- Jane (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, loved the location and thought the unit was clean, attractive and comfy. - The location is great. The unit is clean and well stocked with kitchen items, books, games and toys. The bathroom fans are very noisy, the wine glasses were plastic and the courtyard was disappointing as it looked neglected. Sorry.

- Sharon (3/5): Very disappointing. - The location. The property was not fit for holiday letting, it had incomplete renovations and had not had a detailed builders clean prior to our arrival. A further clean was carried out 3 days after our arrival which was much better but it still needed a deeper clean. There was way too much of the owners belonging in the property to make our stay comfortable. The outdoor area also needed cleaning. Contact in regard to key collection was difficult and required a couple of phone conversations to find out if the office would be open to collect the key or we would need to use a key collection box.
- Rowan (7/5): Unacceptable cleaning prior to stay. Poor detail re key collection. Good location - Nice to have games, children’s toys, dvd & books etc but we didn’t use them No email regarding how to collect keys. When I phoned given street number of office, no street numbers, no signage relevant to Great Ocean Rd holidays, it is signed as a real estate office. Had to telephone again to get location next to chemist.
The tiled floors and skirting boards were dirty, as was the inside of rubbish bin. The apartment had no shower grate cover in en-suite and risk of injuring feet. Wall above head of bed in main bedroom was not clean. Extractor fan was dirty.
