• Christina (10/5): Perfect Stay in London – Comfortable, Clean, and Ideally Located - We stayed in this apartment in London for eight days, and it fully met our expectations. It was exactly as described, with very pleasant and well-designed spaces. The apartment was extremely comfortable for a family of four, offering enough room for everyone to relax. It was also very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Pablo (10/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, céntrica y a pocos metros de una estación de metro (Elephant & Catsle) muy bien comunicada. El trato por parte de los propietarios ha sido fenomenal, les pedimos varias cosas y atendieron a todas ellas. El Apartamento cuenta con dos habitaciones bastante cómodas, un baño muy completo y de obra nueva, así como una cocina muy bien equipada para una familia. No falta detalle.

• Juan Miguel (10/5): Cómodo y bien ubicado - El apartamento tiene unas instalaciones muy nuevas y modernas, hemos estado muy cómodos. Además, la ubicación es perfecta cerca del metro y del autobús. Aunque no fue un problema, las escaleras entre las dependencias pueden ser un engorro.

Tenía a parte de los electrodomésticos habituales una secadora , que para el clima de invierno en londres se agradece. El señor que nos llevó la reserva muy amable y atento . Respondió rápido, que se agradece. Que no tuviera el nombre del alojamiento en la puerta . Al llegar no nos ubicamos muy bien. Salió la vecina, que por cierto super atenta , y no dijo que era muy habitual ver a la gente por ahí, medio perdida buscando este alojamiento.

• MEI CHEN (7/5): Spacious for family of 4 - Spacious Floors were creaky so we can hear noises whenever anyone is walking in the house, including the neighbour's footsteps who stays upstairs

• Conny (9/5): Mycket bra boende och skulle gärna hyra det igen. - Sköna sängar, fräscht badrum och kök. Väl utrustat kök som var nyrenoverat och trevligt med möjlighet att göra kaffe eller te. Välstädat. Bra information innan du kom med tydliga instruktioner hur du kommer in i boendet och vad som gäller. En liten detalj skulle vara att kunna öppna ett fönster för de som vill ha extra kallt på natten.

• Christian (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U Bahn in der Nähe. Einrichtung sehr gut (Küche, Bad) 1 Handtuch pro Person für 7 Tage ist zu wenig, der einzige Kritikpunkt

The apartment is in pristine condition, newly refurbished & tastefully decorated. The stafff is very responsive with communication. Allowed us early check in and evening check out! • Marta (7/5): Se puede mejorar en arreglar el termo y que aclare en el anuncio q tiene escaleras - UBICACIÓN, LIMPIEZA Y NADA DE RUIDO Hubo problemas con el agua caliente , el termo funcionaba a veces ,no sé qué problema había ,parecía que había poca presión o simplemente se apagaba . Avisamos a la dueña y tuvo interés en que lo arreglaran pero al día siguiente otra vez igual ,a veces si, a veces no , al final nos terminamos acostumbrando . Otro detalle que no me gustó fue que el apartamento no era en una sola planta .Hay dos tramos de escalera, las habitaciones abajo ,en medio la cocina y arriba un baño y el salón , a media noche si tienes que ir al baño tienes q subir dos tramos de escalera y eso era un poco rollo . Esos dos detalles son los que no hacen q para mí fuera excepcional la estancia ,luego hay otras particularidades que le resto importancia ,como las almohadas,demasiado gordas o la cama q no era lo suficientemente dura , a mí modo de verlo le faltaba un espejo a la habitación o el baño que no tiene enchufe ...pero como ya digo eso me importó menos .En general, ubicación ,limpieza y nada de ruido por la noche está muy bien ,pero el agua caliente y las escaleras hace que reste puntos .Nosotros lo hemos pasado muy bien y nos ha encantado Londres y con eso me quedo
• Víctor Gutiérrez Aqueveque (10/5): Excelente alojamiento para familias - La ubicación es perfecta, no está en la zona mas turística pero tiene una estación de metro a pocos minutos caminando (Elephant And Castle) y varias paradas de bus, con lo cual se puede llegar fácilmente a cualquier atracción de Londres. El departamento está muy bien equipado (lavadora, secadora, cocina equipada, utensilios varios, refrigerador, termo, etc.) y en excelentes condiciones, es evidente que fue renovado hace poco. El espacio es perfecto para una familia, cuenta con 2 camas grandes y un sofá cama, nosotros estuvimos muy cómodos y viajamos con mi esposa y 3 niños (10, 7 y 5 años). El barrio es muy tranquilo y desde la perspectiva de un turista es muy "londinense", nos encantó la fachada de las casas, la iglesia local, el pub del barrio. Nada malo.

