• Taisy (10/5): Uma semana no paraíso! - Apartamento grande,aconchegante,limpo,c utensílios úteis. Local agradável e tranquilo.Super bem decorado,remetendo à cultura da ilha.Proprietária gentil e solícita.Fácil acesso às melhores praias de Curação,porém longe de restaurantes e supermercados maiores,cerca de 50 min de carro até Willemstad.Usamos bastante o cooler e a cadeira de praia ajudou muito,pois estávamos em 3 e só precisávamos alugar 2 cadeiras nas praias. O condomínio é tranquilo e perto da encosta tem uma vista maravilhosa do por do sol! Havia muitos pássaros e uma linda iguana q nos visitava diariamente.Passamos uma semana maravilhosa! Recomendo fortemente. Distância do centro e de restaurantes.Em torno de 40 a 50 min de carro,o q pode ser um pouco cansativo se fizer c frequência.Entretanto,para quem quer sossego e tranquilidade,o local é excelente!

• Jocelyne (9/5): Wonderful - It is a wonderful small resort. The bungalows are beautiful and the gardens are impeccable. There is an iguana that shows up every morning to the delight of my grandson. You hear the birds chipping. There is no noise from cars. This is a gated resort. We had a rented car and there was no problem with parking. The bungalows itself was clean and we cooked mornings and evenings everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped and very practical. There was a small super cooler that you can carry to the beach for snacks. The balcony is very useful because there is always a breeze coming in from the ocean. The air conditioning works fine. The restaurant on the way to the beach is practical and very good good. The beach is great, especially for kids. The rental for an umbrella is $10. Per day and the beach chairs are $5. There are other great beaches close by. Bring beach shoes because there are some rocks mixed with the sand on the beach.

• JorgeCAI (9/5): Vacaciones soñadas - El departamento es hermoso, muy espacioso y esta excelentemente equipado con todo lo que se pueda necesitar y más aún El complejo tiene bajada directa a la playa Lagoon que es perfecta, y balcones donde se pueden ver los atardeceres. Las cortinas de la habitación dejan entrar mucha luz, te despertas a las 5:30 de la mañana con la luz del amaneces, vendría bárbaro un Blackout. Los niños para ingresar a su habitación, deben pasar por el dormitorio principal, por lo cual se pierde mucha intimidad

• Jared (10/5): From the breathtaking views to the spacious apartment this is the perfect beach vacation spot! - Wonderful apartment, very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Perfect location to visit all of the breathtaking beaches on the west side of Curaçao and playa Lagoon was by far the best snorkeling of them all. Bonnie was an excellent host and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this awesome beach vacation spot!
• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place for a family vacation! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equiped. It's only 30 meters to the pool, 50 meters to the Bahia restaurant, and 100 meters to the beach. All these facilities are very comfortable and have spectacular views. Many other nice beaches are within 20 minutes by car, and so are Westpunt (with various nice restaurants), New California supermarket, and Sheta Boka National Park. Willemstad is somewhat further away, about 30-45 minutes by car. What we particularly liked about Lagun is that it is located in a peaceful, natural environment (which is very different from the busy urban southern part of Curacao). Bonnie, the owner of the apartment has made our stay very comfortable. Her communication and instructions were very clear. When driving around the island, we couldn't think of a better base camp than this apartment in Lagun. I would recommend it to any family that is looking for a nice, safe, and beautiful location.
• Gibeault-goyer (9/5): Superb - The location was great for a dive and beach vacation. Unit was spacious, beautiful and had comfortable beds. Well stocked with beach chairs and coolers. Will stay here again if we return to Curacao.
• Joram (9/5): Well-equipped apartment with a huge balcony, located in a small resort with a swimming pool and direct access to the bea - Well-equipped apartment on the first floor with a huge balcony. located in a small gated resort with a swimming pool and direct access to a restaurant and the beach (via steep stair). Airconditioning in both bedrooms. Well located to discover the west end of the island. Good communication with the owner. No supermarket in the direct vicinity. You need to go through the master bedroom to access the second bedroom (no problem for us, since we travelled with our young son).

• Jillian (10/5): Beautiful location, safe clean apartment, family friendly, close to great snorkeling, great hosts - Great location to beautiful beaches, sits on Playa Laguna which has great snorkeling. There is also a yellow smoothie hut on the beach that makes great smoothies using real fruit (not juice like other huts) and homemade banana bread and coconut bread...highly recommend you visit. The host offers really good recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the handbook, take a look and take their advice (very helpful!). The apartment is nicely decorated with local art. If you like any of the art ask the host where to find them and they will point you in the right direction. This is how we met a local artist and bought art to bring home (fun experience!). Safe, clean apartment, nice pool (which we didn't use) but did use the outdoor shower to rinse off snorkeling gear which was helpful to not track as much sand in. Hosts provide great communication. Check in and check out was easy. Very family friendly and would highly recommend staying here. The wifi kicked in and out a lot. The main living space was challenging to keep at a tolerable temp even with a breeze moving through. Another fan would have been helpful however this would not keep us from staying here again or recommending to others.

• Sarah (9/5): Fantastic time at Lagoon Ocean Resort! - Fantastic location on the lagoon. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. The unit was spacious with AC in the bedrooms. We were grateful for a good host, who was very responsive.
• Axel (10/5): Perfect Appartment at a great Location - Perfect Appartment at a great Location with everything we needed. Contact before was nice and all Information provided upfront as we needed them. Easy to reach for us by car. The Appartement itself: Kitchen with everything to cook for yourself or prepare only breakfast. We had rolls from the supermarket baked every morning. Sleeping room was very convenient for us with air conditioning and a nice view. Bathrooms (2x) was they can be expected and sufficient water pressure for showering. Second sleeping room with a second AC and convenient space. Balcony was our great place for breakfast or any other meal. We also liked the visiting colorful birds. It is not with a sea view but sufficient for us. Restaurants nearby have also been good. For us this nice stay was our base to visit all the amazing nearby beaches The announced turtle in the bay closely is unfortunately only part time. But at a 15min drive away at Grandi Beach you can see them at a 100% rate

Super clean, nicely appointed apartment, beautiful porch with hammock overlooking the garden, overall very comfortable and just a super short walk to a drop dead gorgeous beach, diving, dive shop and a couple of restaurants. Quiet, small town, very quaint and felt very safe. Nothing, we loved it all!

The host and everyone we met around the Lagoon was helpful and friendly. - I liked that Bonnie provided things like aloe vera gel, beach chairs, beach towels & an umbrella, as well as a lot of information about the property and about the area including what beaches to go to for specific things, where to buy ice easily, etc. She also has a drawer full of charging adaptors and a wonderful, informational book about Curacao. The apartment was near the pool and just a very short walk to the 2 restaurants, the rental shop for snorkeling gear, and Playa Lagun! It was fairly quiet, peaceful, and we got a nice cross breeze with the windows and doors. Check out time wasn't specified upon arrival.
• Steffah (10/5): Lagoon Ocean Resort the place 2 be - After giving birth we needed time for ourselves as a family. We had a great time. The location is super quiet, beautiful view. Communication with the owner is super good. I definitely recommend the place. It is clean and very nice.
