• Paulo Roberto (8/5): - Localização central, o hotel é simples, fica localizado em um andar de um prédio (o hotel fica localizado apenas nesse andar (acredito que no quinto andar), quarto limpo, estrutura simples, mas atendeu completamente nossas expectativas. Devido ao horario do nosso transporte, deixamos as nossas malas no hotel antes do horario do checkin, fizemos o check out antes do horario, gostaria de expressar meu agradecimento ao hotel. Nada.

Très grandes chambre+wc/douche très propres. Personnel très sympatique. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le matin de notre arrivée. Attention aux heures d'ouverture de la reception si check in late. Rapport qualite prix imbattable Tout était parfait

• Ludmila (4/5): - Toto ubytování je na velmi rušné třídě, v 5. a 6. poschodí blízko hlavního nádraží..Bylo čisté, ale utržené záchodové prkénko nám zkazilo celkový dojem. Taky paní recepční byla dost nepříjemná. Ráno jsme šli na alibus a hned blízko vchodu nám ukradli telefon. Ale za to ubytování nemůže. Takže pozor na zloděje v Neapoli.

Anche questa volta, devo dire che la pulizia della camera non mi ha soddisfatto… un suggerimento un po’ di attenzione in più…basta poco per migliorare..

• Asia (9/5): - Soggiorno impeccabile! La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima rispetto alla stazione centrale, perfetta per girare comodamente la città. Un valore aggiunto è la zona: la struttura si affaccia su una via con molti negozi, il che ci ha fatto sentire molto tranquille e sicure nel rientrare la sera. ​La camera era super comoda e la pulizia del bagno davvero eccellente. È stato tutto bellissimo, grazie di cuore per l'ospitalità! Consigliatissimo!

• Mariana (6/5): - Usamos apenas como um ponto de apoio para outros locais. Pra esse uso, é ok. Não bom, mas ok. Fica à uns 10mins da estação central de trem, e uns 20min a pé do porto das balsas. A rua é bem movimentada, mas tem um bom café ao lado. a taxa de turismo é bem alta, não condiz com a qualidade do local. As camas são razoáveis. O chuveiro saia mais água pra cima do que pra baixo.

• Monica (9/5): Ottima soluzione vicino al centro e alla stazione - Struttura vicino a centro e stazione dei treni in posizione strategica a prezzo ottimo Stanza spaziosa con bagno in camera L’edificio non è recente e ha un ascensore un po piccolo per solo due persone alla volta quindi abbiamo fatto 5 piani di scale a piedi più volte e se si hanno bagagli o difficoltà fisiche può essere sfiancante Host molto gentile e ci ha permesso il deposito bagagli pre check in La camera aveva sia asciugamani che prodotti per l’igiene personale e phon Tv presente Non funzionavano le finestre ma non ha influito Sun nostro soggiorno
• Bojan (7/5): - Udobne postelje, self check in v primeru, da recepcija ni več odprta. Prijazno osebje. Lokacija je dobra, veliko izbire za dobre restavracije okoli. Za vogalom je plačljiv parking, 25 € na dan. Plačljivo dvigalo. V sobi bi lahko bila vsaj naprava za kavo ter kakšna mizica.

• davorsm (6/5): - The location is really good. The room is on the 6th floor, elevator is payable but they have 10 cent coins available at the reception. The reception was nice, fave extra toilet paper and were very responsive to the messages. I didn't like that on their booking site it's written that reception is available also on sunday to leave the baggage then they send you a message that it is not possible to leave the luggage. The cleanliness is really not the best. Dirty sheets, dirty floor. Smelly bathroom. One of the windows in the room could not be closed so a lot of street noise could be heard during the night

• giuseppe (8/5): Bella camera vicino alla stazione - La posizione, l'accoglienza e la reception sempre a disposizione, l'ampia camera ed il bagno con grande doccia; La posizione vicinissima alla stazione e quindi al centro è un fattore da tenere presente. Se tornassi chiederei una camera al quinto piano e non al sesto (più caldo anche se ci sono i condizionatori ne sottotetto) per la sola difficoltà di aprire le finestre a tetto.

• Michele (6/5): Per averci soggiornato una sola notte, nel complesso la struttura ha fatto al caso nostro, però i dettagli sono fondamen - Camere e relativi bagni, arredati a nuovo, quindi piacevolmente abitabili. Diversi dettagli da migliorare: - lenzuola e federe, seppur pulite, presentavano parecchie macchie pregresse, non molto gradevoli alla vista. - I lucernari, che in camera dovrebbero aprirsi elettricamente, oltre a non essere funzionanti, non erano nemmeno collegati elettricamente. - Nei bagni comuni di servizio, non era presente la carta igienica.

• Konstantinos (1/5): Not for booking - The price was ok. The first impression when I entered a room was, this room is not in a condition to be rented out. The bed sheets were extremely overused (see photos), the walls were dirty( probably vandalized) but the huge issue is the hair we found on the bed from previous guest. It was quite late and i reported this to hotel contact that assured me, the room was cleaned, I was too tired to argue and just ignored the situation since its 1 day sleep. The bathroom didn't have a functional vendilation and there was a smell like chlorine. Generally speaking you could say, there was a try to renovate a run down room but in my opinion it is far from ready to be used for renting out. The building has a unique elevator that 10 cents are required to pay to go till 5th floor (the room was in 6th), what was the problem is the machine takes only 10 cents. 20 cents wont work...

Bisogna migliorare la pulizia sicuramente, venivano rifatti solo i letti e non venivano tolti gli asciugamani sporchi, ne passata l'aspirapolvere o la scopa per terra e in 4 notti di soggiorno, una pulita alla stanza secondo me, va data, almeno ogni 2 giorni

• Maria (8/5): Buena localización - Muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de autobuses y tren. Se puede ir andando a todos los lugares de interés. Personal muy atento y simpático. Hay posibilidad de dejar las maletas después del checkout, siempre que sea horario en que haya personal. Llegamos tarde por la noche y nos habían mandado instrucciones para entrar porque ya no había personal. No hubo ningún problema. Las habitaciones bien, camas cómodas, la ducha funciona bien. Está en un 5 y 6 piso y no funcionaba ese dia el ascensor. Es edificio antiguo de pisos altos, costaba subir, sobretodo con las maletas. No hay desayuno, aunque hay cafeterías al lado.

Super clean and comfortable, bathroom was big and once again super clean We couldn't open one of the windows because the buttons weren't working and the other one was opened but we couldn't close so it was cold in the night; paying for the elevator

• Attila (5/5): Felejtős a szállás. - Jó az elhelyezkedése. Központi helyen van. Régi bérház ötödik emeletén volt. Sajnos a lift az öt napból másfél napot működött nagy belmagasság miatt idős embereknek nem ajánlanám. A matrac nagyon puha volt. A fűthetőnek mondott klíma csak hűteni tudott. A személyzet semmiben nem akart segíteni. A recepciós csak a telefonját bámulta és nyomogatta . A fürdőszobai csempét a lélek tartotta. A fényképeken látszik a vízforraló de a valóságban nincs. Ja és a törölközőn ilyen szép hajszál volt.
• Gerard (8/5): Estada molt bona - Molt ben situat a 6 min. caminant de l'estació de trens i busos. Molt a prop del centre històric El matalàs estava molt dur. Hi havia petits detalls al lavabo per reparar com la tapa del vàter estava fluixa i mal fixada, es movia i resultava incòmoda.
