• Penka Lazarova (10/5): Отлично - Комуникацията беше отлична, настаняването е супер удобно, без ключове, а само с код. Стаята е точно като на снимките. Леглото беше много удобно, имаше допълнителни завивки и възглавници. Кухнята също е оборудвана, ако някой реши да я използва. Локацията за нас беше удобна, защото има спирка на метро на около 7-8 минути, както и автобусна спирка в близост. Дворецът и паркът са на пешеходно разстояние 10 минути. В близост има големи магазини за хранителни стоки и ресторанти, както и много други опции за хранене. Кварталът изглеждаше много спокоен, не видяхме нищо обезпокоително.

• Maryna (9/5): Апартаменти круті👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 - Все було чудово, розташування прекрасне, район тихий, неподалік магазини, автобусні зупинки, метро хв 9 пішки, замок Шенбрунн в пішій доступності, тут все ідеально, апартаменти теж чисті, охайні, було все необхідне в плані посуду, миючих засобів і тд, розумний замок, нас було троє дівчат, ми почувалися безпечно, це найголовніше, загалом не побачила великих мінусів Було б чудово аби була пральна машина і трішки полагодити сідушку унітазу, вона їздить, ще трохи їздить диван, але якщо там буде спати одна людина то тоді все супер
• Monika (9/5): przyjemny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - Swietna lokalizacja - spokojna okolica, ale blisko do metra, do sklepów (Lidl), spacerkiem do Schonbrunn. Mieszkanie na pierwszym pietrze, w starej kamienicy, ale odnowione. Jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba na pobyt wakacyjny. Kod do otwierania drzwi, co jest bardzo wygodne. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. W weekendy można za darmo parkować na ulicy przy kamienicy, w ciągu tygodnia korzystaliśmy w parkingu położonego 5 minut spacerkiem od apartamentu (koszt EUR 9 za dobę). Ciemne zasłony i wiatrak pomagały w czasie upałów. Wygodne łóżka.
• Diana (6/5): - The location is close to public transportation. The floors in the room were damaged, and we needed to pay extra attention to our kid in order to avoid any kind of injury. We stayed for 2 nights - during the second night, we didn't have any heating.
• Viktória (7/5): 1-2 napra megfelelő hosszú távon nem komfortos - Lokáció remek. Szobák tágasak. Tisztaság nem volt elmondható. Koszosak voltak az evőeszközök az asztal. Nem volt mikro. A lépcsőházban valaki dohányzott ami miatt az egész apartmanban cigi szag terjengett, borzalmas volt.

• Zeljana (3/5): - The host was polite and quick to respond to my messages. He refunded €20 after I reported several issues, which I appreciate, although it doesn’t come close to making up for how unpleasant our stay was. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The building is extremely old, and the hallway where you enter has trash bins in it. The staircase is very narrow, which makes it difficult to carry luggage upstairs. When we arrived with two small children, the heating didn’t work, and it was very cold that day and throughout the night. It was later fixed, worked for two days, and then stopped again on the last day. The Wi-Fi also stopped working on the last day and was never repaired. The bathroom had several large spiders on the ceiling, the shower bar was broken and barely holding, the toilet seat was loose, and every time you flushed, something behind it made a loud whistling noise. Metro is 10-15 min walk distance, not convenient to go by bus to reach metro. Parking is 5 min, 9.9 eur per day, Payuca. Overall, we had a very uncomfortable stay and I would not recommend this place for more than one night — and only if the heating is confirmed to be working. The €20 refund doesn’t compensate for three nights of poor conditions, and I don’t believe in giving a fake 5-star review just because of it like host asked from me.

• Kraner (10/5): Schöne Zeit in einer sehr schönen Stadt - Die Lage war für mich sehr gut, schnell in der Stadt und im Tiergarten Schönbrunn, Geschäfte in der Nähe, Einkaufszentrum bei der U-Bahn Station Meidling Hauptstraße, ca. 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, ich habe nichts vermisst. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und ich habe immer sehr schnelle Antworten auf meine Fragen bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Altbau, manches ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, könnte renoviert werden, aber für die eine Woche habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Jana (6/5): - Jednoduchý check in, podľa poslaného hesla sa dá jednoducho dostať do izby. Hneď pri byte je pizzeria. Výborná lokalita. Nevedeli sme, kde môžeme parkovať. Poskytovateľ ubytovania nás o tom neinformoval. Zastali sme pred bytovkou a až od miestnych obyvateľov sme zistili, kde sa dá parkovať. Parkovanie pred bytovkou bolo len pre rezidentov, ktorí tam vlastnia byty.
• Victor M. (6/5): - Nice alt-bau apartment with nice, comfy furniture. Good value for money for 1-2 nights. Location is good, close to Schönbrunn (15min walk to Meidlinger Tor) and 2 U-Bahn stations (10min walk) In summer, if you open the windows it's too loud, since the flat looks to a street crossing. If you close the window, it's too hot because there is no air conditioning and the ventilator doesn't help much. In winter, with windows closed it's probably ok. There were problems in the bathroom that made the experience a bit unpleasant. Once fixed, it will be probably ok.
• Jiří (7/5): - Za nás je ubytování vhodné spíš pro krátkodobý pobyt (např. 1-3 noci), z důvodu velikosti bytečku. Vše bylo jinak vcelku čisté, vybavení dostačující. Velmi pozitivní je, že je byt blízko centra, parku a zámku Schönbrunn a Zologické zahradě, kam jsme měli namířeno. Hned přes ulici je pěkná restaurace, obchod do 5 minut chůze. Mohla by být lepší informovanost ohledně parkování. Zda se za stání na vyhrazených místech v ulici platí a kde.

• Oleksandr (7/5): Good - Spacious apartment, very bright. Comfy furniture. Noise. The walls in the building(and especially the entrance ensemble) are quite thin, so one can hear everything that is happening in the neighboring apartments and corridor. Also, Wi-Fi didn't work for some reason.

• Anastasia (10/5): The location was excellent! - I had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna. It was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent — within walking distance of several main attractions and very close to public transport, which made getting around the city easy. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

• Space (8/5): VERY GOOD - 1st floor (above ground floor) The windows overlook a quiet street. Sometimes cars pass by, but not often. The cleanliness is perfect. The double large mattress and pillows were very comfortable for sleeping. The heating is excellent. 320 m to the supermarket "Spar" 680 m to the metro "Meidling" Overall, the apartment is very cozy, we felt relaxed.
