• Rohrhirsch (9/5): Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in Wien, tolles Appartement! - Sehr schöne, ruhige und saubere Wohnung mit Balkon. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr ect.. alles was man braucht! Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine. Lift, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, abgeschlossener Fahrradstellplatz in der TG( hatten E-Bikes dabei). Nur wenige Gehminuten Geschäfte und U-Bahn/ Bahnhof Meidling gleich in der Nähe. Hervorragende Lage. Ist sehr zu empfehlen! Buchen hier bestimmt wieder! Mit ein paar Wohnaccessoires könnte man die Räumlichkeiten aufwerten, wirken etwas kühl.

• Michał (10/5): Na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy - Czystość, przestronność apartamentu, podziemny garaż, wyposażenie mieszkania, lokalizacja. Jak dla mnie świetna lokalizacja 2 minuty do przystanku tramwajowego i autobusowego niewiele dalej do metra. Autobusem 59A można podjechać pod Operę skąd już tylko krok na starówkę. Jest też stosunkowo dobry dojazd do ZOO i do muzeum Belvedere. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony niczego nie brakowało. Czekały na nas kapsułki z kawą do ekspresu, były kosmetyki i chemia gospodarcza. Sprawny Internet i TV z Netflixem. Na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy przy kolejnej wizycie w Wiedniu. Nic nie przychodzi mi do głowy.

• Senior Roger (7/5): - Lokalizacja blisko stacji komunikacji miejskiej, cicha i spokojna dzielnica. Niedaleko sklepy spożywcze i restauracje. Zatkany filtr wentylatora w łazience, przez który nie mogliśmy spać. Dopiero jego demontaż spowodował, że było normalnie. Uszkodzona linka żaluzji. Mieliśmy pecha z zamkiem, ale właściciel dość szybko usunął usterkę.

• Tamara (10/5): - I liked that there was a free parking space, also the location - there were shops nearby and the metro was close. It was clean and there was enough space. The neighbourhood was pleasant and the building was a new development. You have a balcony with a calm view. I would stay herea second time. Nothing.
• Bettina (8/5): Sehr schön mit leichten Einschränkungen - Schöne Wohnung, gute Anbindung an Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, sauber, Betten bequem, weiße Handtücher und Bettwäsche, d.h. man sieht, dass sie sauber sind. Vermieter bietet zweites Bett ( Sofa) an in der Mail vorher, geht dann aber doch nicht darauf ein. Antwortet überhaupt nicht. Hinterhof teilweise von den anderen Bewohnern laut (Musik). App für Erstzugang zur Wohnung erforderlich. Bettzugang nur von einer Seite möglich.
• Thomas (10/5): Wir haben wieder einen tollen Kurzurlaub in Meidling gehabt, gerne wieder in der Wohnung. - Für uns liegt die Wohnung sehr günstig, Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Zugang über die Nuki App war etwas kniffelig, und dauerte etwas, aber ist ja verständlich, soll ja sicher sein.

• Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything!!! Spacious for two people, super comfortable bed and pillows, full equipment kitchen, and big bathroom. Only 3 min from the bus and tram stops, and 8 min from the metro. The FREE garage parking is a mega plus. Safe and quiet location. 100% recommended N/A
• Radu (8/5): A short business travel + a sunny weekend in Vienna - Convenient location in a safe neighbourhood in walking distance to Meidling railway station and metro stations U4 and U6, nice and sunny one room appartment with large balcony with view to a silent backyard, clean, building with elevator, basic kitchen equipment but enough for 2 persons, clean and well equipped bathroom. Generally, a good impresion. A good restaurant across the street. We had only one key for 2 persons with different daily schedules; this was really unconvenient. The floor corridor is narrow and unventilated. It took a long time until we received the invoice for the accomodation, although announced in the reservation form and repeatedly requested.