• Peter (1/5): Dirty, uncleaned apartman in the heart of London. Yuck. - Great location, well equipped apartman, nice rooms. The apartman was not cleaned. We arrived late evening, the place was dirty, with unflushed used toilet, dirty floors, dirty beddings, used towels. The host refused to clean it until next day.
• Aaliyah (7/5): Good - Very beautiful house that is spacious and furnished well. The owner lived in an apartment above us and was often noisy with footsteps. Additionally, we didn’t like that we weren’t allowed to have two guests over, despite the house being big enough to accommodate them. Lastly, there is an outdoor camera on the property that is not disclosed in the listing, which we didn’t feel comfortable with so we left.
• Mairead (9/5): Super apartment for family of 5 - Spotless, modern, easy access, central enough, close to tube..hosts responsive quickly with any issues Tv streams netflix etc! Not much to dislike for us, if anything id say more seating especially in kitchen although not sure where it would fit, there is a small dining table in sitting room but we had to use the sitting room as a 3rd bedroom so was awkward..minor issue though!
• Chloe (9/5): Lovely stay in London - Lovely apartment that was very clean. Five minute walk to the tube station and a 25 minute walk to Big Ben and Westminster. It was perfect for a short trip with friends. Nothing everything was perfect! The only thing would be to have toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) provided in the bathroom.

• Merry (8/5): Handy apartment. - Great location. Close to metro and buses and shops. Bedrooms were lovely and cool. Beds comfortable. Kitchen adequate. If you are elderly or disabled, there are multiple stairs to navigate. Bathroom and lounge on first level, downstairs to kitchen and down further to bedrooms. They could do well with offering lighter doonas or a top sheet. I stacked the dishwasher to find only 2 broken dish tabs in bag under the sink, and then had to unstack and wash by hand. Only one tea towel, which considering we needed to handwash dishes, wasn't really enough for a family and 4 nights. Apartment was overly cleaned with bleach I think. We had to open all the windows so we could breathe more freely. Smell dissipated fairly quickly.

• Richard (9/5): Superb - Great location, worked well for transport to everywhere we were looking to get to, undrground took us quickly into the sites, west end etc. and the bus took us out to south londo for a crystal palace game. Just big enough to comfortably sleep 5 of us and everything in the appartment was very clean and fresh. Not really much wrong with this place, great appartment and we would certainly happily stay here again!! Only challenge for us was that there wasnt much space for a dining table. When we made up the sitting room with the foldout bed there wasnt anywhere to sit for a quick breakfast so we ended up eating standing at the counter rather than packing up the bed to set up the table.
• Julia (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay. - Beautiful modern apartment, very comfortable beds and a large kitchen. It was very clean and we felt comfortable. The shower water was very hot and unfortunately we couldn’t turn it cooler

We didn't have to use transport for the main attraction because they are very close and in walking distance ( Big Ben London Eye, etc. ) The host was very nice and helpful, we left our luggage earlier in the house first day, because we arrived earlier and let us to leave our luggage and take it later last day because we had late transfer for airport. It was big help for us. Thanks a lot! Can't wait to come back at this place. It was wonderful!
