• Imman (7/5): Good - Free parking, small kitchen but complete with basic equipment to reheat food. Close to klcc, and also there's 7e in front of the hotel. Overall, it's a room that you'd want just to take a rest, maybe eat some food. Parking was a bit confusing since there was "marked" parking and "unmarked" parking. The lift was a bit shaky and confusing as well since there were 2 lifts for two different wings. The bathroom window, although there's a curtain for the window but the window itself shouldn't be there in the first place. The tv is old, and some of the "entertainment" equipment is also a bit old as well.
• Norakasha (9/5): Superb - The room, toilet and kitchen were clean. Facilities complete. Have bathtub. Quite far to walk to train station.
• Pablo (4/5): Fake advertising in booking - Location Joanna was quite friendly on WhatsApp Comfortable bed Dirty place. See pictures. This is not a hotel and how it appears on Booking makes you think it is a five-star hotel! The reality is that you don't see any staff member. There's just a woman over WhatsApp that can't be there to help you to get your key (it's in a locker in the lobby) nor with any other issue. I actually found the safe box of my room broken the first day and she said me out wasn't possible for her to help me since it was a "Airbnb" apartment. WTF! if i use booking is not to find airbnb. It's not her fault but the owner's and Booking's for allowing this fake advertising
