The ONLY BIG issue we had, was that the apartment just above us, was very disruptive in the middle of the night, dragging chairs on the floor and stumping at 1am. I reported this to the hotel manager and very next night they did it again and now this time with vengeance, for about 4 hours they continued to do this in the middle of the night. I picked up the phone and reported this situation, but I didn't get a response until the next morning which was too late since we were already heading to the airport. We were flying home on a 12-hour flight and got no sleep at all, thanks to these inconsiderate people. The suggestion I gave management is to have a stricter policy on not tolerating this type of behavior and evicting people from the property.

• Cydney (10/5): Fabulous location in a clean, roomy and well-appointed property. Perfect for a family visiting London to see major attra - Location! Very central to major sights and 2 Tube stops for anything else. Also communication from property was excellent. Nothing much:) the following are ideas for an even better stay! I would suggest printing instructions for the Nest thermostats. We struggled with setting times for temperatures so the unit was quite warm at night for us. Also I suggest adding some new synthetic pillows for the unit. I have back problems so having extra pillows is very helpful.

Le quartier est très vivant et de nombreux incontournables sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied! Le logement est moderne et bien équipé, très confortable pour une famille. Le seul bémol à revoir est au niveau des rideaux qui ne sont pas du tout occultants, il faisait grand jour dans la chambre à 5h30 le matin...
• Sarah (10/5): Amazing and comfortable! - Everything. We booked this apartment as a last minute surprise for our kids as a stopover on our way back from a trip to Barcelona. We got to the apartment and WOW, they did not want to leave. It was spotlessly clean, very easy to access, in an excellent location, we didn’t realise how close it was to everything!! The rooms are very spacious with everything needed. A little welcome pack in the kitchen was also a nice touch. The beds were also extremely comfortable. It’s very very difficult being a family of 7 and find accommodation to suit us all as my “children” are actually now adults who travel with us but this accommodation suited us perfectly. That we had only booked for one night!!

Cristina responded immediately and her colleague arrived on his scooter to let us in. All communication was very pleasant and quick. Nothing - the property was great and the location is fantastic.

Localização excelente, com facil acesso a pé ou de transportes para locais turisticos e de interesse. O apartamento é lindo, muito confortável com todas as comedidades necessárias para uma boa estadia. Os anfitriões estiveram sempre em contacto e disponiveis para alguma necessidade dos hóspedes. O chek in e out foram fáceis e há sitio para deixarmos a bagagem quando se chega cedo ou se sai mais tarde. Recomendo muito este apartamento. Gostei de tudo!

Only a nit pick but the one of the blinds didn't seem to shut entirely, it's very minor though and didn't impact my stay at all

Walking home late from theater with my girls I felt safe and it was close. check in was extremely firm. Like 3:01 firm. We sat in the lobby . I did get an email the day before saying I could inquire about early check in for a fee. It was my fault to assume there was leniency.

• Claudia (10/5): Großartige Unterkunft, besser geht’s nicht. - Wunderschönes Apartment, sehr durchdacht, alles da was man braucht. Unglaublich gute Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zu U-Bahnen und Bahnhöfen. Das meiste in der City kann man von dort aus auch zu Fuß erreichen. Obwohl wir mittendrin waren, macht die Lage in einer Seitengasse die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Ein großes Plus auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung im Keller wenn man früher kommt oder später abreist. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und drei Teenager und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder! Das Sofabett ist etwas hart, vielleicht kann man da noch eine zusätzliche Matratzenauflage auflegen. Das ist aber wirklich Jammern auf allerhöchsten Niveau.

It had everything we needed to make our family stay in London a comfortable and pleasant one even though we were only there for a few hours we all agreed that we would definitely stay again. Comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

• Claire (9/5): I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would be happy to stay here in he future. - Instructions for entering the building and then our apartment were emailed to us a couple of days, as promised, before our visit. They were very clear and simple to follow and videos to improve clarity were provided also. A combination of door codes and key box codes were required. We were also send instructions for leaving luggage in a secure basement store room which we wanted and used. Very good. The apartment offered lots of space and the required facilities to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was very well heated and with the sun pouring in through the living area windows, it became rather hot. We were able to make adjustments to cool down however, no problem. A very handy location for things we wanted to do and Tube stations all around us. The only issue for me was that I found the beds rather hard, so not so comfortable. I slept all the same and it depends on what you are used to.

