- Bruna (9/5): - A acomodação era muito boa, ela fica no meio da Nanjing road, perto de tudo, inclusive tem estação de trem perto, que leva para o aeroporto, as meninas da recepção eram super simpaticas e fofinhas. Era um pouco barulhento, mas, é um hostel, então não estava esperando silêncio. Enfim recomendo pelo custo benefício.

- Ben (6/5): Good location - Great location, clean bed The room smelt a bit and was located essentially right behind reception and so is subject to a lot of noise. On check in I was asked to wait in the lounge room for someone to get me, and did for maybe 20 minutes but no one came to see me and I wanted to check in to get to bed. This was 11pm so not sure why my bed wouldn’t be ready.

L’unica pecca è il bagno. Però per i viaggiatori solitari consiglio vivamente il posto se volete spendere poco! Anche il personale sono veramente carini ☺️ Tra tutti forse il bagno, andrebbe pulito più volte al giorno visto quante siamo a usarlo e per terra e lavandino era sempre pieno di capelli

- Viktória Szabová (6/5): - The location was great, beds were quite comfortable and well equipped. Outside facilities were nice. Very unprofessional. There is no gym currently despite being advertised. I got booked into the wrong room, which I found out when I came in late and my luggage was all moved to the reception. The receptionists then assigned me to a random room they had left. Despite telling me I had paid already, I had to pay again (I booked an additional night). Generally very disorganized.

- Jason (8/5): Great staff, good location and soundproof rooms. Really recommend. - Staff - particularly Melody - were great, really helpful and happy and always enjoyed chatting. Helped with laundry and breakfast on multiple ocassions and the room was fantastic to sleep in and keep me asleep (totally soundproof almost). Location was phenomenal - 5 min or less walk around the corner from the main strip of Shanghai and ten mins from the Bund. N/A

Like the common area which was brightly lit, spacious and welcoming, unlike the super-small bedroom Booked a twin room which was very small & cramped. Luggage need to go under the double deck bed or leave outside the room. Impossible to have 2 occupants open their luggage at the same time. Surprised no handwash liquid was provided. Needed to ask before reception brings in one

- Jean (9/5): Génial! - Les lieux communs sont géniaux. Le personnel sympathique. Les lieux super propre. Chambre super bien équipé et pensé.
- Florian (7/5): Un hostel backpack avec les pros du prix mais des gros bémols en fonction de vos intentions. - Bon emplacement, personnel gentil et disponible. Literie correct, gel douche, shampoing, et toilette japonaise inclues. Pas d’air dans les chambres, même un petit ventilateur… quand il fait 30 degrés avec 100% d’humidité, à 2 dans 4.5 mètres carrés, ça va vite. Les chambres étaient aussi mal isolées en terme de bruit (des trous étaient présent qui donnaient sur la cour). Un lavage plus rigoureux de la douche et toilettes auraient été apprécié car on ne choisit pas son colocataire… et bien qu’on le sait en amont, on ne peut pas faire soi même son ménage. Aussi la buse pour le lavage au toilette étaient pas totalement propre. Installer des toilettes communes/extérieures seraient aussi un plus pour éviter de déranger son colocataire et/ou revenir faire du bruit dans l’établissement. Les demoiselles à l’accueil sont très sympathiques mais leurs anglais devraient être mieux pour travailler avec autant d’internationaux (donner leurs des traducteurs automatiques que tous les autres services touristiques utilisent ???)

- Flor Sategna (10/5): Best hostel 💖 - I stayed for a week and eerything was great! Amazing facilities, convenient location, very kind and helpful staff, super clean and comfortable. I loved the design, the common areas with the friendly ambient. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. Girls at the reception, especially Lily, are so sweet. Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in 😊 The terrace was under construction (it has beautiful city and river views) and the gym wasn't available but they offer another one half a block away for extra ¥30 a day.

Sights such as Nanjing Pedestrian Street and the Bund are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable and the common area/terrace is very pleasant. Having laundry facilities on-site is also a great bonus.

- Miriam (7/5): Ubicación inmejorable aunque ruidoso - Ubicación excelente. Se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio. La atención de las chicas de recepción fue perfecta. Muy ruidoso por la noche. Por el precio que tiene no se puede pedir más, pero las habitaciones están muy cerca del comedor y las paredes son de papel, se escucha a la gente por la noche.

They should improve the cleaning team. The Man’s bathroom was dirty as hell, everyday. The toilets were so disgusting that you couldn’t sit down, because everything was full of piss every day. In 5 days they haven’t cleaned once the floor in the room. Hairs everywhere. But the bed was super clean.
- Julia (9/5): Perfect stay - Everything the location was perfect super close to the East Ninjang Road und The Bund. Metro was also very close. The rooms were super good especially the beds. Also the bathroom was good and clean with schampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The best was the super friendly staff. They did there best to feel you comfy even China can be a little bit overwhelming at the beginning.

- Yuki (10/5): Literally Cozy 😌🤍 - とにかく綺麗！シャワーとトイレもたくさんあって清潔、スリッパ貸し出しとベッドにカーテンがついてるのも嬉しかった。共用スペースも各々穏やかに過ごしてる雰囲気でよき◎ 広々とした屋上に喫煙スペースもあってありがたかった。初中国でトランジットのための短時間滞在、疲れも溜まってる中での早朝チェックアウトだったけど、Melodyさんが丁寧かつにこやかに対応してくれて疲労全回復しました🫶谢谢你了🥹 今度はゆっくり数日間滞在したい！ 強いて言うならシャワールームに着替えを置くスペースが少ないから工夫が必要！

- Raul (6/5): Lies about bookings - Good location At my arrival they told me that they had my booking reservation for other dates. they ‘tried’ to arrange it and compensate it with an upgrade of a 2 shared bedroom, but that was my original booking. So once they discovered that I caught her lying she decided to compensate everything with a hot beer that was on the desk.

