it's a little awkward. As the hotel was very busy, post cruises, they couldn't store our luggage until check in time so we had to use a commercial luggage storage facility a couple of streets away.

• Audrey (9/5): Superb - Stunning suite in a very nice hotel, really well located right in the city center and great view with the full length windows. Very clean and brand new furniture and kitchen. Well equipped too. Host kindly had a playpen/ cot for our daughter which was perfect. Soundproof is okay but you can hear staff using the utility / cleaning cupboard which is opposite the flat in the evening and morning. Also, bit weird that there is no sink which means you need to wash plates in the bathroom. Lovely stay nevertheless!