• Maximo (2/5): Intento de estafa - Ubicación Estimados señores: En relación con su reclamación en la que nos solicitan el pago de la intervención de un ingeniero por una supuesta sobrecarga del ascensor durante nuestra estancia en sus apartamentos, queremos manifestar formalmente nuestro desacuerdo por los siguientes motivos: Falta de información previa y contractual En el momento de realizar la reserva a través de Booking no se indicaba en ningún momento que el ascensor tuviera una limitación de uso de únicamente dos personas. De haber sido informados de esta restricción —especialmente tratándose de un ático en un 5.º piso— no habríamos realizado la reserva. Señalización inadecuada e insuficiente La única nota existente indicando que solo podían subir dos personas está colocada en el exterior del ascensor, en la parte superior, en un tamaño muy reducido y únicamente en inglés, lo que la hace prácticamente imperceptible y claramente insuficiente para informar correctamente a los huéspedes. Indicaciones erróneas por parte de su personal El día de nuestra llegada, una persona de recepción: Nos ayudó a recoger las llaves del cajetín. Nos acompañó hasta el ascensor. Nos ayudó a introducir las cuatro maletas pequeñas. Llamó al ascensor, introdujo la llave y nos indicó cómo utilizarlo. En ningún momento nos advirtió de que no podían subir cuatro personas, sino que, por el contrario, nos ayudó activamente a entrar, validando con su actuación el uso que hicimos del ascensor. Información contradictoria dentro del ascensor En el interior del ascensor figura claramente indicado un peso máximo de 630 kg y una ocupación de hasta 6 personas, lo cual contradice totalmente la supuesta limitación de dos personas y refuerza nuestra actuación de buena fe. Consecuencias graves del incidente Como consecuencia de quedar encerrados en el ascensor: Estuvimos a punto de perder nuestro vuelo el día de salida. La empresa de traslados nos aplicó un suplemento por el retraso, importe que les reclamaremos.

• Debbie (8/5): Comfortable stay and excellent value for money - Good location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Good facilities. Nice touches re the coffee/ tea / milk. Shampoos etc Staff I met were helpful. Try good video re entry access etc. No views. A little dark and a little tired in places here and there.
• Mark (8/5): Lovely property. Great location in London. Not the quietest. - Great location. Comfortable beds. Noisy ground floor location with front door next to reception and main entrance - it was quite disturbing.

• Victoria (7/5): - Perfect location, very clean, comfy and well equipped. Lovely shower and everything you could need in the kitchen. Very pleasant stay. Unfortunately there was no entry buzzer. There was a panel on the wall but it wasn't functional. We only realised when wanting to get a food delivery that the driver would have no way of buzzing to let us know he had arrived, so had to wait in the foyer for delivery which wasn't great. Might have been a simple fix but we were only there for one evening so there wasn't time to report and wait for it to be resolved sadly. Hopefully this will be checked and rectified before the next guests.

• Timothy (9/5): Great apartment in a sensational location - Location and facilities. Allowed us to unpack….. washing machine was a god send. The step in/out of the shower/bath is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Please rectify. Airconditioning would be a nice addition also.

• Akihisa (4/5): Perfect location!!!! That was all . - Perfect Location Poor equipment, such as stopping all water also toilet. Staff is very quick and biz.oriented. I requested late check out, they offered special price, I requested to wait to discuss with my wife and then,,, they said it has been fully booked. That means they did not wait until I reply the result. If your priority is location, I recommend it, if you want comfort stay, find other solutions.
• Asad (9/5): Perfect spot.. wud def come back here again! - Location was excellent.. central to most of the places yet calm and quiet.. close to 2 tubes so very convenient.. Elevator was a little tricky.. noisy at times..
• Laura (9/5): Amazing gem. Central but quiet - Amazing location. So close to Covent garden etc but on a really quiet street. Nothing.
• Ali (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location and facilities The staff was amazing. My flight was postponed for 48 hours, and I was able to change my stay dates without any penalty, even though the reservation was non-refundable and non-adjustable. I would definitely stay here again.

• Silke (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war perfekt! - Das Appartment lag sehr zentral, war sauber, ruhig und geräumig. Vor Anreise bekamen wir den Zugangscode für die Haus- und Appartmenttüre, das sehr gut funktionierte. Eine U-Bahnstation, Busstops, Cafés, Pubs und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street, London Eye... sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Es ist auch möglich, die Koffer bei späterer Abreise in einem separatem Raum im Appartmenthaus zu deponieren. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Amazing location, really spacious, quiet at night, excellent value for money, very responsive host, easy to find. Free luggage storage. We could not have wanted anything more! We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers from Australia. Nothing - if was perfect
• jorge (4/5): Sitio increíble , manejo por responsables deficiente - Ubicación limpieza comodidad El último día nos quedamos sin agua , no lo repararon llego hora de check out y nada más la de limpieza toco la puerta teníamos un viaje de regreso , no posibilidad de bañarnos la solución que nos daba no era una opción real
