Andrea (1/5): COBROS ABUSIVOS - Nosotros pagamos la totalidad del valor acordado de la reserva en efectivo durante la estancia, incluido un deposito de garantia que fue reembolsado a la salida ( pero que no es legal en colombia), la dueña me entrego una sanduchera dañada que se encontraba dentro de la cocina de la casa, jamas verificamos el estado de la sanduchera juntas, y cuando entregue la casa afirmo que yo la habia dañado, y ahora nos esta cobrando la sanduchera, es un cobro abusivo que no tiene lugar ni etica, teniendo en cuenta que la casa es antigua y hay muchas cosas en ella, NO era lo unico que estaba dañado pero como de la sanduchera no nos dimos cuenta en el momento de la entrega de las llaves entonces LA COBRA, aprovechandose de la buena fe de las personas que toman en arriendo su casa. habian varias cosas en la casa estaban dañadas y yo nunca puse problema ni dije que no iba a recibir la casa asi y apesar de eso, ella esta intentando ganar dinero de forma poco honesta.