- Nika (10/5): - Нам все очень понравилось, останавливались на несколько дней с мужем. Не смотря на то что сам номер маленький, очень большие и удобные кровати, хороший душ. Замечательная терраса и пространство для коворкинга где так же можно покушать. Отдельный плюс это спортивный зал, прямо на этом же этаже и входит в стоимость проживания. Мы остались всем очень довольны, отдельное спасибо замечательному персоналу который во всем помогал!

La ubicación es genial. El desayuno está bien, pero no tiene mucho sentido comprarlo teniendo debajo baos por 50 céntimos. Creo que olía algo a Durian o a cañería en la zona común, pero a ver, es China. Las habitaciones son realmente pequeñas, pero más o menos uno sabe a lo que va, no es una queja.

- Alex Espinoza Lizarraga (9/5): Cumple muy bien con su función - El personal habla inglés y el hotel está muy bien ubicado. Se puede llegar casi directo desde el aeropuerto de Shanghai. La habitación es pequeña pero se aprovecha muy bien el espacio disponible. Hay áreas comunes muy interesantes y se siente un ambiente ideal para nómadas digitales. Solo por mencionar algo, la zona parece un poco insegura de noche pero no deberías preocuparte por eso.

The facilities we’re great with a great outside area too. The only thing I can think of was that the gym was closed off probably due to renovations. And there was rocks or whatever that kept falling down on the roof but that was due to Rene on the building.

The reception team was amazing — Sofia, Melody, and Lindsay were all so friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and always ready to help with directions and recommendations. The location is very convenient, close to metro and cafes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe felt cozy and welcoming. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely stay here again.

- Jessica (5/5): Overall it’s an experience. - The location of the hotel was very nice, the staff was helpful and always smiling, very good vibe. The water in the shower had good pressure and hot water. The bed was quite confortable, I had a good sleep. The rooftop is definitely a plus and it was nice to have my breakfast there. The room was small but the weirdest thing is to have the impression to have a bed in my bathroom. The floor was the same fo the bedroom and the shower which is really not appealing and make me think I was sleeping in the bathroom. There was a very strong smell of bleach, when I came in, which obviously shows that it has been cleanser but yet the feeling I had in the room was not good, like everything was dirty. There was a lot of dust in the room. The usb-c outlet was malfunctioning, one of them was not working at all. The room are very noisy, mine was next to the common area and I could hear every conversation on all sides of my bedroom. Luckily at night everybody is respectful and it was quite silent.

- Elim17 (1/5): Quieren ir de modernos y son muy poco profesionales - Lo mejor que tenía era la ubicación. Llegar y que le hayan dado mi habitación a otras personas y que le echen la culpa a Booking.... Después tienen la poca vergüenza de darme una habitación infinitamente peor al mismo precio:, sin ventanas, un zulo pequeño donde no podían ni abrirse ni las maletas, con humedades, agua cayendo, paños en la tubería y una garrafa para recoger el agua, en el baño agua por el suelo etc.... Me he quedado en muchísimos hostales y nunca había visto algo así... Encima son tan sinvergüenzas que dicen que hay habitaciones peores... Pedimos la devolución del dinero y nos marchamos a otro sitio. Al final vino otra persona que era parte del personal, y nos enseñó en su móvil otros sitios donde podríamos ir al mismo precio más o menos.

The staffs Melody and Sophia are so friendly and helpful - they really made the experience great 😊

- Hân Truỳ (1/5): - Nothing Super small and crowded. People leave stuff everywhere in the room so there is nowhere to walk or stand. The bed is creaky so whenever you move your body the person in the lower bed will get angry and start shouting. The evening staff are okay but the day staff are horrible with bad attitude. I forgot the key in the room and asked for help but the girl staff raised her voice and scolded. When I asked them for new towel (because obviously they didn't give me), they told me that cleaning lady had given (which she didn't) and told me I didn't search. I forgot shoes in the room and asked them to search and send to Hangzhou and they said ok. Then three days later I followed up and they said they couldn't find? So it took them three days to look for them and they didn't even let me know? This is the worst service I have ever received travelling Asia. 0/10 and not recommend at all.

- Olga (7/5): Отличное место по цене и качеству с хорошим расположением. Рядом магазины и достопримечательности. - Хорошее расположение. В пешей доступности магазины, достопримечательности. Общие зоны: чистые, красивые, большие. Есть много игровых зон, красивая веранда. Очень порадовали зоны душа и туалета. Место для хранения: есть отдельные локеры. Персонал: дружелюбные и всегда стараются помочь. Немного знают английский, что радует. Общие зоны для сна. К сожалению, воздух спертый, хоть и работает кондиционер. Комнату не убирают, только при задании убирают спальное место. Как часто моют полы в комнате сложно сказать. Розетки в капсуле могут не работать, проверяйте.

- Alexander (6/5): Great location for a cheap price - but should be cleaner - The employees were very nice and the location is unbeatable. The facilities are modern and there is a good community. Even for a hostel, the bathrooms were disgusting. For some of the toilets the flushing mechanism did not work, so there was just an intense smell of urin. You could also see in the showers, that there were hairs and dust everywhere. Some more frequent cleaning could go a long way to make this hostel better. Additionally, it is not possible to close the doors to the sleeping rooms quitely, meaning that evey time somebody comes in or goes out, there is a loud noise, no matter how much they are trying to prevent it. This is just poor design for a hostel...
