Blair (5/5): We loved Noosa and the location of the place, however, we won't be booking that apartment again. - The location was great and the check in process was easy. The place was advertised as having 3 bathrooms. There aren't three with showers. Two have showers, one has a bath. This was disappointing and something we felt was misadvertised. The pillows were filthy and there was mould on the furniture and blinds. The duvet covers had marks on them too. The sofa was old and saggy and all of the furnishings were grubby. Mostly the rest of the place was clean. The water in the toilet on arrival was dark brown and it looked like someone had used it without flushing afterwards. It was clear that no one had done a check of the place before we arrived. There was no shampoo in the main bathroom, no handi-towels in the kitchen and no tissues in the bathrooms. It seems that these basics could have been provided. It's annoying having communication from Booking.Com, Allogio and Brown and Co. We don't need the same information from three different sources - one would do.
Kevin (1/5): Bad - position was dirty and not well cleaned. outside bbq area had rat feaces everywhere and mouldy furniture. Clothes washing machine was not working on arrival and we immediatly notified them that we had 2 infants and 5 adults but they did not even get anyone out there till day 4 and told us it wouldnt be fixed before our deprture day 5. On day 4 they said we could take our washing to a laundomat and they would reimberse. Really poor service in a luxury apt where you are paying over $1200/night.Nothing rersolved - there was only one bath towel per person for 5 days and no way to wash except by hand in bathroom as laundry area tub did not have hot water. worst service in 40yrs of staying at luxury accomadation in noosa, seemed like they just didnt care or were running low on funds to get basic things done.
