• Luke (1/5): Human feces all around the bathroom!!!🤢🤢🤮🤮😡😡🤬 Should shut down this hotel and the female manager is the rudest most terr - Worst hotel I have ever experienced!!!🤢🤮😡 Actually human feces 💩 (human shit) all over the bottom of the sink and the base of the toilet bowl!🤢🤮 Utterly disgusting and a blatant health violation of the highest degree! I will contact Bangkok health and safety standards to investigate this hotel! I had been staying here due to being very sick and having multiple tests in m the hospital. After unfortunately needing to vomit after lots of strong medication I noticed that my head was surrounded by human feces!🤢 The room itself was also extremely dirty from the first day of check-in with other peoples human hair all over the floor, dirt, sand, dust and flys and bugs all around the room! We requested the room to be cleaned whilst we were in the room only for it to be given a light sweep and after pointing out the humans feces a piece of dry tissue was used with no cleaning products or disinfectants!🤢😡 I requested a refund and they flatly refused, I then asked to simply move the remaining 2nights that I have to another room on another date, for only 1night meaning that I would loose the cost of one night, in only 7days time as I have to visit the hospital once again…again that flatly refused! This is some sort of a joke! The manager spoke rudely on the phone to her staff in Thai thinking that I could not hear her and do not understand when I do in fact speak Thai. She’s said what is there to complain about? There is nothing wrong with the rooms! Still no bother to telephone me and apologize and refund me!!! Utterly disgusting hotel and rooms and management attitude!😡

No restaurant although food available in hospital food court or adjoining shopping centre. Tv reception was not great.

• Matthias (3/5): Cheap hostel for party people - That it's near the hospital. That the staff came to wake us up early morning and rushing inside the room as we supposedly asked for being woken up. Actually we never asked for it as we had an early doctor appointment. So we went to the hospital earlier than planned thanks to that wake-up. Shower is very bad, you are lucky if you catch hot water. Sink was plugged. Very noisy hotel, everyone is banging doors and shouting. You can hear the nearby room. I strongly advise against sleeping here if you need sleep after a surgery or else.

• Navid (2/5): Very poor - There was no Restaurant or space for Breakfast. The House Keeping was not at all nice & friendly. The House Keeping staffs were not friendly. They didn't clean the room & Toilet properly. Even common spaces were not also clean.
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located next and associated to Bangkok International Hospital. It offers transportation (golf cars) to cover the short distance to and from the hospital. The hotel is very flexible in terms of booking periods for hospital patients with unexpected schedule changes. I booked 1 night via Booking.com and needed to add 1 more night. The hotel even charged not only their standard rate of 1,600THB but applied the special hospital rate of 1,400THB just without having me to ask for. Will definitely return if I need to visit the hospital again. Hotel earns 5-stars plus. Booking.com rate was 1,707THB which they even declared to be discounted due to 'Genius-Level'. The hotel was perfect, but this is the first time Booking.com disappointed me. Not only that their rate for their 'Genius-level' customers was 10% higher than the standard hotel rate shown at the reception, they even didn't know about the hospital link and the special price for that. And if they know, they didn't mention it at all. In future I definitely will contact the hotels in future bookings beforehand. Booking.com earned for this time 1-star minus

Chiva hotel is very dirty and not at all hygienic Ac was leaking in the living room area We stayed in one bed room suit Room 310, the room door can not close and we informed the staff and they said they cannot do anything to fix it Balcony screen door lock was not working so the apartment wasn’t very safe Sofa was very dirty and had stains on it The whole apartment and furnitures are very old Construction work was going on inside the apartment so dusty Bad junction like smell inside the building

It is near to Bangkok Plaza where several diving options are available. Staff were really helpful. Their staff Cherry was efficient and helpful. Air conditioning was great. Bathroom's door lock was broken and we had found hairs in the sink. The cleaning staff did a bad job. Design of the bathroom was not ideal as there were no real partition from the shower.

This is their responsibility to clean the dirty mat . hotel fee included all the dirty towels mat etc. this is kind of bullying to the customers. I won’t recommend for this hotel if you aren’t fancy the hidden cost. they also don’t change the bed sheets pillow covers everyday
